Popped in for a quick bite to eat! Had the two courses for £10. Was not disappointed.

Lovely, food was yummy. Staff were friendly.

Just stopped to eat nice quick cheap meal, but ended up waiting for one plate meal for 50mins, asked chilli sauce which never came, and overcharged for the extra sauce in the end. Food is basic and nothing special. It says the dinner is for starter and main, but it's more like main with toppings. Smallest dumplings I've ever had. People working there, look too stressful. When a lady cleaned the next table, she gave me a splash of the cleaning spray on my arm and my jacket. All the experiences gave me that we just wanted to get out of the place. Just disappointing.

The food was not cooked properly my auntie had a sirloin steak with was not cooked properly and the salad looked like it had taken vacation in Africa

Got to say service wasn’t good my main come out before my starter and when my main come out steak was really chewy and tasteless too well the pepper corn sauce was tasteless and well the salad was shocking

Oh I really loved my experience at Thai village although I was distraught about not being able to tip on my card (I had no change) so remember to take some cash with you to tip. I’m a big guy with a healthy appetite and the portion was huge even by my standards . Delicious pineapple rice with mixed meat dish . Lovely staff and a tv to watch opposite which was good as I dined alone .

Service was so bad today that multiple people tried to walk out, clearly that’s the only way to get service here as the owner would immediately start yelling and threatening to call the police and using the excuse of “it’s Valentine’s Day” to excuse bad service. We waited over two hours for food and and our food and drink order wasn’t taken until 50 minutes in, everyone else had similar wait times. Customers aren’t criminals for wanting to be served at a restaurant.

Waste of time, waited an hour and half for food. Serves told us 5 minutes then waited a further 20 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be coming back!

Just under 2 hour wait for our food to come, which included chasing, to be told 5 more minutes (it was most definitely not 5 mins) The table next to us had waited longer! Then the manager was very unprofessional (to put politely) when they questioned their incorrect meal. No notice when arriving of how long the wait would be and no apology or initiative to offer anything complimentary. It is noodles and rice, it doesn’t take that long!! Luckily the food was nice but wasn’t worth the wait. Definitely should’ve left sooner and gone to Nando’s instead. Seems like it’s a running theme from reading other reviews!

I would give no stars if possible. I am embarrassed to say we waited 1hr30mins for our food. Every other tables did the same. Once the food finally arrived, the chilli chicken and basil was incorrect to what Thai food is. A dish I have never seen after spending 6months in Thailand. When sending it back, the owner then came over to our table with a confrontational approach saying that we had no idea what we was talking about and that the dish I expected was pork. After showing photos of the dish he soon swapped the dish for something we actually expected. In the wait we managed the spend more money than we paid for the food, in drinks. Avoid here like the plague - also the staters of chicken stays and pork dumplings that was pictured as 4 each then came out as 2 poxy little pieces. Waste of money and time

Great food, great price but waited over 45mins for it. The offer is for a 2 course meal, but very small starter was on same plate as main. Restaurant extremely busy with takeaway.

Had never been before, so I wasn't sure with regards to the food. The staff were welcoming . We got a choice of table. The waitress was helpful, and so we ended up with delicious meals. You definitely need to try it out. The food was hot and delicious. We decided we will definitely go again. My other half went on to have a pudding, but I was stuffed. There were young children enjoying themselves in there aswell. So very good catering for everyone. Some nice cocktails to choose from. Yes definitely worth going.

I love a Thai Green, so I thought my partner and I could have a cheeky one for lunch. They have a wide variety a foods all vegetarian with the option to add meat or fish, this is the same for the starters and the sides too. They also have a 2 for 15 on cocktails (on all cocktails bar 2), the staff are welcoming, friendly and the service was top notch. They were cooking the mains whilst we were finishing our starters, all cooked fresh and all placed in their own dishes. You can either have your own or share as plates are given to you separately. 10/10 will definitely be coming back here. Edit: Came here for my birthday (11/10), and honestly, the food was just excellent 👌🏼 also the owner of Thai Village came with a tray of complimentary shots (even one for herself!). The service here is soo good and again. 10 out of 10 would definitely come here again.

