The Full Chorley really delivered. I was definitely full after it. I also got sow Chorley cakes to take home which were delicious . Great food, great people and as an added bonus they had some great music on to.

First class as always. I usually have a different choice from the breakfast menu (You've got to try the Spanish breakfast) but we were only able to get there for lunchtime. A filter coffee for £2 and the meatballs was just the ticket for a Saturday. A great vibe and staff. Chef coming out and checking on you is a lovely touch and shows they genuinely want you to have a great time. My new favourite place in Chorley. Booking on the website was really easy as well. Next is to try and Chorley egg!

Just enjoyed a delightful winter afternoon tea at Bee’s Country Kitchen in Chorley. The food was excellent—mini soup served in a cup, tasty ham and egg sandwiches on granary bread, a warm sausage roll, pork pie, a cream cupcake, and a delicious mini fruit cake. The quirky atmosphere added to the charm, and it’s clear why it’s always busy. The service was friendly, although they were short on napkins, and we had to ask for more milk for our tea as they’d run out of larger pots, which was explained. Menus were a little worn, but it added to the homely feel. Our kids loved sharing the treats with us, and our daughter was thrilled with her milkshake—she said it was excellent! Overall, a lovely experience with just a few minor hiccups. We'll definitely return!

Well I'm amazed it's the first time I've been what lovely place very friendly staff and happy to help, It's not just a cafe it's also a shop, and books to read. I called in today and had some lunch I had bowel of Tomato and Basil soup and Cup of tea the soup was delicious. Found really nice place and I will be returning again. 10 of 10.

Fantastic cafe with menu laden with local produce. Extremely reasonable pricing and azing quality meals. Staff are great too - so friendly!! We had a great time and a hot chocolate to die for!! Highly recommend Bees, we will be back......

Lovely café providing meals made with locally sourced produce. Visited twice now & the staff are lovely and attentive. You wait for service as everything is made fresh, but it's certainly worth it. There's also a local produce shop on site, which includes items made in the cafe & all local suppliers are listed on the menu board which is a lovely touch.

First time here. Very friendly, chatty host & a lovely setting. I went for the The Full Chorley breakfast & 'Mrs P' had the Avocado & bacon on toast. Food was piping hot & extremely tasty (Mrs P ate it all...a rarity trust me!). Quite a lengthy wait from ordering but then it was all cooked fresh & you could certainly taste that. Definitely be going again at some point. Well worth a visit we'd say. 👍

I love this place so much. The food is great, the staff are fantastic. The little shop in the corner is always stocked with lovely items.

Went for a takeaway lunch, After reading such great reviews, we were a little disappointed. The leek and potato soup had absolutely no seasoning, not a fan of the course texture either, the chunk of bread has been left out so one side was stale. we ordered an egg mayo ciabatta, the ciabatta was not very fresh, the steak Canadienne was also not seasoned, the chips were good but a very small portion and it was supposed to come with salad but this was missing, I requested no onions on the steak canadienne but didn't say no salad! Such a shame.

Delicious food. Although don't come in a rush because they cook everything at the moment, so you would wait. The chefs are very kind, but not much the person at the till.

The business I work for wanted to host a lunch for our monthly company day and I’m so glad I found this place. Sarah and her team made it so easy for me to organise lunch for such a large group of people, despite date and number changes. The photos don’t do the food justice; Long gone are the days of stale sandwiches and a few crisps, everything was homemade at their kitchen and you could tell everything they did was made with such care and thought. They accommodated for nut allergies and even provided equipment so that the food stayed hot all day. I cannot recommend this whole experience enough from start to finish they were excellent and all the staff at our company absolutely loved the food. I’ll 100% be heading into their kitchen in the town centre soon. Thank you so much Sarah and team 😊

Must rate as the worst food I have been served a number of the chips were hard inside salad had some brown on the lettuce the fish fingers were actually gouchons.

As seen on Food Network's "Adam Richman Eats Britain". Our first visit to this lovely café and deli. I had the Chorley chips, they were topped with pan fried sausage, gravy, grated cheese, chopped spring onions and crispy onions. At £9 it was a good portion. My Mum had the Home made Pâté platter. We each had a cup of tea. Afternoon teas are available and the menu changes daily and seasonally. Vegetarian and vegan choices are available. Very child and animal friendly. Reasonable prices and great food. Eat in or takeaway available. I will be coming back to sample other items on the menu.

