We recently dined at Associate Restaurants to celebrate our friend's birthday and was blown away by the excellent service we received from Mario Pereira. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was top-notch. Mario was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal.

We had advised this was a birthday celebration, but had not expected the complimentary champagne and slice of birthday cake for the birthday boy (accompanied by singing staff). Food was good, service great and staff helpful and welcoming.

We booked for dinner at the Association Restaurant as we were staying at the Hilton and wanted a ‘proper’ meal before heading over to the Stadium. It was late afternoon and the restaurant was quiet. The couple on an adjacent table recommended the curry and the burgers, so we ordered the chicken curry and the brisket sandwich. Service was excellent and the staff were very attentive – the waiter wasn’t sure if there was any brisket left, so I gave him an alternative and waited to see what would arrive. I am delighted to say that I had the last portion of brisket – it was delicious! The curry proved to be a good recommendation too. Staff were very friendly and helpful - would happily dine here again.

Great location, next door to Wembley Arena. Upon arrival in the hotel lobby we were greeted by friendly staff offering a glass of champagne to celebrate 100 years of Hilton hospitality, so that was a good start! The restaurant is on the 3rd floor and is a lovely spacious open plain style. We sat by the window watching the world go by. Good variety of food on the menu, typical prices for these day's. My sea bass was delicious! One friend ordered 2 starters one of which was absolutely amazing, 'Goat's cheese coated with crushed pistachio served with a pear puree, DELICIOUS!! Staff were very friendly and helpful although one did try to clear plates whilst one of us was still eating, but that's just a question of a bit of training. After the concert we went back for a nightcap in the rooftop bar which has lovely views. All the staff, security, reception, night managers, bar staff all still smiling, friendly & helpful. Great restaurant & hotel

Myself and 5 other business partners went for dinner at the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised with the experience. The staff, were very accommodating and friendly. We were welcomed by Daniel and served by Maria and we haven’t been made to feel that special in a restaurant in a long time. The food was delicious and quick to arrive. Thank you to the staff and chef

I ate here as part of a group of 4 on Wednesday 11th April. The greeting by the restaurant manager was friendly and professional and this set the tone for excellent customer service throughout our meal. The food was of a high quality and extremely well presented. The bill, including drinks and service charge was £211. We will definitely revisit.

we had lunch booked there on FA Cup Final day, great location accross the road from the stadium, superb buffet, excellent waitress, (Christina, from Athens), the staff couldn't do enough for us, pleasent, very helpful, attentive, even moved us towards the end of our mel when friends arrived for drink. It was a very pleasent location to have lunch prior to kick off, also got a pass to get back into the bar for post match drinks, so you could let the crowds and traffic get aweay

The Rib Eye steak was the size of a McDonald's burger but thinner and the taste was OK. I would be OK with a price of €2.99 but not the €24 they charged. I recommend finding another location.

I visited this restaurant with my partner after watching an American Football game at Wembley Stadium which is only 100m away. What a haven of tranquility! One can sit in front of the floor to ceiling windows and enjoy a splendid view of the stadium. On match days there is a limited fixed price menu (£30/2courses or £35/3 courses) which is more than adequate. There is also a decent (if slightly expensive) wine list. Service was very good and attentive. It was efficient without being overly fussy. We both had the duck liver pate to start. This was a good sized portion served with well prepared brioche and a sweet chutney. We both enjoyed this (but why sprinkle the pate with salt which we both just scrapped off?). My partner had chicken which see liked very much. Good garlic flavour well balanced with herbs. I had the sea bass which was properly cooked and delicious.Neither of us had room for dessert but we did have coffee which was very good. We regularly come to this restaurant after events at Wembley and have not been disappointed.

My husband booked lunch here as a treat whilst we were in Wembley for an event. The table was booked for 2pm, and we arrived 5 minutes early for our booking. The restaurant was completely empty with no members of staff in sight. We sat outside and waited, aware that we were early and they probably weren't ready yet. It got to about 2.10pm and we could see waiting staff putting candle holders on the tables, however they all deliberately avoided eye contact and still we waited. Eventually, at 2.15pm someone saw us stood waiting by the entrance and asked about our booking and took us to our table. The food was enjoyable and I cannot fault anything we were served. However, throughout the whole meal the service was lacking. There were only about 4 tables in the whole restaurant which were taken, so I would hate to see how they cope when they are busy.My husband's side plate and roll that he was half way through eating were taken away from him when his starter arrived.I ordered soup to start. When it was set in front of me, the Waiter said he would bring me a soup spoon. I waited and waited, but it didn't arrive. He obviously forgot and as he had disappeared out of sight, there was no way of asking again. Eventually, rather than having cold soup, I used my desert spoon. When it came to the bill, after another long wait to catch someone's eye and request it, it came with a 'discretionary' 10% service charge on. Having had such poor service, my husband and I had no intention of paying this charge and, as it was clearly marked as discretionary, we paid just over the billed amount for our food and drinks. We gave the payment to a waitress on the way out and she called us back to say that we hadn't paid enough. When we explained that we didn't feel the service warranted a tip and we had elected not to pay the service charge, she then said she had to call a manager over. This was all very embarrassing as again, we were quizzed on why we weren't paying the full amount. After giving our feedback the manager agreed to re do the bill less the service charge. If a service charge is discretionary and therefore not mandatory, why are you made to feel like you are doing something wrong by not paying it and have to explain yourselves not once, but twice?Despite the nice food, this treatment left a bitter taste!

