I orderd southern fried chicken from the best kebab ....... IT CAME BACK RAW!!!! After I told the shop what mistake they made they refused to give my money back.... so now I’ve taken it to food standards where hopefully they will take further action because I’ve had people come to me on my fb post about them it’s happened to them too ... this takeaway place is diabolical... I will Never .... NEVER order here again I could have gotten seriously ill and they couldn’t be bothered to send back a £16 refund .... shocking 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The best ever meal i had in my life.. very delicious meal kebap was so tender just wanted more and more..pizza was great..we always get meal from there for my family..one of the best take away in UK

It was good, don't really fulfill the extras on the order. Even if you pay for extra portions they don't give you them

Absolute disgrace of a business, my partner nearly chocked on a clump of hair in her food, called the restaurant to discuss the matter was told nothing they could do and they hung up. I called back again and advised that I'd like my money back for this, I had photographic evidence of the hair, nobody in my household has this colour hair. And they said what do you think we are a charity shop laughed and hung up again. I called back a third time and he was very violent down the phone and threatened to not call back again and hung up once more, I have already reported Just Eat, Trading Standards, the local council for food hygiene and safety and requested that the business needs a review. Absolutely disgusting, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!

Had moldy green spotted pitta bread with my kebab. Disgusting. However kebab was nice and pizza was nice. Will not be ordering again.

Found a hair in my kebab and Taste less the kebab was Like a rubber and chip was taster too and medium size is a small

I order food from ere last night I asked for no cheese on the pizza so I phoned them back and the girl on the phone said they was closed now phone back tomorrow so I did just had another pizza delivered now and they put thomoto base on not BBQ they ain't doing peoples order right when u phone them

After a long journey home from Liverpool we were looking forward to a nice kebab. What we had was yesterday's meat re heated. Worst Kebab ever....only had a few mouthfulls. Stinking.

After paying £7.20 for a extra large kebab, I was expecting the "best kebab" what I received was the worst donner kebab I have ever had! The meat was re-heated, rubbery, thin and extremely dry. Will never set foot in this place again. Foul is an understatement.

Ordered food from here and the chicken I had was shocking. It was blue and the smell is disgusting and it was raw and gone off. Will never order from here again. Lucky I haven't got food poisoning.

Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had. I can say disgusting , from the kebab meat like strings of undiscribable I don't know what, chicken so dry , I can't eat it , waited an hour for meal to come 1 mile, I think the reviews must be false or are people full of sh__ ? Don't bother wasting your money I am so angry I feel like chucking the food back on their counter but I better not go there or I won't be responsible , so food in bin , never again 😣oh and food stone cold!!!!

Ordered and payed for food Monday delivered on time unfortunately we had to rush to the hospital. They were amazing when we phoned and said they saved the order and would deliver again the following day truly outstanding service! And the pizza is stunning.

Absolutely disgraceful attitude and behaviour from the staff that worked there, they clearly made a mistake and refused to correct their mistake which means we payed for terrible service and cold and dry food... I do not recommend going or ordering from this place.

This has to be one of the nicest kebab shops around very helpful and friendly and delieved on time, good portion sizes too :)
