The Buzzy Bee Ltd in Salford

This place closes today, they did good food, service was so so. The main reason there closing is that they thought it was a bistro and not a cafe. People could book tables for breakfast?! I was turned away three times in the morning for breakfast as tables had been booked. After the third time we never went back and went to Wrappers cafe for breakfast where you couldn't book a table. It was a cafe, that's all, not a bistro and that's why it's closing.

Amazing little brunch spot in the heart of Swinton. The shining light of the precinct. Great brunch menu with usual faves and interesting alternatives. Swinton needs more independents like this.

Food was delicious. Toilets were absolutely atrocious. Bins over flowing. Sanitary towels hanging out. No toilet roll. Awful

Had a basic poached egg on toast but it looked like it was served in a Michelin starred restaurant. Very well presented and the coffee was good too. ⭐⭐⭐⭐🤞

First time in bb today ,lovely place and lovely staff. Mum had an omelette that was lovely. I however had the poached eggs on toast ,2 tiny eggs and 1 ya 1 peice of toast seriously. Ladies you have a lovely place ,but seriously you could stretch to 2 pieces of toast .

Was very busy when we arrived so we asked to reserve and they called us when ready only waited about 20 minutes. The food was super tasty, the staff were wonderful. The only downside was that the tables could do with being a bit more thoroughly wiped down.

Very good small independent coffee shop offering a range of food and drinks at reasonable prices. I had coffee and toast and the coffee hit the spot, the toast nice thick bloomer slice. All good. Friendly staff and nicer to be in than its surroundings.

This is mine and my wife's go to brunch spot now. Absolute gem of a place. Great food, service and atmosphere.

Love going here either by myself or with family or friends. Great food, great staff and overall just a brilliant place to go. The menu is always changing so you don't get bored of having the same stuff all the time and you are always able to try new things with the safe assurance you will probably enjoy it. Definitely recommend going if you haven't already.

Came here for breakfast this morning with my brother, niece and grandad. Food was fantastic. Staff were really lovely and helpful. My Grandad is 92 and doesn’t get out much anymore because he struggles to walk far. It was easily accessible for him and he really enjoyed it. We will definitely be returning! 😊

First time herein the Buzzy Bee ,I found the food so very tasty ,really enjoyed it, very clean place and staff very friendly ,well worth a visit, we will definitely go again .

We are really happy with the food- good quality and quite tasty . This is indeed a merit . However , we were literally waiting for almost 50 minutes for food and drink. We were literally left out through out ( no drink / no coffee ). The restaurant wasn’t fully packed ; only around half of the tables were occupied. It is our earnest recommendation that the restaurant could consider improving their process management and efficiency. If otherwise, it would have been a brilliant dining experience for us.

I went here last week for my birthday with a friend. I had previously seen something on the menu while browsing their instagram page. Even though it was a new menu and the item wasn’t on it, they still made it for me. Excellent service and the food is heaven. I’ll be back tomorrow. The chef/owner puts a lot of passion into her food and my goodness it really does show.

Wow amazing food I got the American breakfast, and it did not disappoint at all great food and great atmosphere the staff are really friendly and welcoming, the food is clearly all prepared fresh aswell, amazing I can't wait to go back now try othing options on the menu.

Came at 11am is 1pm still didn’t get no food , the kitchen staff is not even moving like is busy , had to wait 20 minutes outside for the coffee never seen people that slow , average food

Brilliant crispy chicken burger and garlic and parmesan fries. Took a little while to arrive but it was a busy lunchtime.

Absolutely love this shop, food is outstanding and the service is amazing. Will definitely be returning! It’s nice to see independent cafes on swinton square.

Fantastic place. Friendly and individual place selling food drinks and bits and bobs. Isn't fast food but well worth the wait and knowing its coming out fresh. Club sandwich was lovely and well worth a try. At the moment they are doing a 'warm menu' including homemade soup and bread for £1 and hot vimto for free. Soup was gorgeous. In the middle of the centre. Staff are lovely and the place is clean. Toys for children too. Great place and a must if in Swinton and feeling hungry.

I was looking forward to trying this place after the great reviews and seeing its lovely interior online, however reality was a very disappointing experience. Service was surly and in disarray, then after waiting ages for breakfast mine was stone cold and the vegetarian sausage was so dry inside I couldn't even eat it. Could be a great place in an area that desperately needs it but the basics aren't there unfortunately.

