Been to The Arth before as it’s local - Great food as always - service was also on point! The only thing that was a shock was - we were the only ones in there !!! As they are planning to renovate - and the lady told us they were not acceany online bookings - but our booking was made online ! Which she was also surprised at ! However - we still got served with a smile and the food was amazing so I can’t complain !!!! Will be trying their new place in Hatch End and another in Pinner !

Waited an hour between the starters and the main course… service is way too slow.. maybe they could employ another chef or get him help … unfortunately, first and last time.. would never recommend!!

Celebrated my father’s birthday here. What a disaster. Regretful experience. 1. Laughably small portion sizes. Each chicken curry only had 3 chicken pieces in there - appalling for a dish costing £10.95. I have visited *many* Indian restaurants & have not had this issue. By this standard people would have to order multiple of *each* dish if dining in a group >4 which is ridiculous. 2. There was at least a 45 min wait between starters & mains. When the mains came, we did not even have plates laid out which the waitress only realised afterwards. When I asked for forks, she brought 2 for a group of 9. 3. I brought a birthday cake and the waitress brought out two plates for a group of 9. When I asked for more plates, her response was “do you need more?” - uhh yes for 9 people, we need 9 plates… it’s not rocket science. After 5 minutes she brings out 7 paper plates. Please let guests know to bring their own plates & cutlery as part of your marketing. Overall appalling experience. Regretfully made the wrong choice to celebrate a special event. Evening ruined. Save yourself the hurt and BOOK ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Slow Slow Super Slow !! We waited an hour between the starters and the main course—service was far too slow. They should consider hiring another chef or providing additional support. Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit. Would not recommend!

The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and provided exceptional service throughout the meal—attentive without being intrusive. The menu was a delightful surprise, boasting a wide selection of Indian meals that catered to every palate. Whether you’re a fan of hearty classics or prefer something lighter and more adventurous, there was something for everyone. I opted for their signature dish, and it did not disappoint—the flavors were bold yet perfectly balanced, and the presentation was almost too beautiful to eat. Every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and the quality of the ingredients. A must visit!!

We went for birthday celebration for 14 people as we have been before. Food is good but the service was very slow due to sort of staff. Otherwise is all okay

The Arth in South Ruislip is a fantastic spot for Indian cuisine. The dishes are flavorful and well-presented I love the bhindi kurkuri, chetinad fish curry and the kewar dessert . The décor was lovely, and the staff are incredibly attentive. A great place for a delicious meal with excellent service. Highly

butter chicken and dal makhani has no flavours... I had to add salt in my food which is 1st of in indian food. chilli chicken was more like sweet with ample amount of red chilli... couldn't eat and make the staff try who agreed something was not great. overall 2nd time I tried as someone recommended again saying it has become better. I won't be going again. looked promising but I could have eaten in many other restaurants I'm Ruslip with better food. even with 50% off on food I won't be going again

Very good food and service - the Paneer tacos are amazing and so is the avocado chaat. All other dishes are solid and a good selection or drinks. Family really enjoyed themselves

We had a bottleless procecco brunch voucher for the Arth. It's apparently under new management. They serve indian food. The starter were very good but maybe a little bit on the small side. The mains were much larger in portion and very very good. We ordered desert which was so so good and different. Would recommend the brownie with ice cream. So lively prepared and presented with a different Indian twist to it. Service was brilliant too. All our needs were forseen and attended too before even asking. We went for lunch so it was quite quiet. They have a nice room for private hire. Hope they do really well, food was definitely worth it.

Food & Ambiance is really good obviously it’s been converted from Irish pub to modern fusion with good hype above food and server “Sachin” on his toes to serve us as our taste buds. Highly Recommended!!

Anarth of dinig at this place on Sunday afternoon. Never again. This restaurant should be shut down. Here is everything that went wrong during my visit : 1. Dead cold place. No heating on when i reached at 1 pm for prebooked table on Sunday afternoon. No other customers at all. Just my family and the waiter put a standing heater near our table which didn't make any difference. I should have walked out at this point only. Unfortunately I gave a benefit of doubt and stayed to face the horror of stale food. 2. We ordered paneer khurchan tacos as starter and it was stale.. The paneer inside the taco was as cold as from fridge. Main course equally horrible. Paneer kadhai was somewhat of acceptable standards. 3. Post dinner, the waiter didn't even bother to warm the wet wipes to clean hands. Looks like heating is weighted by miligram in this place. 4. The wheelchair entrance was locked entirely. When we left, one guy in wheelchair was frustrated outside in this Cold weather and knocking on the door to be let in. I checked with him if he wanted to get in and he said he has been knocking on the door in cold for more than half hour now. I went in and asked the waiter to open the door for the wheelchair accessible entrance and then he reluctantly opened the door. COLD ATMOSPHERE, STALE FOOD & DISRESPECT TO NEEDS OF DISABLED PEOPLE. This restaurant should have its license revoked. I am extreamly surprised how its running.

