The way they talk to customers is absolutely disgusting calling customers, Karens, because they complained about food being burnt and desserts being sour appalling. The food is also terrible the place needs to be shut down for good

Horrific attitude and service toward customers from the get-go, no concern for mistakes or apologies, will never suggest or go here again.

Absolutely loved tonight food was absolutely beautiful and they were brilliant with my daughter definitely returning Value for money is amazing too

Fantastic value for money, staff were polite, food was lovely! Unfortunately no baby changing facilities. My husband had to change the baby on the floor due to this. Booked table for 1pm didn't have main meal until 2.35, a good 45 minute wait between starter and roast. Staffing is clearly an issue but staff there are very polite and apologetic I regards to our waiting time. No complaints with our Sunday roast, children's meals or starters.

New Re-fit, new owners. Staff very attentive and accommodating. Had sirloin steak, one of the nicest steaks I have had.

Beautiful pub/restaurant. Dont know if the chef was having a bad day but the meal i had was very bland, no flavour at all and not a lot of thought put into the dish. This is just my opinion

Went in back room looked like dentist waiting room ..radio on loud. Asked to put music cd on they ignored.... couldnt have coffee girl said not cleaned second said it was broke... middle of road nothing special

Paid a visit for Sunday lunch. Polite staff, generous portions of tasty vegetables and Yorkshire pudding served on stylish rectangular plates. Carved beef was grissley though, which was politely mentioned. Various deserts available and an abundance of drinks. Beer garden/dining area in an enclosed courtyard to the rear.

Had baby shower there and everything was great from the service to the food, would recommend 👌

Found this gem while searching. Fantastic pub roast and a nice find. Was board of sane old comercial chain roasts and wanted a good old pub one. And could not fault it. Just to much veg. Kids menu also good. 8 yr old had kids roast. 4 year old chose good old chicken coujons me expecting a few frozen no problem he loves them mash and gravy. Well how wrong 3 home made goujons and way to big for him he managed 1 of them and we had to try eat other 2.

Gorgeous place, amazing food, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend! We dined as a group of 9. Wait times were very reasonable and the food came together for the most part. I had 3 courses, 2 off the specials menu (starter: garlic butter with warm bread dough balls and main: spring onion buttered chicken with homemade fries and peas) with a brownie and ice cream for dessert, and 3 bottles of coors.

10 of us had Sunday lunch, all had mains of either turkey or beef or half and half. Served with roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, new potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and stuffing, mashed potatoes, peas and cabbage plus lovely gravy and various sauces such as horseradish, mint, cranberry etc.

Excellent venue for our wedding reception . Function room decorated beautifully and food was absolutely stunning ! Licia the manager was just amazing , and accommodated all my requests , keeping me updated throughout. This is a little gem of a place , which I would highly recommend Thank you for making our day so special !!

Took my family here for Sunday lunch and it was everybodies opinion that it was the best Sunday lunch we have ever had out. The gravy is to die for and the meat was really tender, all the vegetables were faultless. Must mention the Staff - friendly and nothing too much trouble for them. Will definitely be lunching there again when the family visits.

Yet another great roast dinner today I collect a take away roast dinner fairly regular from The Bloom Inn and it never disappoints

Wow wow wow, we just left a party of 19 ,absolutely fabulous, meal was all homemade and it was fabulous,service fantastic , can’t wait to go back

Absolutely shocking, had bottomless brunch- never again!! We arrived to an empty place and the female manager pulled a face that we had arrived as she told us we were only ones that had booked in! Staff refused to start serving us as one of the girls late, 10mins in we had to call bar tender for a drink- bearing in mind we were only table here! Food ordered and called for another drink, we were informed that 1 person couldn't order another drink until the whole table had finished! Bottomless brunch is a joke- got 4 drinks in the 1.5hrs and that was after a confrontation with staff as we had to constantly ask, 2 staff in and they both disappeared. Food was awful no salt etc either, had to call for ketchup and got one little pot for 6 people.

A beautifully decorated venue both outside and inside. The Service and the food is great. My favourite has to be the Sunday Lunch. We've had this dining in and take away and both are brilliant options.

Just visiting locally for the weekend we stumbled across this amazing place. Food was great, prawn and chorizo starter and scallops and we both had pork belly for main. Service was great, all staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Added bonus was Brad who singing with his guitar the night we visited. Would defiantly go again if in town and try some other delights from the menu.

