The Arches Cafe in Belfast

Hadn't been for a while, so stopped off to get a to get a Sunday dinner. The food and service are still great, but it's getting expensive £14.10 for a chicken dinner and a cup of tea.

Friendly environment, the food is absolutely amazing fresh, the staff is very polite, approachable, greeting with smile, clean, organised place, busy cafe, fast customer service, coffee is taste better, they have WiFi, 💯% definitely will recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jeez, £14.50 for a black coffee Scrambled eggs, toast and bacon Grumpy staff

Staff wearing no hair nets handling cooked meats etc with their bare hands,making sandwiches with no protective gear on, I sat there in disbelief,the guy was playing with his mobile then started making sandwiches with no gloves his hands weren't clean either and they claim to have a 5 star pass for food and hygiene I RIGHT staff in the kitchen no hair nets or gloves, THINK WELL OFF YOUR 5 STARS AS I WILL BE INTOUCH WITH THE AUTHORITIES..and by the way 2 customers had noticed the same as us and said they would not be back said disgusting.

first class service, where all requests are catered for and nothing is too much trouble.

Hours were updated a week ago but I'm here at 830 on a Saturday morning and it's not open!!!

Great wee cafe with a great menu. Food was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was extremely welcoming.

Ordered a sandwich and warm platter for six and it feed have our street also, quality and Varity was outstanding and sandwiches and fillings were so fresh... 10/10 guys thank you :-)

Food was basically frozen when I got it, staff were very rude when I spoke to them about my food being cold, the cutlery and cups looked dirty which put me off eating my food. I don’t think I would be back again especially after the way I was spoken to by staff members.

One of the best cafes in NI to have the breakfast under 20 Pounds.

Good service lovely wee fry and coffee

Was recommended this place but was not that fussed about the pre cooked bacon and sausage, the soda ok but the potatoe bread was just dipped in and out of the pan, long way to go to please me, then I do have high standards.

Was here for Christmas dinner. Amazing. Beautifully cooked turkey and ham with all the trimmings. Typical Christmas dinner, the portion was massive and I couldn't finish it!!!! What a great wee place. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Probably the worst burger I ever had. Exremly dry, bad quality of meat.

Stopped here once on a really wet day, i was wet, cold, hungry and pretty miserable. After a hot meal and coffee, great food (just what the doctor ordered). The staff where very friendly and after using free Wi-fi for a while and more coffee, I felt a lot better and left smiling. What more can I say, o yes THANK YOU 😀👍
