Uncomfortable and unhygienic. The staff was overly judgmental, serving guests based on their appearance. The food was unhealthy and overpriced without justification.

Had such a great time here! Joe, the manager, was super welcoming and made the whole experience even better. The food was on point, but the Ghewar? Easily the best I’ve had—crispy, sweet, and just perfect. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend if you're looking for good vibes and amazing food.

One of the worst service experiences of my life. We walk in and the “greeter” stares at us blankly until we ask for a table to be seated and then he doesn’t know which table to put us on so we have to awkwardly ask if we can sit at a certain table because he doesn’t say anything or offer us a table. They then don’t serve us for 20-30 minutes despite there only being 1 other table of 2 people in the restaurant so we decided to leave as we were hungry and we could tell it was going to take ages to get served. The worst part was there were 3 waiters standing around doing nothing and chatting, at one point they looked directly at me and then walked away even though we had our menus closed and were ready to order. I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome at a restaurant and makes me question what is the purpose of the place since they don’t seem to want to serve people at all… I don’t know what is going on behind the scenes but it was so abnormal and I can’t believe they have a 4 star rating as the place either used to be much better or they are getting bots to write 5 star reviews for them. Anyway glad we didn’t get served as some of the other reviews mentioned being served the wrong food and/or getting food poisoning so we will never be back to such a horribly unwelcoming restaurant again.

We went there after coming across one of the Instagram reels. The food was so good and delicious. Lovely service, great atmosphere and we even hot complementary dessert that was ghewar ...yummy

We visited on Saturday afternoon. Although we had reserved a table, there was plenty of seating available. The ambience is nice and the service is good. We enjoyed the mix veg platter, especially dahi ke kabab and paneer tikka. We also enjoyed avocado chat. Mains was flavorful - lagan paneer, aloo baigan, dal makhani. Loved the soft freshly made tandoori roti. Subz biryani was below expectation. The vegetables the over cooked and rice lacked flavours. It tasted as if vegetables were cooked in masala and then tossed in rice, unlike biryani. Food is flavorful and on the spicy side. Ghewar was presented very well. We were excited to try it, however, were heartbroken because we could taste the oil in ghewar. For us, authentic traditional Indian sweets are made with ghee.

Amazing, authentic indian food with live DJ. Great vibe. We are vegetarians and we loved the huge vegetarian selection and every dish we ordered. Specially recommend the authentic Rajasthani Ghewar in dessert. A must try!

I really enjoyed the veggie starters. Some of the sauces were similar like the chilli paneer and the garlic chilli mogo. The paneer was really nice prob my fav. They have a good drinks selection and show the football on game days.

Asia food is one of my favourite one, so I have tried many places and eat many curries in my life. Lol Place it self looks nice, was clean but Service could be a little bit improve. We didn't received all starters at the same time, chops could of stay marinated bit longer so the meat be better taste. Chilli chicken was really nice. Good composition of spice and sweetness. Mains were bit blend. My second drink took bit long to be served to the table [considering it was only glass of wine], while jug of tap water was removed from the table even when we were still sitting and enjoying our visit.

We had a lovely experience at The Aarth on our most recent visit from start to finish. All staff and service was really good, everything was explained properly, we were looked after by Joy and the ambience very nice. The restaurant itself is very clean with lovely decor and music level is perfect to be able to talk as well. The food itself was delicious, everything was fresh, flavoured well and mostly decent portions. We ordered the paneer tacos, tandoori chicken and then murgh methi chicken and nihari lamb with naan/paratha, all items were very good and would order again.

I’m very picky with eating Indian out, especially when the options are repetitive. The Arth has a fantastic menu with a lot of fresh and different dishes. The schezwan lollipop was very fresh and crisp, and we also loved the lamb sheesh kebab that had a very distinct tandoor flavour. Servers were very kind and friendly. We did think the timing at which food came out was a little strange; received chicken starters before masala papad. Not a huge deal ! I’ve rated atmosphere lower just because (at no fault of the restaurant) it did feel a little barren, probably just because it was quite quiet on a Tuesday evening. The decor and interior is fab though, can imagine how fun it would be packed on a weekend. Overall, do definitely pay a visit. We’ll most certainly be back! ☺️

Came her for a family dinner for my wife's birthday. Nice place, interesting feel, really good food, and lovely staff. We decided to have whole load of starters then have dessert, but got some naan and one paneer main for the kids- I finished that off for them it was also really good.

