The food was amazing, delicious and fresh. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit and will certainly be back and recommend to others. The spare ribs were particularly good! The staff are lovely and attentive. I like the fact the restaurant is authentically decorated too.

Have been visiting this restaurant since they were on Broad Street. The best and most authentic food I’ve had in this country. 10/10 can’t recommend highly enough.

We had our wedding meal at Thai Style yesterday and it was amazing!! The food was fantastic and plentiful, there was a great variety of different dishes which catered for all dietary requirements. Nannie pulled out all of the stops for us and made the day flow brilliantly. The guests were all talking about how tasty all of the food was, especially the sweetcorn fritters!! We can't wait to come back for a meal for two 💖

Excellent Thai food and experience- did feel like a small bit of Thailand in Halifax! The chicken salad was full of flavour - I’d have liked slightly hotter though. The green curry again was very authentic but I’d have liked more sweet basil for the aniseed All good though and will go back

First time visitor to Halifax and unsure of where to eat, I searched Tripadvisor for a clue. It has to be said that from the outside Thaistyle did not fill me with confidence, but once inside I began to understand some of the excellent reviews this restaurant has garnered over the recent past. From the moment I walked in the service was excellent, truly welcoming and helpful. The menu was huge (as so often the case) and catered well for gluten free and vegetarian diets. Food was really well presented (see pictures), piping hot and superbly tasty. Portion sizes were on the large side, but the relaxing ambiance of the place made eating there an unhurried and relaxing experience. I really cannot overstate the excellence of the food here, one of the very best Thai meals I have eaten in a clean, comfortable and very welcoming environment.

Visited tonight with the wife. Great experience from start to finish .lovely setting. Amazing food and staff really polite and on the ball . Really good prices too . Not one complaint and can't wait to go back .

Booked Thai style for a birthday meal, we’ve been coming for years ever since it opened as its original intimate restaurant. We ordered a sea bass to be cooked for main course - sad to say this was the only dish we enjoyed. We normally order the stuffed chicken wings, which was on the menu previously, so went for the deep fried ones in tamarind sauce- these were extremely tiny and over fried. The prawns were NOT in a tempura but very heavy batter. Ordered tofu & veg stir fry in tamarind sauce but NO vegetables complained the OK tofu. We felt a little short-changed and disappointed sadly. On a plus side - the service has improved 100%!

Not sat down on here for a while, it's been take away only. Was great to see several tables full and a revamped menu. We had the noodles, with green curry, quite spicy but plentiful. Great value for money and staff are great.

I have been eating here on and off for 15 years, even when they were at a different site. I have never had a bad meal here. This place has been our Thursday night go too for a long time! My grounp of friends have lived in different parts of the world but when we come together we come here and if never disappoints. Highly recommend set menu d!

Been here quite a few times, the food is always absolutely spot on and the chef really cares about what he serves! Very passionate about his cooking. The young boy last time was also so lovely and a really fab and friendly waiter!! Authentic and a wonderful place :)

I have never sat in to eat however every weekend we always order from Thai style for the full family and it is always absolutely beautiful, so authentic, generous portions and comes hot. We all absolutely love it and there is never any faults. Thankyou.

Our experience at Thai style was great! The decor is so authentic along with the traditional dishes, great service and greetings from the chef himself! Our dishes were served on a hot plate along with amazing rustic cutlery! Would highly recommend.

We ate an early dinner here late September and forgot to review the meal. The owner is always very welcoming and polite and what a shame there was only one other table occupied - we could sit anywhere. We chose to sit in the conservatory with all their plants - someone obviously has green fingers. Our food was very tasty, lovely and fresh and came quickly, however it did not stay hot even though it was on a hot plate. It is always a joy to eat Thai food and not feel too full after!

Absolutely disgusting. We ordered take away for the first time from here as many other takeaways were so busy. Honestly it was awful we barely ate any of it. The ribs were mushy, the sauce tasteless and thin. The thai green curry was horrible the sauce was bland watery. The only other ingredients were some really cheap chicken and pieces of cucumber....it was like no green curry I've ever had before and it was vile. All the food made us feel slightly uneasy as it looked so measley and pathetic and such poor quality. We threw 90% of it in the bin.