I booked the restaurant for our Xmas dinner party it was amazing from the time we entered the restaurant. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very polite 😊 so thank you for making our Xmas dinner special.

Having driven past The Arth numerous times, we finally visited this restaurant, and it wasn't what I expected it to be. Here's what we had: Veg Momo: it's a nono. Mogo: beyond nogo. To save ourselves disappointment, I specially asked to ensure that they don't add sweetner, and I was assured that they didn't, but when it arrived, it was a ketchup based runny gravy and obviously sweet. Chap: was decent and perhaps better than other known restaurants in Ruislip. Masala Chips: Well seasoned. Would surely recommend. Egg fried rice: Average. Ghevar: no where close to authentic texture and taste but still interesting. The cream tasted a bit sourish which wasn't right. This is not cheap by any means . The overall quality and quantity of food (except for chips) fell short compared to the pricing and their competitors. Waitress was courteous but after finishing the starters, we had to ask her to change the small starter plates to find that they were replaced by the same small ones as opposed to the dinner plates. Imagine eating rice in a small starter plate! None of us were particularly delighted with the overall experience to see the need of tipping and definitely not 13%. Yet, we paid because it was included as service charge within the bill. When restaurants don't include service charges, I always tip the waiter for their service irrespective of my perception of food and sometimes pay 15% or more when both food and service are exceptional. Tip/ gratuity is optional and obliging the customers to pay a higher service charge on top of the bill for a below average experience is just unacceptable.

A special shoutout to Joy and Nikhil, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. Well I visited this restaurant last week with some friends. Food - we ordered food but noticed that they used the same gravy/sauce in all the 3 different dishes, they all tasted the same. (Chilli momos, chicken lollipops and chilli paneer) Spice level was too much couldn't even taste the actual food properly. Staff - half of the time they were missing and they were clueless and rude. Venue - indian restaurant with no Indian touches, poor decorations, dim lights. Overall it was a waste of money and time even though we paid them £20 as a tip

Our recent party was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the impeccable service, mouthwatering cuisine, and the warm hospitality of Joy and his team. Advice: only go here if you’re Indian, otherwise you’ll be discriminated against. One of the worst service experiences of my life. We walk in and the “greeter” stares at us blankly until we ask for a table to be seated and then he doesn’t know which table to put us on so we have to awkwardly ask if we can sit at a certain table because he doesn’t say anything or offer us a table. They then don’t serve us for 20-30 minutes despite there only being 1 other table of 2 people in the restaurant so we decided to leave as we were hungry and we could tell it was going to take ages to get served. The worst part was there were 3 waiters standing around doing nothing and chatting, at one point they looked directly at me and then walked away even though we had our menus closed and were ready to order. I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome at a restaurant and makes me question what is the purpose of the place since they don’t seem to want to serve people at all… I don’t know what is going on behind the scenes but it was so abnormal and I can’t believe they have a 4 star rating as the place either used to be much better or they are getting bots to write 5 star reviews for them. Anyway glad we didn’t get served as some of the other reviews mentioned being served the wrong food and/or getting food poisoning so we will never be back to such a horribly unwelcoming restaurant again.

We had 2 meals at this place and ate only vegetarian buffet meals. Service wise these guys are exceptional, need to improve the taste of food.

We hired the private area for a work Xmas party dinner & we had the best time! The manager Joy helped me organise the event and was always so approachable, accommodating & helpful. I can’t compliment him enough! The food was delicious and the service was great! Everyone had a wonderful night! Thank you Arth team!! We will be back! ❤️

We had a Diwali party earlier this year.. Joy and his team were amazing in hosting us… we were a group of 30 and were extremely well looked after.

I celebrated my 40th birthday in the private room . I was able to hire a private DJ and the food was amazing . Joy was absolutely amazing with his hospitality. I’ll be definitely hosting many more parties there

My friend and I had lunch at The Arth today and it was lovely. The food was very tasty and the portions were large, excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very attentive. It was our first visit to The Arth but I'm sure it won't be the last. We would definitely recommend this restaurant. Keep up the good work.