We had our daughter’s18th birthday party here. The gusts were all girls. We were given a separate room just for our event and was able to decorate it according to the theme of the party beforehand. During the party we were given a party hostess, she was friendly and efficient without being overwhelming. The girls had a great time without feeling self conscious as the room was just allocated for them. They were able to play their own music and dance as much as they wanted. The cocktails and the mocktails tasted and looked great. The food was amazing too. As parents we were able to stay close but in a distance so we could keep an eye on the girls without having to interfere with the fun. Many of my daughters friends said that the event felt like a second prom. I highly recommend this place. The manager was very attentive and helpful. Kept us informed every step of the way.

We had a birthday party for c30 people here. Had a separate room to accommodate all of them. We were able to come a few hours before to decorate our area, We had veg and non-veg food buffet style along with a host to look after the guests. The cocktails were amazing, everyone was really impressed. The food was really tasty, a lot of the guests complimented ! Really nice atmosphere. Parking on site can be tricky, but after 6pm on street parking was free. We were given control of the music, created our playlists after 9pm. There was a DJ on site as well. So plenty of entertainment. Special Thanks to Joey and Ria who were great and looked after us ! 100% recommend to everyone !

The restaurant has good vibe and had live music in the day. The food was good but could be better and can really Work on their portions as I felt they were small compared to the prices. Good options to select from. There is some dedicated parking available.

Fantastic late afternoon meal. Food was expertly prepared, beautifully served and wonderfully enjoyed. Our staff were very gracious, offered wonderful suggestions and provided prompt and pleasant service. Our visit was by chance, but we will almost certainly go out of our way to go back.

Great food, service and ambience for a ladies evening out. The food was tasty with good portion sizes and the service was brilliant. There was a DJ playing Bollywood music which my group really enjoyed dancing too. The dance floor was spacious too and not overly crowded. Highly recommend this place

Tasty food and courteous staff who looked after us very well. Went out with family for dinner to try out this place for the first time and was pleased with their food, service and atmosphere too. Seeing chicken malai tikka in the kids menu was wonderful as you normally don’t see tandoori items as part of kids menu. So we ordered a portion for the little one. Two things which I think can be better are their overall portion size and kids chicken tikka was a bit under cooked. Other than that, we ordered laal maas, tandoori king prawns, chilli chicken and everything was fab! Desserts were superb too. I am definitely going back there again and may be with a bigger group.

The food was a 5/5. Super tasty, good portions and really well cooked. Service was excellent with incredible attention to detail and making us feel welcome at all times. The space was clean and tidy. As well as the toilets. Overall, very nice place to eat. Would definitely recommend!

Good indian restsurant with dance floor and dj

The venue wasn't particularly busy when we arrived and we were served relatively quickly by staff who were attentive throughout the evening without being overbearing or intrusive. The food portions were very generous and we were unable to finish our main courses after having devoured our starters. The quality of the food was outstanding and we will definitely be heading back.

Absolute of a gem - loved everything about it. The momos were so so good especially with the green chutney. Really enjoyed and cant wait to get back. One of the best in NW London.

This is the best and closest to authentic 'Indian' food I had. I have tried out many places in Ruislip Pinner area and this one really stands out. I ordered (L) biryani, naan and "Laal maas" and demolished it. My new fav. place. Kudos.

Five Star Experience at The Arth, Ruislip! Had a fantastic dining experience at my son's birthday party at The Arth in Ruislip recently. The food was absolutely delicious - authentic Indian flavors that were both familiar and exciting. But what truly impressed me was the exceptional service. Prince and Joy, our waiters, were outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and ensured our entire dining experience was enjoyable. Thanks to the delicious food and impeccable service from the staff, I will definitely be back to The Arth soon. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an upmarket flavorful and authentic Indian dining experience in Ruislip!

Recently celebrated my Son's 18th birthday at Arth. Liked ambience, seating arrangements, and choice of music. Service was prompt but not pushy. Food was great and authentic indian, spice level was well balanced. Enjoyed mainly non-veg starters and main course. We will definitely visit again soon to explore vegi side of menu that looked equally tempting.