Thaistyle are a long established business in the town. They are currently offering 20% off collections. The food is excellent.

First time in a Thai restaurant the food was amazing, will definitely be back next time I’m here in Halifax

Have been eating at Thai Style for a few years now and find it to be the best Thai restaurant in the area. Our favourite dishes include chicken satay, Thai fish cakes and beef salad for starters, with prawns in garlic, chicken red curry and jungle curry for main course. The owner always makes time to acknowledge all the diners. If you like Thai food you won’t be disappointed.

Gave this place the benefit of the doubt given the large number of good reviews. Seriously questioning the authenticity of some of the reviews on here.We went Saturday night and the place was dead with only 2 tables occupied. I was served a warm coke with no ice in a glass from the 70's.The starters were miserable and grey; wet soggy grey tasteless ribs, beige 'stuffed' chicken wings that were tasteless and cold...We're on the cusp of leaving when the mains arrived. They messed up my brothers rice and his duck looked like a fruit salad with grey meat on it. My noodles had 4 prawns on and tasted only of grease.We're asked how it was; told them and they just said "it's not usually like that". Really wish we'd been to one of the two ram packed Thai restaurants over the road.Really depressing end to an otherwise excellent evening :(

The best thing about this restaurant is the view of Thai corner restaurant from its window. The food was terrible and thrown up immediately, there is nothing to salvage here, not even the washing machine in the bar area!

Have eaten here a few times since my last review. Have been visiting Thai Style for many years and the food has always been excellent. Last night a large group of us went to celebrate a birthday. Everyone thought the food was fantastic. The chef and owner is lovely. The restaurant is very clean and beautifully and authentically decorated inside, ignore the outside!Our favourite restaurant in Halifax, well worth a visit.

Top quality as always. A group of 18 of us went last night for a birthday meal & everyone was so happy with the quality of the food! I have been numerous times with my family and boyfriend and we always comment on how wonderfully the food is made and it is presented so nicely. The interiors inside are beautiful too! Thank you Thai Style for your wonderful food, we will be back soon!

Been twice in 2 weeks we normally go to a Thai in west vale but as we are old and get a free bus pass thought we,d try here what a find, the owner and cook are Thai but the waiting staff all seem to be of Pakistani parentage they are so helpful and friendly, the food is to die for if you like this cuisine, reasonable prices including drinks ,my favourite starter is Tom Kha soup , love it won,t go into the menu but have to say the food is delicious everything we ate was so tasty the restaurant is spacious and clean the owner comes out to greet you which I think is a great gesture. Will be going again next week so come and join us!! Recommended highly

It isn't often you find great food combined with a buffet style "eat all you like" restaurant setting but this is one.

We wasn't sure what to expect as it's on a busy road and the building is not very inviting but that's proof you should never judge because once inside it's very beautiful and very authentic. The staff are super efficient and the food was amazing and the menu even points you in the right direction for healthy options which appealed to me . The chef is obviously an amazing cook and he even came out of the kitchen to see if we were happy ,lovely touch . We've visited the two Thai restaurants opposite and this is by far the best so don't be hesitant give it a go you won't be disappointed

Despite an unusual location. But with free parking and decoration just like you are Thailand. I can't help it but fall in love with this place. The brass cutleries and fine china give such a nice touch. Both chefs/ owner used to work as a head chef for 5 stars hotel in Bangkok. So you can trust that they will be quality food here. I had chicken satay, honey spare ribs and steamed fish in lime broth and it was not too spicy at all.

Housed in a 60s style main road position makes it very deceptive. The interior could be directly from authentic downtown Thailand, I felt comfortable right away. I ordered my favourite, panang curry, and the dish was perfect. I wish my local restaurants were this good

Have had some lovely food at this restaurant before and have preferred it competitors in the area but the buffet is very poor.