First time here and gotta say it was nice. Few things for me that let it down. I had a roast beef sandwich and gravey the roast beef was cold beef and would have preferred hot . Didn't didn't think to ask but if I asked for gravey maybe they should ask if I wanted hot or cold. Sandwich was served with crisp which where lovley. Hubby had hot pot and he enjoyed it. Would go again. Staff lovley one very loud one bit lovely all the same.

Great roast dinner mid week, good choice of healthy meals, cheerful staff, gets busy so can be a long wait.

Sat waiting for 10 minutes and the only thing I was told to do was move because I was in a "reserved spot", which there was no indication of when i walked in. Nobody came to serve me. Nobody came to seat me. The menu was very hard to read. I never actually figured out what the options were because it is so poorly formatted on the page. I was about to get up and just order myself at the counter, but then I realised I could just get up and walk to literally any other cafe in chorley and get better service. So I did.

Out and about in Chorley trying pubs. Oddly none of the pubs seem to serve hot food so Flatima suggested this cafe. Good choice for home cooked food at a very good price. Had a chick pea tagine and also a corn beef hash. Both with coffee. £20.50. Lovely room seats about 60. Afternoon teas look a bargain. Order at counter. Seems to be part of a Community Centre. It is not haute cuisine.

Really nice independent cafe, always popular. The food etc is fab & we've been a few times. The staff are super friendly.

A lovely cafe to enjoy an afternoon drink and cake. The fruit loaf is delicious. They also do very good lunch.

Bees Kitchen is a wonderfully atmospheric cafe on Fleet Street. It’s a hidden gem near ‘Big Lamp’. We stopped by today with our granddaughter for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.. We ordered sausage and bacon toasties and mugs of hot chocolate. All were freshly prepared and delicious. They were served with a smile. We will certainly be back. Thank you.

Went this morning with my little boy, friend and her little boy, the cafe is so lovely and cosy. The staff are sooo welcoming and super friendly!! Food was yummy my 15 month old was very happy with his Chorley breakfast :) can’t wait to come back. Man behind the counter was just the happiest loveliest man, he knew all the locals by their names he was just ace! Can’t wait to come back thanks guys! Xx

Had the pensioners special hotpot followed by a scone and tea. Great value for money and delicious😋😋😋 Wonderful cheerful service as well. Would highly recommend

Not impressed at all. They opened 40 minutes later that the opening time on line. The cups were tea stained. The breakfast was not great at all. It might be to some people's s taste, but unfortunately not mine. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Not eaten here but serves really nice coffee, including decaffeinated, & also has non dairy milk

Lovely homemade food. The decor is homely and is the type of set up you would find by the sea or the Cotswolds. I love that, this place is a real cafe no people sat on laptops trying to order double espresso. They have a wide menu selection. They also offer a service of meals you can take home to freeze, which I can imagine is a lifeline for the local elderly residents or people who aren't great in the kitchen. Very friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit. We will be back.

Great eatery in Chorley for dine in and take away. I’ve had lunch here multiple times and have ordered collection orders of bees easy teas and their afternoon tea multiple times. Food has always been spot on, freshly prepared and excellent value for money. The afternoon tea was enough to do two meals each easy and the easy teas always offer plenty of variety and are a great time saver for the week. Super tasty and great portion sizes. The staff are super friendly, they can’t do enough for you. I use weekly and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Excellent choice of food for breakfast, lunch, snacks etc or you can just have a drink. All at sensible prices and well presented . It’s popularity has risen recently and the place is now often very full at peak periods which I’ve found has resulted in slightly longer than normal waiting times. Friendly staff who seem to work well under pressure. I’ve never been disappointed with this place. They deserve to do well and it’s certainly worth a visit.

We had 4 vegan cakes to take away; large fruit cookie, two Chorley cakes and a biscof cronut. Great to have a vegan Chorley cake and all other treats nice too!

