The Carlton Restaurant in Corby

Collected two pizzas this evening, got home and one of the pizzas wasn’t what was ordered. Called the store and the gentleman that answered the phone couldn’t have been anymore apologetic. He put through a replacement to be sent straight away, understandably the mistake was genuine due to new addition to the menu. Couldn’t ask for better customer service, a real credit to your business putting the customer first. Very much appreciated, thank you 👍

Dont go after 8pm to do a big shop. Not a single til was open! Will shop at Lidl in future