Facebook advertised 50% off main meals but did not say for groups less than 6. We had a group of 9 so discount wasnt honoured and when shown facebook advert it was later edited and rude replies made to comments made. It would have been appreciated if a gesture of goodwill was made but unfortunately that didnt happen. Regrettably would not recommend or return.

Had Sunday lunch here, veg soup had no veg, just warm liquid. Within 20 seconds of being served soup we were asked if we'd finished, I hadn't even picked up my spoon. Meat was okay, but the veg for the dinner didn't seem fresh. Probably won't go back after this experience.

We had the place to ourselves on a Saturday afternoon in January. Ashtray out back needed cleaning desperately Needs a bit of TLC and freshening up but great food .

I went here after all the good reviews. January was half price so thought try it out. Staff very welcoming. Not sure on deco. Had steak which was ok. Chips home made with skins on which again OK. I don’t think I would pay full price and not sure if would go again. Also not sure if owners dog but it sounded very distressed in back …… not nice to hear

I was recommended the Bloom inn by friends who visited over Christmas so was looking forward to visiting. On arrival the decor was lovely so was excited to see the menu. Not impressed with the menu. No curry, no fish, no lasagne. Steak was overpriced so begrudgingly opted for the children tikka burger - which was average at best. The children’s meals didn’t come with chips and instead came with wedges. For anyone who has fussy children know - they wouldn’t eat them. No children’s ice cream available only from the main dessert menu which was overpriced. Wouldn’t go back to be honest.

Excellent meal again in the Bloom Inn. Well cooked steak and lovely chips! Chicken with mushroom and madeira sauce was delicious too. Special offer with half price mains during January. Will be back! Only gave 4 for atmosphere as it was quiet when we ate, but could see that it was filling up as we left.

I don't usually do reviews but after reading the positive ones I felt I had to tell you about our experience. First off, we were shoved in the back room which badly needed decorating, Our view from the table was of a grand piano covered over with what looked like staff clothes plus a mop and bucket near the bar. Our starters were both very good but from then on it went downhill fast. The mains were served on cold plates, all my food (steak, peas, grilled mushroom & tomato) were all only luke warm, the chips were hot so they must have plated everything up while waiting for chips to cook. My husband's meal was also only luke warm. There was a group of 12 people in the same room with us who had paid £25 per person for a "personalised buffet" (as it was advertised) but the food looked cheap, tasteless white bread sandwiches and other stuff that didn't look particularly appetising, the 2 bowls of crisps turned up half an hour after everything else. We complained about our food and asked from some money to come off our bill, but they wouldn't do that and offered us a free drink or dessert each. I had a berry fruit crumble and I have never had a crumble with crumble on the bottom AND the top. Saving on the fruit I expect! Would we go back? DEFINITELY NOT

Booked a table with our Friends who live locally for a meal before we headed out for NYE entertainment.. First time here for us & we WILL be returning because the food we had was Absolutely Beautiful! The Service was Very quick & Very Friendly...

Fantastic food as always, never disappoints.

Unfortunately the food wasn't upto standard. Two meals of the fish in batter were terrible, the fish was very rubbery and the batter very overcooked. We did highlight this and we were offered an alternative dish but it put us off, they did however remove both meals from the bill. Quite disappointed as most of the reviews advertised are positive maybe we were just unlucky on the day. I expected the food to be far better than what was served to us. I have to say I wouldn't return I'm afraid. The staff are very friendly, the food was a let down though.

Never again. Booked 2 weeks in advance for Sunday lunch. Seated at 2:30pm but they had over run. By the time we had our foot it was closer to 4pm. No impressed. My brother asked for a soft drinks menu given a ln alcohol menu asked again ... The same thing happened. Came here for a carvery a few weeks ago after being recommended. Food was nice but the wait time on receiving meals was longer than expected. We had to chase desert up a few times. Would definitely go back to try again. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

We have just had a great meal served in the uniquely flamboyant surroundings of the Bloom Inn. The food was well cooked and delivered with a friendly enthusiasm. Worth a diversion especially when they finis the patio and courtyard areas.

The great thing about the Bloom Inn is the inventiveness of the chef, the menu is always interesting and adventurous! You are always guaranteed different and delicious dishes. Very friendly service and a great tasting and good value menu makes the Bloom Inn well worth a visit.