After hearing so many good reviews about Thai Style we thought we best give it ago! We came this evening for the monthly Buffet. There was nothing available on Buffett and we had to wait for it to be refilled - along with a restaurant full of other people. So after 30 mins of being there and only half a plate later we decided to leave and try somewhere else! We still had to pay the full price of the buffet!!!! Fuming and 26 quid down for 3 quid worth of food!

This place is in walking distance of the Victoria Theatre with parking at the side. We went pre-show . We both had different starters (spring rolls and dumplings) then a curry and beef dish. All the food was lovely, reasonably priced, good not too hurried service. Would recommend. It doesn't look the greatest from the outside probably an old WMC but inside is lovely.

Having travelled from Bradford to a concert at the Victoria we thought we would try and find a restaurant that was still open when we came out and was not a 'curry house'. We saw this place and, after finding our way around the back and parking, walked down to the door to see that they close at 10.30 and it was already just past 10.25. having come this far we decided to see if we might be able to still eat. I went inside, there were a total of 4 people at one table in the whole place, I asked a couple of staff behind the counter if they were still open and they looked at each other and then a young lady went to the kitchen, returning to say 'yes, we can accommodate you'.

Went for the first time as wanted to try something new. We were very impressed at the friendly staff. The food was fantastic.

Whenever I do business trips to Halifax, I always visit this restaurant. I was last here almost 3 years ago and the food quality since then has not changed. It's still excellent. It's never particularly busy during the week, but that changes on weekend nights. Like another review I've seen, the 'Tom Yum Chicken soup' is to die for but only if you like fairly hot and spicy food. For main, I had Phad Kra Prow Kai, which is basically a spicy (fairly hot) chicken dish with Chili and Thai hot basil leaves. The dish is lovely and there's plenty of sauce to pour over your rice or noodle side dish. Food portion sizes are good, if not a bit too big for me. The owner/chef always seems to make an appearance and speak to his guests when you are there. He even remembered me from 3 years ago - not sure if that's a good or bad thing ! I've eaten at a number of Thai restaurants over the years, including ones that are classified as 'high end'. This place isn't pretentious and serves good quality food at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend it. The only downside is that it's fairly quiet during the week ( there were only 2 other tables with guests when I visited). So if you want more of an atmosphere, I suggest you go on a weekend night, but book ahead.

I visited Thai Style for the first time tonight, off the back of a family recommendation.

We visited here on Friday and the food and service was fantastic except one young girl serving us, my mam smiled at her and said hello when she came to our table and she just ignored her and didn’t speak one word to us which I thought was terrible customer service. Apart from her this is a lovely little Thai restaurant.

I have been to Thai Style quite a few times now and it is always top quality service and great food. The menu is big and there is a wide range of dishes at a good, affordable price. They do a mixed starter which is lovely and a great idea if you want to try out a few different things. Do not be put off by the building- when you get inside, it is so beautiful, authentic and colourful. The service is always very friendly and the staff and chefs are always willing to fit your needs. Definitely my favourite place for Thai food and I'd pick it over anywhere else! Thankyou Thai Style!

I just moved to Halifax for few months now and I love Thai food, been to Thailand so many time always love the street food! Found Thai Style by trip advisor and it was worth it. My boyfriend not a big fan of Thai food but the dish that the staff recommended was just perfect for him.

Lovely authentic Thai food. We had the famous Tom yam soup to start which packed a fiery kick! The creamy phanaeng curry didn’t disappoint also, beautifully accompanied with a couple of smooth Chang beers. Traditional Thai music was played throughout the restaurant, which made our party feel relaxed, and helped us take a far flung culinary adventure from Halifax to the streets of Bangkok.

After a few minutes of waiting to collect our takeaway we left excited to try a new place and Thai food. We both ordered pad Thai, I had vegetable pad Thai and my partner mixed meat pad Thai, spring rolls and prawn crackers.

We eat at Thaistyle every few months.We recently took family here who were visiting & had never been to Thaistyle before. There were 7 of us.

What a fantastic place . Recently visited with my husband for the 1st time. Beautiful decor inside. Warm friendly staff. Great choice menu. We had the set menu for 2. The Green curry transported us back to Thailand. Haven't have one this good since we were there. It was fabulous as was everything we had. We dined here twice last week. Will definitely recommend to friends. Wasn't very busy which is a shame. Maybe because the outside doesn't reflect how great it is inside. But word of mouth is a good advert so we will be spreading the news between our friends as to what a gem of a place this is.