After seeing such good reviews I thought I would try their food, rather than bring my own picnic for the event at Astley Park today. We tried the corned beef hash (hot pot) and the vegetable chilli (not a chilli but a veg hot pot, no spices - very disappointed!) and it was very bland. Very little flavour/seasoning in either. The staff were friendly and helpful but the food was very disappointing.

Had a very good lunch at Bees Country Kitchen today. First visit to their new cafe at Primrose Gardens in Chorley. We had the salmon fish cakes with fries and delicious tartare sauce, all so tasty. They have made the place warm, welcoming and cozy and the staff are a delight, and the deli section is fab. Highly recommend, will be back again soon.

First time in Bees Country Kitchen, the service was excellent, the Corned Beef hash was delicious and the Eton mess cheesecake was to die for, definitely worth a second visit and the staff were very helpful and friendly 😊

Came In to this lovely place today out of the freezing cold in to a warm welcoming atmosphere, great food. I had the Spanish pork with rice and my friend had soup of the day. Food was 10/10. The staff was very nice and easy to to have a chat with. Great vibes and will be sure to come back when next in town. 👍🏻

Lovely place for lunch or coffee. Definitely worth a stop and if you don’t have much time you can take away. Great cafe - we’re lucky to have it right here in Chorley.

Excellent meal. Tasty, different and healthy.First time we came had a pumpkin soup, tasty mixed salad (including greens, Edamame beans, olives, rice and teriyaki chicken) rocky road cake and spiced pumpkin latte (pushed the boat out as it was a special occasion, but you can have as much or as little as you like, e.g. toasted fruitbread.) Second time, Caeser salad. Delicious. Beautiful, well thought out decor and a restful, positive vibe. You just keep on spotting things (blankets are available). Varied menu which also caters well for those with alternative choices and needs. We had just come back from holiday and the Bees' kitchen helped us continue in that mood. Impressed by the relatively short menu being supplemented by a specials list. The Bees' kitchen has a good eye for using themes, such as special meals for special occasion. Also an impressive range of things to buy, some of which are made there. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be going again and can see it fast becoming one of our favourite places

Visited today first and last time we arrived at 930 and for a good hour the only ones there waitress was nice helpful and friendly lacking a little music so atmosphere was non existent filter coffee was mediocre flat white was a bit better, full breakfast was OK but quite greasy and either cut the rind off the bacon or cook it properly, the cutlery was very cheap actually hurt your hands when using and could easily be bent the husband and wife owners came into the dining room but completely ignored us every time a couple of times passing our table with not even a good morning thankfully Chorley now has many many good and better eating establishments

I regularly call in at The Bees with my three boys after school for some hearty, tasty food and it's always served with a smile and friendly service :) Highly recommended!

I bought the Tuscan Bean soup mix. At £3.50 I thought it was a little expensive. But no. It was worth every penny!! I added some vegetables of my own and the next day ( there was so much ) some sausage. Absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to try some others. Thank you.

My sister and I went the other week ,no other customers only us,ordered coffee an tea an bacon barms ,food cold on sesame seed buns ,not barms ,coffee cold was returned and pinged in the microwave ,still cold .young girls attitude was horrid ,won't be eating there again ,I like my food and drink hot

Sorry can't share a photo it was too yummy! Fish finger sandwich ,home cooked chips and a little side salad to takeaway. Tbh it wasn't on the menu that particular day but I had spied it on passing during the week - so I tried my luck! It was Good Friday and they had loads of fish specials (Squid rings n chips for example, - not for me). Anyway they were happy to fulfill my craving, so if you reading this cheers!

Great little find. They cater for vegans, my husband recommends the vegan scotch egg and tomato and lentil soup. Took away a cobb salad, well worth the money.

Had the so called street food, exactly that... looked like and tasted like it had been scooped off the pavement via the toilet floor!!

Best all round eatery in Chorley for me. I come here as often as possible in a morning after the gym for a high protein healthy breakfast. Which they kindly custom make to my dietary requirements & wishes. The ingredients are top notch, prepared with passion and skill at a fair price. To top it off every member of staff I've met at this family run business are truly delightful human beings! This business and it's good folk are a credit to the Chorley community.
