We had an absolutely amazing meal here. Very much needed on a cold, wet windy day. It was my first time here so I asked our waitor Jayden (apologies if that's spelt wrong) what he recommended. I am so glad that I went for what he recommended, it was delicious! Food came very quickly and was nice and hot. 3 of us tried different things and all were amazing! Bonus, it wasn't that expensive either. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Went here today for the first time. My partner specifically requested a steak medium well done and to cut it open first to ensure no blood as it would be sent back. Steak arrived dripping in blood. Not an issue, asked for it to be re cooked. The streak arrived back deep fried and we knew this as my partner is a chef and owner of a business in the industry. Alerted the staff to this and said this was unacceptable. Asked for the bill and to leave quitely. The owner then wanted to argue about this and said he had run businesses in this area for 10 years and can easily ruin other local businesses. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Phenomenal food. We have eaten here many times and we always feel welcome. Staff are very attentive and accommodating and the food is on another level. Full of flavour and textures. We will definitely be back

Food was good. New wait staff were not clear on dietary restrictions. Typically a manager serves a table with intolerances at other places like Wagamama but not here. We were also served someone else's food. It was busy and our waitress was new though. The food was excellent.

met up with family for a lovely family meal and it was amazing we got 5 £10 Meal Starters and a mains and the food so mouthwatering. with so many tasty foods and the staff were very friendly and the owner <(Wayne) was Extremely welcoming. and even went the extra mile helping when my brother kid spill his drink. the soft but lively music and the nice English flag 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 all while feeling like your back Asia from the minute you enter. Beautiful. A most come place. We love the food so much we had to get desserts witch was incredible 🤤 This place was on another level we will definitely be back🤩🤩🤩🤩 5 Extremely Happy Customers

Absolutely love this place visited a few times with friends then arranged a leaving party and oh my we couldn't have been happier service and food brilliant even for such a large group . Very happy we will be back

My self and my son popped in straight from the Vue cinema, had a lovely waitress who took our order and drinks orders it was delivered to are table very quickly piping hot and we both enjoyed 😉 it, would definitely go back with my wife.

The manager shouts at staff… disgusting behaviour. Had the manager shiut at a waitress for dropping a glass. No wonder this restraunt is always looking for staff… everyone quits.

Just had a lovely meal at this place, a starter and a main for £10. Such good value for money, the food was fresh and absolutely delicious, and the owner of the restaurant is so kind. It was my mums birthday so he made the effort of putting her favourite song on as well as giving her free drinks! We were also lucky enough to visit when they had an amazing magician going round doing tricks. Really nice experience and made her birthday special. Will definitely return!!

Had a meal here a week ago and it was absolutely amazing food highly recommend the staff are friendly and helpful the guy who runs it so friendly will certainly be going back again.

Horrendous! Diced Crickle frozen carrots in green curry. &4.95 for egg fried rice which tasted like it was out of a packet. Over priced rubbish food. I’ve had nicer ready meals!

Lovely meal and reasonable priced food would recommend a visit

I recently visited this restaurant and had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was inviting and the menu was both reasonably priced and very high quality and ultimately what we ordered was very tasty. I will certainly return. My only feedback is that it would be nice for them to be able to accept tips by card - as this is only possible via cash.

I haven't been so satisfied and full for a long time, delicious food, perfectly seasoned and fresh. The service was very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back and will be happy to try other dishes.

Went for lunch with my daughter today, first visit. Ordered the £10 deal, starter and main. Spring roll starter was good. Main I ordered was 'stir fry, sweet and sour with pineapple'. Rice was stodgy. 'stir fry' was like soup, chicken looked not at all like chicken. No flavour, certainly not sweet and sour. I picked out mushroom and pineapple and that's about all I was able to eat. Did tell staff and they reduced my meal by £5. Had cocktails which were very good. Will not eat there again.

Highly Recommend!!! Fantastic meal, Wayne and the crew gave brilliant service. He recommended the drunken noodles and pad se ew accompanied by the spicy papaya salad. Draft singha and bottled leo were great too.

Came here today with my disabled sister in a large wheelchair, the staff were so accommodating. We all enjoyed our food, great lunch menu! We've each visited before and always consistent every time we've come, we will be back I'm sure! Great asset to Westwood cross

We have visited Thai village 4-5 times and it never faulters. The food is always fresh and tasty and the mocktails are perfect. The staff are always accommodating and friendly. The only thing that we could grumble about is they only accept cash tips and we have been caught out a few times and not being able to tip the excellent service. So bring some cash.