On the outside, not much to look at. But once you go in, you are treated to friendly staff and fine dining experience. The food was amazing and the price, an absolute bargain.

Ignore the ugly exterior! This place has mixed up weird, non-matching signs on the outside of the building. The entrance is tatty but once inside the charming family service and the fabulous Thai food makes everything worthwhile.

Like many reviews, the exterior of an old flat-roofed pub demonstrates that when you disassociate previous connotations with what's available locally you can have a great experience!

Tam and I visited here many times during our three-week stay in the U,.K. We both know, living in the Far East, what is authentic and what is not. This is as close as you get in Europe!

Went for a birthday buffet as it fell on the last Sunday and got to say it was horrible absolutely awful went home cost us £50 odd for a couple of mouthfuls absolutely horrible cannot stress enough how horrible it was WOK ONE was a trillion times better...SAVE YOUR MONEY

Don't be put off by the outside we thought it looked a little scruffy but it was very nice inside.

This has been my favourite Thai restaurant in Halifax for some time now. The staff are always friendly and make the effort to talk to you. The place is rather large but has a good atmosphere at the weekend. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. The tom yum soup is a favourite of mine, although only order if you can handle a little heat.

There were three of us in our party, we ordered one dish each, plus a couple of sides. They got one of the dishes completely wrong, bringing us a beef dish instead of chicken.

Such a courteous man running his business and serving up great Thai food. Definitely recommend Tom Yum starter on a cold winter's night. The restaurant feels like you've stepped out of Halifax for a while, and into a little piece of Thailand!

Thaistyle is my favourite restaurant! Definitely the best Thai food ive ever had . The service also makes it, the staff are friendly and attentive. The prices are also very reasonable.

Left disappointed, after having some positive feedback here we thought we would try it – having always avoided based on the outside looks. Walking in was a surprise and the interior is significantly different to the outside. It still shows signs of its pub heritage but they’ve done a reasonable job with it. However, for us that’s where it ended. Having ordered a vodka tonic whilst reviewing the menu it took an extraordinary time to arrive and when it did the tonic was flat clearly having come out of a large litre type bottle rather than an individual measured bottle.

Dined again today after quite some time and once again the food and service were first class. Time for this restaurant to open as a buffet now that the Chinese Buffet has closed for weekday lunches.

The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent & not expensive. 3 of us had the set meal and there was a really good choice of both starters and mains, every dish delicious. The decor is lovely and bright and the atmosphere is always really relaxing. One of the best restaurants in Halifax as far as I'm concerned. Ignore the exterior, don't let it put you off. The early bird is a fantastic offer also.

This is my and my Thai partners favourite restaurant in Halifax both for service and decor. You really feel like you are in a good restaurant and on a ' night out ' when you land in this place!A variety of famous traditional Thai dishes are available and also dishes from the North Eastern region of Thailand and Laos which can be very spicy! A large well equipped bar as you enter this restaurant where you can sit before or after your meal.A great team of owners and staff in this fa ily owned and run business.You really need to give this restaurant a try. There is also parking at the rear of the restaurant.

Never taken much notice but family had been before and loved it. The outside isn't that enticing and because you can't see in from the outside it's probably often overlooked. Don't fall into the same trap...try it because you'll love the food and the service was really good - it was fairly quiet at the time but nevertheless the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The food was amazing. We ordered a starter each but because there were four pieces on each plate we just shared them and they were delish!! The Thai green curry is my pet favourite so I ordered that with steamed jasmine rice. Again it was really lovely and I am looking forward to going back again.