Followed other recommendations on Google and went to this little gem in Swinton on a recent trip to Greater Manchester. Liked it so much we went for breakfast two days running!! Great plant based breakfast options with a wide choice of additions to be had. Will definitely return if in the area in the future!!

A nice bright cafe with friendly service. Food and coffee were good. Clean toilet for customers to use which is an added bonus. Will come back again 🙂

I recently found this gem through Uber eats, I’ve been following a vegan diet for the last two years, and it’s been extremely hard finding decent vegan food. I reluctantly tried the plant based breakfast thinking the quality and understanding of vegan food would be poor. But I was very surprised to get delicious hot fresh food. Beautiful toast with plant based butter and the portion is decent too.I would highly recommend as What you get for the price of £7 is well worth it. I can’t see myself ever going elsewhere.

Get your sen down here man. Decent little cafe with boomimg vegan options, Staff are great and a decent selection of beer (and other drinks) The prices are reasonable too, go there constantly.

Amazing place.. The food is seriously good! 💙 American pancakes are beyond yummy. The Spinach& mushroom omelette is the best omelette I have ever had. The staff are so friendly. The place inside is so groovy. I would absolutely recommend this incredible place to eat. They do incredible vegetarian and Vegan foods..

We visited on a Sunday morning, it was a nice and relaxed atmosphere, steady stream of customers and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had the maple syrup pancakes which were delicious and soft. (My only grumble is about the pot the syrup came in, something with a spout would be easier to pour from but personal preference) My other half had the full breakfast and commented it was a little pricey for the size but did say the sausage was especially nice.

Had wonderfully tasty Italian eggs Benny and a lovely coffee, so impressed I went back later for happy hour cocktail's, the girl knows her stuff, the margarita was sublime and very boozy, very happy that this place is in Swinton, I'll be back very soon

Amazing milkshakes, great place, good vibes, allows dogs and is relatively cheap for the quality of food. 5 stars for me.

Visited today and had the Mediterranean Burger - it was possibly the nicest burger I’ve ever had! It is always fresh and tasty plus the coffee and cocktails are amazing!

Lovely place to have coffee or two. We had the English breakfast and it was cooked to perfection.

One of my favourite places to come and work as the coffee and atmosphere are 10/10. However, came and had brunch today and can honestly say in 6 years of being vegan it's the best breakfast I've had! My brother ordered the breakfast sandwich which he said was amazing. Also incredibly good value for money all this plus an oat flat white and half pint of Moretti came to £20!

Normally when I post reviews I go on about this n that blah blah blah. Not here, I'm not gonna bother. JUST GO, EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT!! Especially the Old Fashioned with Maple syrup made with Woodford Reserve, Delicious and very dangerous 🤪

The best vegan breakfast we have ever had. Very accommadating to dietary requirements. Cool place with great atmosphere and staff are very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Really wanted to like this place but the service was way too slow. Took nearly an hour! For our breakfasts to come it was lunchtime by the time it came. Only 2 of us. And they also forgot a part of our order. The food wasn’t worth the wait or money. It’s put me off returning.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The food is absolutely gorgeous. I particularly like the Eggs Benedict and all the pancakes. The coffee is good and so is the tea. They have a different soup every week and is always worth having. All the foods are really tasty, spices are often added but not overdone so the delicate flavours are most enjoyable. Like everyone else, I am a huge fan of Milo the parrot. I have never been disappointed by any meal I've eaten here.

Good place for food very friendly staff and it's dog friendly.

Got myself a sausage butty this morning, it was really nice however for £3.50 I would of expected at least 2 sausages instead of 1 and a half.

Was an OK experience, was a little busy but it is the season for madness and spending. Will have another look in the new year so please keep checking.

Had the breakfast and honestly one of the nicest breakfasts you can get in Salford. (Probs the best in swinton) in my opinion anyway. Everything was well cooked and staff were great. Wish you guys all the best :)

First time here and I thought it was brilliant. They had a great choice of food and drinks on the menu. The staff are really nice and accommodating to us as we both had prams and they made room for us. I definitely will be coming back with my oartner for a date day or night!

Such a lovely experience visiting for the first time and having a lovely all day Vegan Breakfast. The staff were lovely and the clientele equally so. Proper vegan food has finally arrived in Swinton! There's a top quality plant based specialty section too including things like cordials, biscuits, sweets, hot sauces, vegan rosé. It's the bees knees! 🐝
