It's been a while since visited and went on the spur of the moment. They managed to fit us in before it got really busy, there was a bit of a wait for the food due to the volume of guests that night but it didn't detract from the meal. Food was really nice and would definitely visit again.

The food was fantastic we tried a selection of starters and a few mains the duck was perfect and tender the pork curry was also very good can't recommend enough Also they make a mean margarita

Excellent Thai food in a lovely atmosphere and highly efficient and friendly staff. We have travelled to Thailand a great deal, and Rim Nam is as good as any we have tried. Highly recommended

I booked a table on Wednesday for Sat 5.30pm for 6 and a toddler. We chose that time so our Grandson could join us. They took all my details It was for my Husband's b/day. When we arrived they didn'thave our booking. They did accommodate us and looked after us, the food was lovely as always we all enjoyed it. Before we left They were really busy and it was a little slower than normal but not seen it as busy and didn't spoil our evening. We had taken a cake with us but decided they were to busy to ask so brought it home to have. We have taken a cake before and are always happy to help. It is one of our favourite Restruants to go to Thank You

Really poor serve and would not recommend, sorry. We visited as a group of 5 for a Christmas catch up. Dined here based upon recommendations from family and friends. We booked and arrived at 6:30pm. Order taken at 7:10pm and starters around 7:50pm. Main course arrived just before 9pm. Few items missing or wrong. Had to make repeated requests for drinks. No one really seemed to know what was happening. The restaurant was very busy and management clearly had taken too many covers and/or too little staff. Just pure greed. What should have been a relaxing meal ended up being somewhat chaotic. No apology whatsoever. When we finally left we were told it was cash only owing to a card reader fault. I had high hopes but won’t be back.

Its my husbands birthday today and our experience here was excellent We love spicy food and the both course we had were to our taste Fresh authentic delicious food The service was very good too. Very very nice restaurant, I go here frequently on days out and special occasions. The service is good, and the food is impeccable. It's definitely my favourite place to eat in Calderdale. Has a great traditional feel, and I would reccomend to everyone.

Went into the restaurant early on a sunday evening, without a booking and were given a warm welcome. It's a large space but was also a nice busy feeling. There were lots of family groups as well as couples. The food was really tasty and there were plenty of options for vegetarians. Service was excellent and we could have comfortably lingered if we'd wanted to. Loved it.

Really for the price, you won't get better food around here. Getting a booking is easy and service very pleasant. Food very decent.

Ordered on just eat. Cold food. Poor quality. Three pieces of duck in the duck dish. 4 prawns in the prawn dish. Very bland taste. No spice.

Enjoyed it here, very busy though so service was slowed down, but lots of staff.

Have been here many times before but not for a while. Food was just as excellent as always, but the service has declined dramatically. Arrived on time, but ignored by staff and seated a little late. Starters took a long time to arrive, but even when these were cleared away we had a long wait for main courses. Had to ask twice for the bill after another long wait. It seems that they are accepting more diners than they have the capacity to serve. The waiting staff were constantly busy and obviously working hard - there just weren't enough of them and presumably the same goes for the kitchen.

We had fabulous buffet today. An amazing combination of flavours. I can highly recommend Rim Nam Thai .

I booked this for my family on the basis of good reviews. When we arrived at our booked time we had to stand in a queue for about 10 minutes before we were seated. The restaurant is huge and as a result very noisy. People round the outside might well have a view of the canal but we didn't. Our food took a long time to come. The food was good but overall it was not an entirely relaxing experience.

What a shame! Food was great but we waited over an hour and a half for a starter and nearly 2 hours for our main courses- and that was off the special menu with some additions. I had booked in advance. When we raised our concerns I was told ‘ I heard what you said, 20% off ok?’ No apology. So sad that I’m writing this as we’d hoped for a lovely family night out. I’d thought 7pm on a Tuesday would be ok for service. Great food, staff all working hard and were pleasant. Just over booked and they didn’t have the capacity.

The food here is great and the staff are lovely. But unfortunately, at least on a Saturday night, the place is just too crowded and noisy, making dining a slightly unpleasant experience.

Eaten in many Thai restaurants and this is definitely one of the better ones. Large light interior, friendly service, usual menu, well priced. Scenic location next to the canal, and a car park very near, definitely worth a visit.

Called in for a late meal. The staff were very accommodating as we hadn't pre booked. We opened for the set meal for 2 as neither of us could decide what to have. £42 for plenty of food. Drinks are a little pricey but that's to be expected as the food is very responsibly priced. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff and fabulous food. I will definitely eat there again

We always visit when in Hebden as the food is fantastic. This visit the only disappointment was the waiting time. We were there 1.5 hrs before we got our main courses. We were there with friends who hadn't been before and they did love the food also. Such a shame on the delay in getting the food.

Highly dissatisfying. Visiting from out of the area and ordered take away as I love Thai. Over £40 on 4 items! and that’s with 10% off! Ridiculously small portions! Average quality! Value for money is utterly shocking and it was hardly enough to feed 2 people. Had been chucked in small bags and boxes with no care. Incredibly disappointed. Maybe you get better service and portions if you eat in the restaurant. But I felt completely ripped off.

Very clean restaurant near town & next to Rochdale canal serving fab food. Great service. Also offers a takeaway service. Early bird menu 5pm -7pm.

The food at this place is incredible. It was really fabulous !! As a vegetarian the choices were fantastic. And it's so nice to see as this isn't always the case. The only thing I'd say to improve would be the service. It took so long to get a drink order and food. We were there for nearly 3 hours and it was only a table of 3. It would be nice if it was service with a smile too. Only the waitress bringing the food out was smiling. Overall the food made up for the service, and I'd go back due to this

Extensive menu, pleasant views of the canal and hillside. Attentive, friendly staff. Prices - even for cocktails - were reasonable. Portion sizes were plentiful. Good Thai food. We will definitely return if in the area.

Gorgeous meal at this lovely restaurant next to the canal. Service was really good, they found us a table by the window very quickly. It was fairly busy, it was a lovely evening so all the outside tables were occupied and about half of those inside. The food was gorgeous, really fresh and flavoursome - I wish we had this restaurant near to where we live! Thoroughly recommended for a great Thai meal.

I always try to visit now I don't live in Hebden. Always wonderful food and service. Really fresh ingredients served beautifully. It was incredibly busy when I went but they still found me a table and we're very friendly and helpful. Great service Always. Great food !

Food might be OK but terrible service. Multiple servers ignoring the queue by the door. When we eventually tried to collect our takeaway it wasn't ready and was made to feel like it was our fault even though they had called us 10 minutes earlier...

Brilliant, papaya salad was bang on, Penang curry was amazing and the kids menu was very good, my 5yo and 3yo loved it. Lovely view from the tables and nice laid back atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Lovely setting next to the canal. We went without a booking before a gig and were seated quickly even though it was fairly busy All staff were extremely welcoming and the food was just lovely!! It is a bit out of my way but looking for another reason to make the trip back already!

First visit and first impressions were that it was like canteen - very big and very bright. Once we'd got over that we found the service pleasant and food ok.

Booked ahead of time but when we showed up, the restaurant was hot, overcrowded and noisy. Whilst we were disappointed not to have wanted to eat in as a result, we ordered a takeaway, which was delicious. So we'd return for a takeaway.

After a long day of exploring Hebden Bridge, we stumbled across Rim Nam. We found the restaurant to be exceptionally clean, including the restrooms, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our meal was outstanding, reminding us of what we ate when we lived in Thailand. I highly recommend the sharing starter platter, the chicken satay, and the massaman curry, all of which were incredible. Hands down, this was the best meal I've had in a long time.