Bit of a mixed one for here I'm afraid. Went for a sit down meal a couple of months ago and found this a really nice setting and a hidden gem! Looks a lot more quality from the inside and the staff are all really polite and helpful. The food.... well had 3 courses here and can honestly can say one of the nicest Thai meals we have ever had from starter to pudding.... all quality and really tasty...I would of easily given this place a 5* if I hadn't attended a buffet night. The issues we had was that we were stood waiting every time for dishes to be replenished for the main courses once they were low or empty. We gave up and even had to ask the waitress if she could fill the dishes for us. Which eventually she did but we had to wait. Having said all that the food again was really nice and tasty so cannot fault that in the slightest. My ONLY gripe was that someone needs to keep a constant eye on the food going low and keeping it topped up regularly as this can spoil someone visit and with such good food people will want to eat it! Will 100% be back for a meal without a a doubt but I'm afraid would not return to a buffet night.

Wow really nice food ...theres 3 thai places in halifax pajarees thai corner and thai styleI've always drive past this place thinking it's not a nice looking building a bit run down but when we went in it was so nicely set up in a thai theme way ...the owner is a nice guy and service was very quick ...HIDDEN GEM we will seek be returning soon .top marks.

We first went to this location a few years ago, when it was actually Chinese/Cantonese and it was fabulous value then. We went on Saturday evening and were surprised it is now Thai ! We arrived at 7pm to find just a few diners present, but as the night progressed, it filled up very nicely. The food was fantastic (my first dip into Thai cuisine), plentiful and served by very friendly staff. My husband and I shared set menu A for two A and our brother & sister-in-law chose set menu Bor two . We all agreed there would have been more than enough if we had chosen a set meal for 3 between 4 of us. The house red 'Merlot' was also very palatable & flowed nicely. Great experience, to be repeated as soon as possible. Don't let the exterior of the restaurant put you off, inside is where the magical things happen !

We found our way to this restaurant pre-theatre on a Tuesday night. We love Thai food and were pleased to find anywhere that would be open for 18.00. Disconcerting to find that we were the only diners and a little put off by the somewhat dour exterior. However, the delightful interiors soon allayed our fears (as did the trip advisor reviews I read).The waiter/owner was attentive, friendly and polite, the food tasty and well prepared. We settled for the set menu but left happy and full! Well recommended!

From the outside it doesn't look fab but inside it's cosy and authentic. The food was amazing. It's about £8 a dish including the side so very reasonably priced too. This was the first time I've been to a Thai in Halifax and I would definitely come here again. Also, I'm on slimming world and managed to find something low syn and still full of flavour.

A true Thai restaurant with a really varied selection of dishes. All food was exceptionally quality. The service was very good and we had a real chat with the staff over Thailand.Only gripe would be that I found the drinks a touch pricey, but the food more than makes up for this.

Serves a good menu choice at reasonable prices, staff very pleasant and helpful. Buffet on the last Sunday of the month is great value with a large selection of dishes.

Absolutely beautiful food with such lovely service. The chef has worked in 5* restaurants around Thailand and has definitely brought 5* to Halifax! We went on Friday night but they have an early bird menu throughout the week which I would recommend, worth the money

Decided to take the family here and was not disappointed with the food or the service. The staff were very polite and patient and great with our children. The service was prompt and efficient and always met with a smile and more than happy to please. The food was exactly what we had ordered and portion size was fair for the price. I had Thai green curry which was just right in spice. The kids loved trying different foods and we will definitely be returning for another visit...

Visited after finding on TA. Do not be put off from the outside! The building looks like a typical 1970's concrete slab, but inside is very authentic - from the welcome from the owner to the decor. The whole place has a bit of a dated feel about it, but then that's how good, authentic Thai venues tend to market themselves. The food was very good and so was the service.

Visited for an evening meal and very impressed with the food, range of choose and the price. Part of a group of about 14 and the service was still excellent.

Hi,My Thai partner and I were on holiday in Halifax from the Far East. This is one of the most authentic Thai restaurants outside of Thailand. The food is great and includes favorites from the North East region of Thailand.We went with four friends and the owner stayed open especially for us.Prices very reasonable.A car park to the rear, a large open plan well decorated restaurant and a fabulous looking bar finished off with speedy service, a smile and quality food! Don't walk past, go on in.All the very best to these guys. Kevin.

