Ordered 3 course Sunday carvery but the starter and pudding were missing which was a shame because the roast dinner was beautiful

I've had food here before and it's usually really nice but I was disappointed today, it was cold, 2 small roast potatoes were too hard to cut, the parsnips were burt and to top it all I asked for 3 turkey and 1 ham, we got 4 ham.... sorry to say

Such lovely food, they did forget a kids meal but I called them and they sorted out straight away so can't fault them at all x

Ordered 2 roasts,the order arrived cold and half of the order was missing. 2 tiny hard roast potatoes, Gammon just full of fat, no gravy, no Yorkshire puddings. I contacted just eat and was told they can’t do anything about it. Almost £30 wasted.

Only gave me half my order. Lasagna was entirely stuck to the tinfoil so inedible.

Loved this place. A working class restaurant where family meals don’t cost a bomb. Good atmosphere and decent food. Good clean fresh lager. Would be a regular if I lived there

Nice little bar which is part of the hotel. Descent selection of tap beers with one real ale available. TV on the wall showing the football. Nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and the beer was good. Good visit.

Fantastic budget hotel. I was with my dog and this place is great. Room was Clean and serviced. Water and biccies provided in the room. Hot shower, WiFi and tv. Don’t be put off by the tired look. It offers good value for money. Breakfast was really good too.

i actually wouldn't know how my food was as my dish wasn't delivered and i'm waiting YET AGAIN for something from Just Eat to sort out this matter

Had a carvery here. Food was outstanding. Everything cooked to perfection. Service was quick attentive. A good selection on the menu. Place needs a revamp. But there was nothing you could improve on the food.

I'm quite a regular customer I visit with my mother, food is excellent and the staff are fantastic 👌 😋

Food wasn't very warm,tasty turkey,the mash was dry and the roasties were tastless ,other veg ok.

Called in for Sunday lunch (not booked) choice of meats, yorkshire, mash, toasties, stuffing ball, carrot & swede mash, cabbage, parsnips, cauliflower cheese and of course gravy. They ask you what you want and plate but we did hear people asking for more mash etc so accommodating. Had a good plate full and no room for dessert for us or anyone else around us.

Lasagne was lovely, chips were banging but .There was no egg or pineapple with the gammon and the hotdog bun was soggy, shame really because normally everything is really good

As I was able to track the order it wasn't a problem being a little late..The food was beautiful, generous servings, packaging can be re-cycled..For 3 working people in the household this is a great service..Will definately order again..🙌🏻👌🏻

Was lost and no one was taking us in for food, then gazed upon the Alex, and we had some lovely grub and fast service at good prices. Would recommend

Only a small dining area but enjoyed the food, apparently there is a bigger dining area here which we didn’t realise as we just sat close to the entrance by the bar.

Good atmosphere, quiet place for drink..havnt tried anh food here but menu looks good.

Me and my wife, went here for a meal, which was presented well, tasted beautiful, the staff were polite and professional

Main meals were awful. Cold soggy and everything tasted of olive oil. Desserts were okay. Would not use again and can't recommend.

Nasty fish, some cheap frozen foreign species, chips were like a oil mop, not good at all.

Llandudno's little oasis! Fantastic service, the burgers and pizzas are to die for.

The food was worth the wait as I was cooked fresh. The service was slow unfortunately, and 2 children were running around un supervised.

The best burger and pizza we've ever had in a great place with excellent staff. We're going back. Highly recommended.

Went to a Welsh pub, to watch scousers play football, met a load of Irish and one Portuguese bloke... just bloody brilliant, what a laugh we had.. you'll never know how good it is unless you try it AMAZING

Arrived to a nice welcome from proprieter sat at table then he left to have a fight in the street outside the door, we got up & left. What we did see inside we made the right decision.

Went here this evening on a groupon deal with my husband and twin daughters. We were welcomed by a super friendly Irish lady who didn't treat us any differently when we said that we had a groupon booking & we all know that we would normally get a tut, eye roll and an "ok then"! Our drink order was taken & delivered quickly. We ordered food and did not have long to wait. The food was delicious! We all had burgers. Best bits? Fresh onion rings, beautiful fresh fried mushrooms on our burgers, fresh baps, well cooked burger, fast & friendly service, welcoming atmosphere! Whoever the lovely lady was tonight.. Thank you! We WILL be visiting again soon!

Wouldn't have paid full price pizza was so thin looked like a wrap and burger nice but couldn't find cheese a bit of wilted lettuce and no chips!

I wrote a terrible review of this place a few weeks ago based on my experience on that day which was my 1st ever visit. I reluctantly went back with some friends this week and it couldn't have been more different. The service and food were excellent and it was fantastic value for money. I do think some of the staff are a little out of their depth when it is very busy, and unfortunately last time i couldn't comment on the food as it never arrived. Sam did try to explain it was the busiest day of the year and i have to say i am glad i was talked into going back again. Apologies to Sam and his wife for my 1st review. I think i was just unlucky. I will be back and would definitely recommend.

I cannot speak any higher about this place. Unable to find what i was looking for anywhere in Llandudno, this place went out of their way to cater for my needs and added such a personal touch that they have a customer for as long as im here. Amazing service and truly beautiful breakfast (no corners cut here). My visit was a memorium for a special person who passed and Funkys did all they could to make this visit truly special. Thank you, I cannot thank you guys enough!

We had the most delicious pizzas yesterday evening. I have taken one star off due to the loud rock music coming out of the speakers. I think if you make the outside a little more elegant and have music to compliment the lovely food, then you are on to a winner here. The lady in charge of the front of house was excellent.

Breakfast was lovely and was really cheap too. Love the way you can build your own breakfast as there's certain things on a breakfast I won't eat. Will definitely be going again.
