Showed up after phoning ahead. Waited a few minutes to be seated. Waited another 20minutes for a drinks order to which we gave the food order - food took another 30minutes to arrive so 50minutes all in all since arriving. Turkey and ham dinner was awful - bland and clearly pre made/frozen. My husband said his burger was nice to be fair. Staff never came back at all - I counted 5 members of staff standing about at one point but only 1 of them taking orders etc. terrible service

Stopped here for a coffee. Staff gave very promptt service. Clean and friendly restaurant which the locals were frequenting. Coffee of a high standard & complimentary shortbread given also

Placed an order as I always do. Same order. Was NOT busy when the order was placed. Requesting chicken guogons, NOT chicken nuggets. When I got home and opened the box it was nuggets. I telephoned the shop only to be insulted by the member of staff stating " I only cook the orders". An inexperienced staff member was left to take orders and wrong at that. I was told she had left for the night. I had telephone an hour before closing!! They don't seem to understand, it doesn't matter what way the food is cooked if they take the wrong order in the first place. I said I would speak to the manager and her answer was "good luck with that'. Interesting, what is message to a customer supposed to mean? Shocking customer service. Training needed all round. I note your reply indicating - the owner. Not sure what difference the time frame makes to the concerns explained in the original review. I made my order at 19.45 and waited 15 minutes for it. I opened the box later as I was travelling some distance, hence the timefarme and phoned immediately. Clearly there was nothing could be done as the mess had already been made by snack box. It is the poor service, untrained staff being put at front of house which appears to have caused the issue. I have noted on my visits to this outlet a high turn over of staff!! Speaks for itself. I also witnessed the male owner be verbally aggressive to staff members when I was present in the shop on one occasion. This response from the owner is another example of the bad customer service attitude. As a customer I should be able to leave my review and should expect a professional response. It's a shame that this kind of response to a customer who is genuinely upset by the wrong order and poor service should be met by such poor attitude form staff on the floor and the owner who wasn't there. DISGRACEFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. There are more fast food options available in Magherafelt now. There is a new opening of McDonalds as an example. Customers don't need to put up with this attitude, especially as the food is very hit and miss and can be very greasy. I would implore you to train your staff and and indeed yourself. It would be advisable in your capacity to count to ten before replying to a review as it is unprofessional and really not good for business. Customers are people and should be treated respectfully. Any business relies on customers to keep the business going. Your business is no exception and would be important to remember that.