Went the other night after passing by here so often and wanting to try it out...food was fab! And the service was so friendly...both the owner and the waitress took time to talk, ask, chat and ensure we enjoyed our food and time there. My meal was superb and I look forward to having it again (or maybe try something new, if I can be pried away from this new fav!)So I say - don't pass this one by!

Picked Thaistyle for a rare date night with my husband as we both love Thai food and reviews were positive! We have driven past a few times and from the outside it doesn't look too appealing, but inside it is brightly coloured, with lots of interesting plants and Thai ornaments to look at! We weren't disappointed - had the mixed starter to share; for the main, a chicken panang curry and red Thai pork stir fry and it was all yummy especially the panang - our favourite! The waitress was lovely too, really friendly. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Visited this weekend again, for the fourth time and was not disappointed. The dumplings, as a starter are a must have and the green or red curry absolutely gorgeous! Staff always polite and attentive and plenty of space so don't feel 'crowded' by other diners. Decor lovely too and will be back soon.

My wife and I visited here for tea and found that the food was very, very good. It doesn't look too appealing from the outside, but don't judge this book by its cover.The interior is very pleasant (we both liked the colourful umbrellas hanging from the ceiling) and the staff very pleasant and helpful. I was pleased to find a Thai whiskey on offer, something I haven't come across before.Well worth a visit :)

As stated before by myself and others, the exterior of this restaurant does not have a good "kerb appeal" but get past this and you won't be disappointed with the food, service or presentation.We called in mid week for the early bird served from six to seven PM, (ask for the separate menu as it was not offered automatically) Our food was freshly cooked, flavoursome and copious and the waiting staff were efficient and friendly. Just a small constructive comment to the young man who waited on us, you seem like a decent sort of chap but please don't repeatedly keep calling us "guys" we are a mature couple, not from the USA, and 50% of us are female.If you fancy a Thai meal in Halifax then give this place a try, I am hoping to sample the Sunday buffet soon.

The atmosphere is quiet at the moment but I think this is a little hidden gem.The restaurant has it own parking and is set in the middle of Halifax, the interior is well laid out with plenty of room.The best bit is the food, speaks for itself, good portions, tasty and very authentic.We have visited twice now and will be going back for sure.The last Sunday of every month is Buffet day where you can try all the dishes at a set price, hopefully we will get a chance to do this soon.There is a well stocked bar and the staff are very attentive, if you give this a miss you will be the one who misses out.

Came here and had a set meal for a great price and the food was lovely. I would happily return but next time I would try their monthly buffet as there appears to be a lot on offer.

We tried the food here as one off as our other usual in Hebden Bridge was closed due to floods. This has now become our usual.The food is very good, the meat is very good and never chewy. The young lad at the bar is very pleasant and friendly.The food is good Thai food and the satay is to die for!The only down point I have is that to the back is a set of housing flats and when we were collecting our last takeaway I pulled up and there were 15/20 youths with a huge speaker blasting, giving us filthy looks and smoking weed on the wall which separates the flats to the restaraunt car park. I am in my twenties and I found this extremely off putting, I wouldn't want to leave my car there whilst going inside for a meal. Myself and my partner agreed that unfortunately due to this it would only ever be our takeaway place but obviously through no fault of their own it's a shame those idiots have to spoil it.

This has to be the best Thai restaurant we have visited for food, customer service, cleanliness, atmosphere. We arrived for a meal to be met by the option of the buffet. The staff are polite friendly engaging and go out of their way to make you feel very welcome. The buffet was superb... This is our 4th visit we cannot recommend this fantastic restaurant enough . We're relatively new to Thai food having only visited Rim Nam Thai in Hebden a few times but since that was flooded and we fancied some Thai food we thought we'd venture to Halifax. We came on TripAdvisor and saw 2 Thai restaurants both had similar reviews both near each other, we didn't know who to choose so instead we decided we'd try one and then the other in a few weeks time. As we've now visited both, there is a clear favorite and this wins hands down! We ate here this weekend just gone. We didn't book, just turned up on the off chance. Sadly for them, there were only 2 tables in and it was very quiet. A polite young man was serving on, very informative, knew the menu (as we're novice Thai eaters) and a real asset to them. Starters arrived and tasted amazing! I had the dumplings which were lovely, nice and hot and the thick rich soy dip that come with it was mega! Other half had satay which was clearly freshly cooked as the chicken was still nice and moist. 10/10. Red duck curry for mains for me - my Thai favorite, it was super tasty the sauce gravy was delish - glad they provided spoons! The best I've tasted! We had stirfried mixed veg rather than rice, veg was nice and crunchy and clearly all fresh. Service throughout the night was great, always there without being too much. Timings were spot on. As we left it was slowly picking up but this place deserves more customers. I know the outside isn't great, but please see past it and give it a go, I promise you won't be disappointed. They also do a buffet on the last Sunday of the month which we're looking forward to already! AND they have a free carpark!