We held our diwali party for around 50 guests at The Arth and I have to admit, it is one of the most welcoming and excellent venues that we have been to. The ambience is fantastic, the food was extra ordinary and the staff looked after all of us with great warmth. The drinks were also curated to perferction. One of the coolest places to visit for family dinner or a party. They have accomodated the kids as well until late night which gave us a chance to enjoy the music and hit the dance floor. Joy is an amazing manager and looks after his guests with a happy heart and smile. Definitely going back to relish more of this restaurant.

Great place for a DJ party for 100 people

We had a Diwali party at the venue for Jain community and The Arth has taken care of all the requirements and requests we had about the Jain food preparation, accommodating dietary requirements for guests, and prepared delicious food with restricted ingredients still keeping the taste intact. The overall ambience was amazing with wonderful DJ that made the whole event absolute enjoyable. The owner and all his staff were very courteous, hard working and always smiling. I'd highly recommend this place and would like to arrange more parties here. Every guest had a similar view about this restaurant. Thanks Prashant (the owner of the restaurant) for making this event memorable.

Held a big party last weekend and got blown away by the hospitality and DJ music The Arth team presented. Food for the all vegetarian party was delicious too! Hope to return to the restaurant soon for many more dine outs!

We had Diwali party on 27th in Arth and every guest loved it. The place had very welcoming atmosphere, amazing Indian food and Live DJ. I found staff members very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to make your party memorable.

Probably the best Indian restaurant in west of London. This is our go to place for occasions and food taste & quality every time matches its standards. Kudos. Special mention to Joy who is a lovely friendly guy at the bar.

The food and service was excellent. We were a table of 4 enjoying a bottomless brunch on Sat 19th Oct. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend.

A nice experience at Arth - the Indian restaurant bar. I visited there in my friends birthday party.. Parking is bit problem here as they have a small parking space of around 10 cars in the front. The atmosphere and food was good though. Service was quick and served with a 😊.

The waiters were very friendly, easy parking also. However food was a let down sadly... Korma was bland & too spicy, tikka was bland, only the butter chicken was really nice... nan breads were hard/overcooked... I would have liked to give a better note as the waiters were very kind but sorry the food just was not up to standard.

Bit late in posting but we celebrated a family party at The Arth recently The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Joy was great in helping us plan the event and in keeping everything on track on the night, especially when catering for so many of us. So many of our guests commented on the delicious food which really was excellent, in particular the avocado chaat was a huge hit! (thank you Chef Akshay for taking all our special requirements into account) Many thank team Arth 🎉

Fantastic service such friendly staff who were very helpful and attentive to our needs. There was 14 of us and we all had a smashing time. Food was on point and Not one person complained. Honestly the staff was amazing you rarely see people who are genuinely happy and working hard.

overall quite happy with our experience at The Aarth. Service is always very good and we feel looked after. atmosphere was a little loud due to a Bollywood Karaoke night but we did not know that was on, it was quite fun to hear everyone having a good time. food was generally good, we found the main curry portions a little on a small side as we were hoping to share them but they seemed to be for 1 person portions. it was very tasty and nice fresh naan bread.

The Arth is one of the best indian resturants i have ever been too. The food was absolutely delicious, with Punjabi Butter Chicken, Awadhi Biryani and kesar malai ghewar in desert being the highlights of our meal. And yes what a exceptional service we recieved from athrav. He was extremely attentive, kind, and humble, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our dinner. I highly recommend The Arth for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience with amazing food and top-notch service.

Veg food was really nice. Non veg wasn't. We ordered prawns and sheekh kebabs for starters and they both came cold. Mains was okay. We didn't feel like eating much after. But the veg food was really good. Ambience could be improved by improving the lighting and also maintaining a good temperature: we were really cold had to keep our jackets on while having dinner. The staff were really nice and attentive though.

We hosted a big birthday party at The Arth recently - from the point of booking up to the end, we were really well looked after by Joy (the manager) and his team. He worked around all our requirements and took away all the hassle of organising an event. Food, drinks and ambience were all amazing and top notch. Fabulous DJ present over the weekend - will most definitely be going back and highly recommend.

While the food was tasty and well prepared , the portions were miniscule and overpriced . We eat out regularly and feel the the restaurant is working on 200% profit margins for its vegetarian dishes . It is off the beaten track and a new establishment so will struggle to find repeat customers. The USP of experiential Indian dining certainly does not hit the mark.

Staff were extremely patient, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. There are items on the menu which are very different to other Indian Restaurant offerings which we really enjoyed such as the taco's with either paneer or chicken. We did find the butter chicken a little too rich however this may have been our taste, all other items ordered were fresh and hot. The restaurant itself has lovely decor and very clean.