This is the 2nd time we have visited The Arth with 2 different sets of friends which obviousily means we absolutely loved the food and customer service. I would highly recommend that people try this restaurant

This evening was our first time at this restaurant. We were absolutely delighted with our meal. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful with out order.I can honestly recommend this restaurant for couples or families. We will be going back again but with our family next time. We booked table for our friend 40th birthday. The restaurant made it special by bringing the flaire with shots! Nikhil who works there was taking care of our table and made every thing perfect. Food was good and cocktails were really nice. Special thanks to Nikhil to have us the best table. Paneer Taco were best.

We went with family for the first time and we loved the atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant. Amazing service by Prince and riya the manager joy make sure everything is perfect and it truly was. We recommend this restaurant and we are making sure to come back.

I came last night with group of 28 people. The interior and decor is wonderful. The food is really very delicious specially Indian style Bhel puri and paneer tikka in the starters. Even in the main course dal makhni and panner makhanwala is amazing and liked by the most of us. Beautiful ambiance all around with Indian music. The drinks were superb specially betel vetal and cosmopolitan, cherry on the top was the dessert part, gajar halwa and brownie, though we really wanted gewar, but it was finished by that time. The service is very quick. The manager Joy and one of the staff Sana is very kind throughout. I would highly recommend to go with family and friends.

Atmosphere and decor is great. Only let down is the waiters, they have not got a clue what food or drink they are bringing to the table. The service is pretty slow after 9pm. We never recieved part of the order had to remind the waiter numerous times. Food is okay nothing wow. Turns into a club after 9pm so you can barely speak to anyone while eating.

45 minutes into starters being served, there was no sign of our drinks. The cocktail never came. there was no response from the bar, nor the waitress . No explanation provided either at that time. Suggest you go for regular off the shelf drinks if you go there. we were offered complementary desert at the end. Food was good but not a pleasant experience with service I am afraid.

On arrival, i was asked where i would like to sit. It was a wet and cold evening so my response was, somewhere warm. They very kindly brought over a heater to where we were sitting. Was super impressed with the service. There was at most 3 other tables occupied the whole time we were there and yet getting the waiters attention wasnt always easy. I ordered 3 drinks for the 3 diners. The waiter seemed to write them all down, then asked the other diners what they would like to drink. Cocktails were good but imo the measures were too overpowering (am sure most wouldnt complain) Avocado Kale chaat was lovely and the star of the night. Kur kuri bhindi - the masala was tasy but the bhindis were so thinly cut that they were brittle and had no okra taste at all. Palak paneer and butter nan were both standard, neither here nor there Pani puri only came with pani, no tamarind or chilli sauce, very boring in taste. The mixed grill was bordering on inedible. The sheesh kebab and chicken tikka were both super dry. Achari fish was good, if slightly over done. The Dahi chicken tikka was awful, super tough, looked possibly raw. Only 1 bite taken each by 2 diners and returned to the platter. The waiter didnt ask why when he was clearing the table this had not been eaten. The mixed grill only came with 1 green chutney. We had to ask for a chilli sauce, we were served a 'chilli oil' according to the waiter. The layered paratha was raw inside. The waiter noticed it was uneaten at the end of the meal. We explained it was raw. Despite seeing we were done eating, he offered to get another. We declined as it was too late. We were charged in full. 2 out of 3 of the diners had very upset tummys the next day. We wont be going back and sadly would discourage others from going. There is a good number of decent indian restaurants nearby - there is a lot that needs to be improved if this restaurant is to succeed.

We celebrated our anniversary there with family and friends. We got a private cabin. Ambience was great. Lots of photos taken. The food served was of excellent quality. The staff were very helpful and catered to our requests however small it can be (like putting extra table, moving chairs etc). We all enjoyed our time there. Thanks to the Arth. Hope to celebrate there again in the future.

Went in for late dinner date with my girlfriend on a Saturday 9th march 2024. Great food and excellent service , there is a Delightful Goan guy , forgot to ask his name , very helpful and 5star service by this gentleman . Can’t wait to go back .