Fantastic food but drinks are very expensive the cocktails i am dinning agsin on sat with friends but i wont be having a cocktails and its annoying to have someone come up and ask are you ok 3 times once is enough

Nice lunch with starter and main £10

For the first time, I ordered a meal from Thai Village via the Justeats website with home delivery. When I didn't receive my order, I called the restaurant. It turned out that Justeats marked my order as delivered, which was not true. I went to the restaurant and got my takeout order. The lady preparing the dishes was very nice and apologized to me for the situation even though it was not her fault. I wanted to say that the food is delicious and the customer care is also delicious. I will definitely come back to you, but I will not use the Justeats option again.

I had sirloin steak but could not eat about 1/3 of it due to gristle very disappointed as it was not cheap!.

After listening to mixed reviews I decided to try, both my starters were nice, but my main wasn’t very nice, didn’t smell very nice. A few other people in my party also returned the mains as issues. Nice atmosphere, and cocktails were nice though.

Fantastic place, staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is always on point anf at a fantasticprice. Been a few times and will still be going back. Update, been back a few times since my last post. Still a great meal and value for money. This could become a weekly thing 😋

Lovely interior. We went for lunch. Ordered combo meals. The portions were really tiny. Only 2 tiny pork dumplings 🥟 in one plate and noodles didn't taste authentic. More like Chinese noodle.

Visited for the first time today and I must say I was impressed! Food was remarkable and the £10 deal including starter and main was a nice touch. The Pad Thai was exceptionally nice!!

First visit for a quiet lunch. Fish cake, squid and satay chicken starters followed by Sweet and Sour Chicken for my wife and Chicken Massaman Curry for me. First time for that curry for me.. it was delicious. Apparently voted ‘Best dish in the world’ some years ago, albeit 10th in public vote. Surprised I’ve not really heard about before. No doubt we’ll be back!

Lovely food ,service was poor for us, but we think they forgot us as people on next table came in after we did and were served within 10 mins. We waited almost 45 mins ,this was our Anniversary meal, ordered Thai crackers that they forgot,so not very impressed.Not sure we would go back.

One of the most disappointing Thai food I ever had. Ba-mee(egg noddles) are supposed to have hardly half tablespoon of granulated sugar. Instead it was very very strongly glazed with honey. It was like eating dessert. Please don't market your dishes as authentic and village like if it is not what you are going to deliver.

Came in for dinner with some work colleagues and had a great time. I got the pork dumplings as a starter, which was really tasty! As a main I had the spicy drunken noodles with beef, which was an absolute 10/10 to me. It was actually a little spicy as well. Great portion size too. The prices were decent as well, I definitely recommend. Staff, also friendly and patient.

Fantastic food. Would have spent more money on food and drink if the service was more attentive. Too much waiting for attendance. Place was empty too. Waitresses too busy chatting to each other rather than working. Went to McDonald's afterwards for a drink and ice cream. Something we could have bought without leaving. Your loss.

There was seven of us for my son's birthday, the food was amazing and so much of it. The owner was great especially with the children. The waitresses were lovely and made sure we were happy with everything. We will certainly be back soon.

Massive thanks to the Thai Village we all had the best time. We celebrated a 30th Birthday here. The staff were super helpful and friendly, food was excellent, great cocktails & bar. Our whole experience of Thai Village was excellent and highly recommended! We are looking forward to going back there sometime soon 🥰

Food excellent, service good, we had the £10.00 starter and main, but i was charged £11.60 for a dislarano and coke, my drink cost more rhan my food. Absolutely disgraceful. Shall be having tap water in future !!!!

We visited Thai Village recently and ate off of the Starter and Main for £10 menu - which was excellent value as the portion sizes were good and the food tasted amazing! Lots of choice too. The staff were friendly and helpful which made us feel very welcome! Would fully recommend 😄

Amazing experience all round.... I suggest ignore any bad reviews for this restaurant.... Try for yourselves and you won't be disappointed.... 5 of us had a two course meal and drinks.... For 89 pounds.... Amazing

waited 20 mins to be served, only wanted 2 drinks, place was empty except for one table, owner was prioritising them. owner was also drinking shots infront of customers, drink was also free poured and far too strong. price of cocktails was also ridiculous. wont be going back

Waited 10 minutes to even be seated, was empty. Only wanted drinks so was sat down. Had to wait a further 20 minutes to be seen to order. Staff chatting and not bothering to serve us. They were cleaning to close down for the night but they were still open for 2 hours. Won’t be back again

We went there last night, and my partner has several allergies, all the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to cater for them and came to see to us personally and even recommended what meals were available and what alternatives could be found, and the food was absolutely gorgeous too, perfect size portions, great prices too. Whole environment was amazing, just can't wait to get back there again!

