The Bay Double Bubble in Lancaster

Spontaneous decision as places were closing, lovely lady, fresh bagels and good flat white coffee. Returned over the weekend with family members keen to sample the bubble tea . Friendly service again.

Absolutely brilliant little place. We were travelling back from the lakes on Shrove Tuesday, so found this place thanks to Google and we are so glad we did. Probably the best pancakes we’ve ever had, that beat even the amazing ones we used to eat frequently in Paris. Not sure what the secret is to the batter they use, but it’s just amazing. Milkshakes brilliant too! All served with a smile. We’ll be back!!

Wow! What a find! This is an amazing little cafe serving the best ice cream, milkshakes and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and comfortable and the snacks were out of this world. Highly recommend the banana milkshake :-) Morecambe needs more places of this amazing quality.

Boba is a new and exciting drink that I like. Its price is high so not a regular purchase. No toilets in the building for customers which is a massive let down.

We visited here at the start of December and all had a boba tea of various flavours , my daughter has not stopped asking me to go back which is where we are heading today !! Can’t wait to try another flavour and perhaps a crepe !! Lovely place and great for the bay. I urge people to try this place and support local businesses whilst having fun 🤩

Had a lovely time yesterday. Treated my daughter and 8 of her friends to crepe/waffles and bubble teas which they all enjoyed and my daughter was really spoilt there! I’d definitely recommend for a little birthday party. Thanks again!

I called into the bay with my two daughters for a bubble tea, crêpe and a milkshake, I will fully admit my daughter's enjoyed the crêpe and bubble tea ( not enough bubble though ) but my milkshake was just like strawberry flavour milk, very liquid based. A milkshake should be relatively thick in substance this was nothing if the kind. I spoke to the female owner whom stated it contain 2 scoops if ice cream and fresh strawberries, I replied it was very runny, to which she replied what would you like me to do, I replied either swop it for something different or refund my £4.00 she replied quite abruptly, you are not getting a refund, our conversation continued into the establishment where a younger employee who was working behind the counter also as what I wanted, to which I replied a refund please. He immediately went to the till and refunded me my money. At this point in the shop with a queue of waiting customers she stated have a full blonde rant at the young lad, saying never do that again as I had already told him he was not getting a refund. 10 out of 19 for the young lad -10 out of 10 for the female owner she needs to go to and learn how to communicate with customers. Due to her attitude would never spend my money here again and would advise anybody thinking of purchasing a Milkshake to walk past and fine one of plenty more establishments who deserve your money more.

We stopped in her for a quick bubble tea with mango and it was delicious to walk around town with, we will definitely be back.

Order again thought just eat, despite just eat stating there was a 30 minute wait my boba tea arrived in 15 minutes, will happily order again via just eat or go to the restaurant itself :)

Amazing service and crepe. The staff member was very chatty and polite. I would really recommend this place! The prices were very reasonable also.

We visit as a family every Friday and have fabulous waffles, this is a lovely cafe and nothing is too much trouble. On reading some reviews I’m horrified that some people are trying to sabotage with insulting and fabricated comments. This is a wonderful family business where they work so hard to please.

Amazing waffles. We decided to call in for a coffee as we walked by. The children wanted waffles. They were fresh, cooked on site and delicious. Highly recommend. Very reasonable and friendly.

I've been to the restaurant a couple of times but usually order through just eat but either my order is always amazing ( just eat is delivered quicker than advised ) I visited the restaurant today with my mum & the service was wonderful & friendly, will always recommend & happily return now iknow the they offer rewards on the boba tea 😊

Popped in for a snack late afternoon and loved it. The decor is spot on and the service was faultless. Most importantly the cheese and ham crepe we shared was amazing, and clearly fresh. The tea was quality too. We'll definitely back. Thank you.