Excellent and warm customer service, great ambience and superb selection of cocktails (try the Chowpatty Margherita for sure!) and starters (Kurkure bhindi) Highlight was DJ and dance floor with great Bollywood music on Saturday nights until late. Will be back to try their biryanis and dessert menu.

We went there for the first time today. Couldn’t be more impressed by the end to end experience - from services, friendly staff to scrumptious food. We tried many veg starters and mains and nothing disappointed us. Portion sizes were good as well. The avocado chaat was too good. And both we adults and kids loved the food. We even took some takeaway for family we were visiting afterwards. Would definitely be going there again.

Its the second time in a month that I visit the Arth! The service is excellent, waitors are attentive and the restaurant is beautiful, spacious and clean. The food is incredibly delicious! The portions are big and filling. The curries are not too spicy but are full of flavor and the sauces are rich and creamy and not oily like in other restaurants! We tried the paneer curry, butter chicken and dhal curry and loved them all! We also recommend the Paani Purri and the chaat as starters. Also don't skip the papadooms, they are a MUST!! I also highly recommend the mango lassi - its thick and very mango flavoured and not overly sweet either. I will be returning to the Arth soon :)

Food and service was amazing. There are a few restaurants in London who can give the same authentic experience. This is one of them. 👍

The service was perhaps the best bit about our visit. The food was pretty poor. The paneer tacos I would advise to avoid. We were in the separate dining area and a large party was booked in the same area unfortunately with such a large party we were unable to continue with our dinner as it was too loud to have a conversation with the person next to you.

Authentic Indian food with a very friendly and welcoming staff. Also they have some really good dishes on the menu as opposed to typical dal and paneer dishes in Indian restaurant. Avocado and Kale chaat is my wife’s and Son’s favourite

The dice is beautiful. Presents a wonderful atmosphere, have a lively room to accommodate large groups and has nicely spaced tables to accommodate different party sizes. I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices to choose from. The flavors were excellent, and the service and atmosphere were top-notch.

This is a gem of a restaurant in Ruislip. Being Vegetarian, I was surprised to see so many vegetarian options. We ordered dahi ke kebab and paneer khurchan takos 🌮 for starters and they were dellllllicious 😋. For mains we ordered Five spice potato aubergine and Paneer makhanwala with chilli-garlic nan, triple cheese nan and layered paratha for breads. The portions were decent good enough for 3-4 ppl and taste was really delicious. For deserts we ordered Ghewar-rabdi and Gulab-jamun with ice cream. The presentation was wonderful and taste was yummilicious. The ambience was fine and location of restaurant was close to station and can be easily located. I would recommend this place for delicious food.

If you are looking for dining experience that has staff that doesn’t let you relax and enjoy your meal cause they want a quicker table turnover and average food, then this is the place that you have been looking for. We were forced to take our mains half way through our starters, my partner had to stuff her mouth because they wanted to change our starter plates with the mains plate while we were still eating. We were out in under an hour so great job done on your table turnover mate. Things seem to have taken a turn for the worst post their recent rebranding. There are far better places on the ruislip high street for India food.

I happened to visit this restaurant by chance on Monday. The vibes of the restaurant are of the classic oldies old school pub. The food is amazing. Chicken chilli garlic momos were excellent and the kafir lime tandoori prawns were just delicious. But the Paratha that we ordered was just like a normal chapatti and nothing special. But that won't stop me coming back again to try other options in the menu. They have a nice private dining room and the bar looks just amazing.

Food was not well cook. They have to change chef’s. I don’t know why they making this much cheep food. Wasting my time and family time. I Never ever suggest this restaurant. Don’t go. I ordered lamb chop is not well cook. I ordered Rajasthani Lal Maas very bad smell coming. I ordered dal and rice not well cooked. Very Bad Experience.

Went to The arth today with our 4 month old baby. Firstly they were very accommodating gave us a table where we could put the pram. The food was very fresh and tasty we order the momos, ghee lamb curry and dahi puri, Nutella brownie and masala chai. The service was impeccable. We cannot thank Joy enough for entertaining our baby whilst we ate and generally being so kind. We will definately be returning soon. Thank you for making our evening enjoyable and memorable.