There are many options on the menu no matter what you fancy and multiple deserts to choose from Already looking forward to my next visit!

This was our first visit and it was amazing! The food was delicious and the menu was extensive. The lunch deal was very affordable and generous. We will definitely be going back again!

As we were waiting for a food for over an hour, we politely asked when it would be arriving. Waiter just said soon and asked us for drinks. We got our drinks 15 minutes later, and saw ice in our beer. Asked the waiter if the ice can be taken out, he stuck his hand in the drinks, put the ice in a napkin and said “problem solved” while walking away he put the ice on his head, spoke to some lady and she came over and asked us to leave. I question why as we felt like we didn’t do anything. Lady started shouting, took our drinks away (spilt them in the process) and shouted at 2 waiters to escort us out. We left obviously and then the lady kept asking for us to pay for the meal, that we didn’t have! Shame as many other people have experienced the same thing

After waiting one and half hours and watching people get served who came in after us we politely asked if our food would be much longer as we were going to the cinema only to be told by the Thai lady owner “I am cancelling your order, please leave” again politely trying to reason and understand her problem we were told “I can’t stand here talking to you I have customers “ Such a shame as we have been many times and even had a big family party there. Certainly will not be going back😡

Very reasonably priced lunch time menu, very filling.

We enjoyed a meal here one evening and made use of their very good value main and starter for £10. We went on a Friday evening, it was busy but not overcrowded and the staff managed well to keep things moving nicely. Food arrived warm, well-cooked and tasty. It may be just our preference but, being at WWX, the building is new and it has the feel of a chain. Lacking in atmosphere but a generally positive experience. Good for groups.

This place is awful, the food is awful. Prawn fried rice was hard, and Pad Tai was oily and had no flavor. Crispy calamari was overcooked and burnt. I would not recommend going there.

I've eaten from both the main and lunchtime menus, both are excellent but for me the lunch menu is spot on for variety and size at £10. Gotta save room for their authentic dessert, coconut sticky rice with mango slices. Yummy.

Had lunch here before visiting Cinema. Was really busy for a Wednesday afternoon so had a wait for food but well worth it. Food was tasty and hot. Atmosphere was friendly and staff nice. Will definitely go there again.

Really tasty Thai food. The venue had live music which was abit loud at times but the music was very good. There is a £10 special for a starter & main available all day everyday. Very good deal.

Be careful what you order. You only get what you pay for. The lunch menu was a starter and a main, so was expecting two separate dishes but on arrival the starter was miniature and sat on the same plate. Clearly out of a packet, not very hot, just average. Would I go again noooooo

OmG! If you're looking for where to celebrate your birthday, come here!!!!! I can give 10 stars if i have to. At first i was scared about what to order, but they guided me. And the service? Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! And for the price? I was shocked considering we had a feast that night..... we got free drinks too. I love you guys❤❤❤❤❤.

food seem to be made cheeply with the ingredients brooth was just water thrown into the bowls and not cooked within the ingredients very poor quality and it didn't seem to be thought about , lots of staff walking around and hardly any customers , management seemed to talk down to staff wasn't a nice atmosphere, very expensive menu over 8quid for a vodka and coke that's mental prices for Thanet won't be going back 🙈as who's got money for that kind of restaurant

Fantastic food, great service. Our server (also the owner) couldn’t have been more attentive. He recommended dishes for us which were spot on. All the food was freshly prepared and delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant

Very disappointed in this place. Can’t rate food as never arrived!! Staff moaning about the boss. Very defensive owner when challenged but the highlight was the sweaty waiter who tipped the ice out of the glasses and told us problem solved when we politely told him we didn’t ask for ice! Diabolical and will not be returning! Left along with other tables and went elsewhere. Far to busy for them they are unable to cope. Poor staff I feel will be made to feel bad after todays service but they clearly need some training.

We ordered a get-away and it was cooked fresh and 2 order I had a pad thia chicken and my best mate had a thia green chicken curry and let's put it this way there was nothing left would deffinatly rather eat there and would totally recommend 10/10 carnt wait 2 eat there again

To be honest wasnt sure if to go here as reviews aren't great but thought its only for lunch will give it a try. So glad I did. Staff were so helpful and polite. Booked online which was so simple and quick they replied straight away all booked within afew mins. Was surpised with the food was cooked from fresh and for a lunch meal which was £10 for 2 courses u get a good amount. The place was clean and tidy. I came out feeling full and impressed. Would differently go back again.
