Got a takeaway from here one night whilst working in the area. The food was good and well priced. The service was good, the staff were polite.

It used to be our favourite Chinese but not anymore unfortunately. My special fried rice was very sloppy, pale and definitely not edible. It is a shame their standard of food has lowered massively. We will not return .

Ordered a beef satay and chilli chips and a portion of spring rolls , have to say its the first time in over 25+ years ive ever had bamboo and especially first time in a beef satay, i enjoyed it so much a had to phone Angel up to ask what it was , as it looked hard like uncooked cabbage but was soft and squishy when you bite in to it, i will definitely be purchasing some from tesco for the house ! Otherwise the spring rolls were nice , the only negative was the chilli chips were inedible due to the amount of salt on them , even the wife couldn’t eat any and she likes salty food so they were binned. Girls on the counter were nice and the delivery woman was very helpful.

Always found the food to be brilliant, esp the salt and pepper chips, portions are always very generation. Food always cooked and piping hot when collecting. Friendly staff

Food was totally tasteless. Sweet & sour sauce was disgusting. Ribs were dry and overcooked. Curry was totally bland! The chips were about all we could enjoy. They didnt even get the order correct too. Never again! Go to Jambo’s down the road for a tasty Chinese. Dont even want to give them 1 star.

This place is awful, the food was so bad that it became the joke of the night between me and my friends. Sickening food. In the bin after a couple of mouthfuls. Waste of money.

We have been holidaying nearby for 6 years and have only just found this fantastic takeaway! The best Chinese food by far and the chips were lovely- we ordered two portions not realising how big one would be- gave the other to our neighbours on the campsite who were delighted! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

We Had a takeaway last night, asked for the crispy beef, it was just not crispy it was incarcerated, we could not taste the beef at all and did not eat it . The set up regarding covid is very good in the shop and the staff were nice. The chips were good, but you can get chips anywhere. They Need to improve if they are to keep their customers as there is other more improved Chinese to go too around here

By being a Chinese takeaway and a chip shop, the owners really have cornered the market. We visited on a Friday night and it was very, very busy but everything was completely under control. Super food too.

I just had a takeaway from Ange Holyhead. It was the worst takeaway I ever had. The smell was terrible and the food was stoggy and stick.. I used to use this takeaway and it had good food. I believe it is under new management. Please please please don't be fooled by old reviews. My neighbour told me they never use angel anymore. it is that bad

Gone awful since new owners wont be ordering again prices have risen aswell not the value for money it used to be

I had a night off last Thursday and thought I’d treat myself to a Chinese takeaway. The food took an hour and a half to arrive . It was awful, the standard of the food was very poor, the portions were sketchy and the taste was very poor. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone and will not be using it again.