Me and my friend came here last minute and all I can say is everything was brilliant. It doesn't look much from the outside and took us a few goes to find the car park! But once in, the staff were really welcoming and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and made us both want to return to Thailand. Authentic and yummy I would say. We were both also surprised at how reasonable the prices were. Definitely recommend to Thai food lovers.

Thaistyle is undoutebly the best Thai restaurant in the area. Their menu offers a great range of dishes all very reasonably priced & having sampled many over our visits to Thaistyle, we have never been disappointed.Staff are always friendly & attentive but never intrusive, blending seamlesslyt & give the restaurant a genuine Thai feel. If you are looking for an exceptional quality, authentic Thai dining experience do give Thaistyle a try.They also have a free private car park.

Called in last minute with my son and his girlfriendWarm friendly welcome......seated and left to chat.....no pressure to order.....First class service.....even remembered my son from the night before......Polite and courteous.....Visited Thailand many times.....Food here just as impressive.....Highly recommendFamily friendly too.....Bonus.....This is definitely going to be my first choice restaurant....everytime.....

Probably tried all Thai restaurants in Halifax and Thai style has got to be the best.Just been tonight and had an excellent chicken Thai green. The staff are lovely.

The staff here are wonderful and the food is so good. Great price too. Celebrated my hubby's birthday and it was amazing. Thank you Thai style.

Found this place on TripAdvisor, highly recommend! Fantastic food and lovely staff, very reasonable prices. Looks 'interesting' from the outside, don't be put off by this. Will definitely go back.

I've been here a few times before and just can't get over how great it is!I love Thai food anyway but at Thaistyle they're really willing to go the extra mile!We went as a large group for a family meal with 4 children (a couple of which were fussy eaters) and we had no problem changing a few things to accommodate :) All the staff are absolutely lovely, very friendly.The food, is to die for delicious! If you like Thai food, this is definitely a good restaurant to go to :)

As mentioned by others, the exterior is rather unprepossessing, but I would urge people to get past this as the interior, the food and the staff are lovely.We went for the fixed price early bird menu (6 to 7PM) there was plenty of choice and the food was freshly cooked to order and well presented. The lady that served us was very friendly and took the time to chat to us, she had plenty of time to do this as we were the only diners in the restaurant which worries me for their sake as there are a lot of Thai eateries in Halifax. They deserve to be busier.

Lovely food once again, very pleasant staff. Don't let the exterior or location put you off its lovely once inside. Mixed starter is the best I've had. The Sunday buffet is also worth a try.

Great food and fantastic service.My boyfriend asked if we could order from a set menu but with changes (due to the fact I'm intolerant to chicken). The man who served us couldn't be more helpful. He was especially lovely with my tired son.All courses were gorgeous - One of the best meals I've ever had .Thank you Thaistyle x

Thai buffet, last Sunday in every month, wow. Every dish, differant tastes, fantastic best buffet experience, I've ever had. And at 58 years old , and a foodie , I've had some.cant believe it's so quiet.the whole experience is exceptional.

I have visited Thai Style twice in the last month and on both occasions I have had a wonderful evening. Not only has the food been fantastic, but so has the service: provided by two very efficient and courteous waiting staff. Thai Style also has a lovely decor, which really adds to the overall dining experience. I am looking forward to my next visit!