We won a complimentary dinner for two at the Hilton Wembley, three courses and a free cocktail each. The overall experience was very good - staff was thorough, friendly and efficient. We were seated at the Icons Bar and Grill and was served Association's menu. The El Diablo cocktail was good but tiny at a price of £10. The scallop starter was also good, but ONE scallop (!) in a cauliflower sauce and three dots of cauliflower tempura. My pork belly was good, tender, asparagus and fondant potatoes cooked well, with crispy crackling. It came completely dry on the plate though and not really hot which was disappointing. My husband's sirloin steak was ok quality, cooked to requested medium rare. The sides of Fat Chips and onion rings were delicious. We both had the Tarte Tatin with Stilton Icecream for desserts - it was nice. The wine list was not cheap. Cheapest red at £26 a bottle. Overall we enjoyed the experience and the ambiance but thought that they could rework the portion size, and pork IS a dry meat, even when cooked to tender it should never be served without a sauce of some sort...

The hotel service is 5* over the phone. However the restaurant Association had terrible service. I have been calling for 5 days trying to inquire about Christmas dinner, menu and how to book. First day I was told someone will call back as no one answering in restaurant. No one did for 2 days. I called back and complained. Got told same thing wanting to know availability for 2 nights. I was called back the next day but was called by events team who had no idea if tables were available on the dates I wanted as she was in charge of events. I told her to tell someone to call me back regarding availability and not events. No called for next 2 days. I called again and finally got through to the restaurant but the person who picked the phone up could not speak any English and hung up as he could not answer back a simple question i asked 'Have I been put through to the restaurant Association' I called again and reception staff were very apologetic and promised that they will get someone to call me and they will make a booking for me. I left my email and phone number. Should have left my address too lol!! No answer still!!!! So going on 5th day I am so fed up that I am going to go in person and make a reservation for 11 people. I wonder if they will say 'i'm sorry we have no tables left'Absolutely shocking service from one of the top Hotels. Why have such incompetent staff in your restaurants who can't even make simple bookings?? The website has no info for Christmas Menu so I have no choice but to call. Otherwise I would book online.

Ok, so it's the Rugby World Cup and everybody inflates their prices. However I think the Association Restaurant at the Hilton took things a little too far.Starting with the positives, this is a great hotel product, living up to the expected Hilton brand standards. I have eaten there before and it has been good. The food itself was extremely good, a great selection and quality. The service - or rather, the lack of, let the restaurant down. What made it worse was the fact that is was a buffet so there was far less to do than in the usual dining circumstances. It took a long time to get drinks ordered, but the worst thing by far was having to wait 30 minutes for the bill! The staff seemed oblivious to the fact that there was a rugby match about to start just next door and in the end our group had to give the impression to leave the restaurant in order for some attention and bill settlement. Finally, the pricing was quite absurd. £65 a head excluding drinks for a buffet! No wonder the restaurant was about a quarter full. When I booked the restaurant several months before, I was told that they didn't know what the format would be and likely to be a buffet at about £35 to £40 a head. They lied, although I know that I should have re-checked before heading there on the day, That will teach me to take the hotel's word for it.The hotel let itself down in doing this. It is a great product, but could not be bothered either to employ more staff or to invest in more/better training. As for the price, that is just down to pure greed. We will probably select another restaurant before our next match there. Shame.

We had a beautiful meal last night and the children's menu is fantastic, the service is impeccable. The view of Wembley stadium at night is an added bonus. The meal was beautifully cooked and there was a good choice of food for all tastes. The children's meal was done very well and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant has a lovely setting and tables are spread out very well so guests are not sat on top of each other. It's is also easy accessible for disabled guests. We will definitely be going back

I booked this before the Play Off final and selected the set menu for £20/£25 a head. Staff were confused by this and insisted drinks were included which puzzled us. We ate from the buffet which was very good, we were then shocked to be presented a bill at £60 a head! Fortunately the front of house staff were very helpful and worked out the bill based on my original online choice. We had repeatedly said we were on the set menu option but our waitress didn't understand. So in fact we did very well in the end and the restaurant was very comfortable and well placed for the stadium

We booked the Association Restaurant for its convenience to Wembley Arena. We had a bit of a job finding it as it is on the third floor of the Hilton Hotel which was a little difficult to find. However once we did find it we were pleasantly surprised by the style of the interior and the quality of the meal. The staff were very helpful. We had a table by the large expanse of window which looked out onto the twinkling lights of the little Christmas market below and Wembley Stadium. The menu was quite extensive and, we thought, very reasonable. The meal was excellent and was served promptly and well by the waitresses. We would definitely go there again.

Located in the Hilton with a fantastic view of Wembley Stadium. However it isn't easy to find as there is n o sign for it at the end of the road, and you have to be on top of the hotel before you can see it.The staff were friendly and the food was good.Wine was OK, but the staff weren't too sure of what they were selling. There was a 2 course or 3 course option menu, which we were not offered, and only discovered existed as we left. Hence we paid a pretty high price for 2 courses, when it could have been cheaper. However the location is perfect for a meal before a show.

The three of us have spend a fantastic moment at Reggie's restaurant ! This lady is as sweet as the food she prepares in her kitchen, with so much love and attention for details. I had the pleasure to taste the brown stew chicken, it was slowly cooked for hours and the meat was melting, it was incredible! My two friends took the jerk chicken and it was perfectly spiced with a syrupy sauce, a real moment of happiness. 💜🧡💜 Thanks again to her for her warm welcome and her delicious meals, we will not hesitate to come back on our next trip !
