"Escape to the 1920s" for a "premium drinking experience" encourages the website. The photos depict a cosy, sophisticated location. So we were excited for our visited. On arrival, a gigantic TV screen was blasting the rugby match to the extent that it was difficult to hold a conversation. This wasn't mentioned when I booked. So not 1920s, not immersive, not cosy, not relaxed, not transported to a time gone by. Just generally not the atmosphere that is advertised.

Please learn to handle food. The food I just received was stone cold, the pitta bread was just thrown into the tray not even warmed up. Toast them and cut them. Don't make chips and just leave them to go cold. Cook fresh for each customer, you're not even busy so there is mo excuses. The food was cold and badly presented. Terrible