Delicious food. Absolutely outstanding value for money. Best place to go in wwx hands down. Only down side is big screens playing football was a bit distracting.(hence.3 stars)

Visited for the first time today and was really, really impressed. The food was fantastic, really tasty and cooked fresh, which makes a nice change given that all the other restaurants near Westwood are chains selling processed muck. Our servers were lovely, really friendly and attentive. Think the chap that served us was called Jaiden....big shout out to him- he deserves a pay rise! The young lady that brought our bill was just as lovely (sorry we didn't get her name). The staff did really well to cope as the place was pretty busy and included a large family gathering there to celebrate a birthday- sadly this family allowed their rather feral children to run around the restaurant constantly. I saw them running into servers carrying food on several occasions yet the staff carried on professionally and didn't get annoyed so all credit to them for coping so well. Definitely worth a visit if you want quality food without spending a fortune!

Have eaten there many times, and always had a good meal. But last night had the pad-thai with prawns, very nice. But was up all night with sickness and diarrhea can't think what else it could be. It was very quick coming out so I think maybe the prawns.

We were served by Georgia who was attentive and a great host, the food was great and the atmosphere. We will be back and will be asking for Georgia.

We have been in for drinks before but never food and after shopping decide to go try for first time and we was not disappointed, food is so authentic, amazing flavour and incredible taste. It's OK. The food is OK. The atmosphere is OK. The service is excellent, with the staff being prompt and friendly. But everything else is OK. Its like a Thai version of Greggs. Nothing special, but it fills you up.

I have had a very poor experience here today. I ordered 2 kids juice for my kids but they charged me the normal juice price. I asked for amendments but the staff didn't try her best to help me. She said because they gave us normal juice which was their fault. I thought this was not a responsible customer service.

Worst Thai food tasted in British and disappointed about the service, never go again!

Inedible But Worse was the Owner John with what can only be described as uncouth .The Chicken in the Pad Thai dish was inedible. Noodles had a heavy glaze of MSG..I left the meal and asked for it to be taken off the bill..John (owner ) as he kept telling me brought my discarded dish out and took a piece of chicken off the plate and popped it in his mouth trying to prove that it was edible . After attempting to chew for a while and at the same time talking we were peppered with bits of masticated chicken ..Don't touch this place with a barge pole

We had an absolutely amazing meal here. Very much needed on a cold, wet windy day. It was my first time here so I asked our waitor Jayden (apologies if that's spelt wrong) what he recommended. I am so glad that I went for what he recommended, it was delicious! Food came very quickly and was nice and hot. 3 of us tried different things and all were amazing! Bonus, it wasn't that expensive either. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Went here today for the first time. My partner specifically requested a steak medium well done and to cut it open first to ensure no blood as it would be sent back. Steak arrived dripping in blood. Not an issue, asked for it to be re cooked. The streak arrived back deep fried and we knew this as my partner is a chef and owner of a business in the industry. Alerted the staff to this and said this was unacceptable. Asked for the bill and to leave quitely. The owner then wanted to argue about this and said he had run businesses in this area for 10 years and can easily ruin other local businesses. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Food was good. New wait staff were not clear on dietary restrictions. Typically a manager serves a table with intolerances at other places like Wagamama but not here. We were also served someone else's food. It was busy and our waitress was new though. The food was excellent.

met up with family for a lovely family meal and it was amazing we got 5 £10 Meal Starters and a mains and the food so mouthwatering. with so many tasty foods and the staff were very friendly and the owner <(Wayne) was Extremely welcoming. and even went the extra mile helping when my brother kid spill his drink. the soft but lively music and the nice English flag 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 all while feeling like your back Asia from the minute you enter. Absolutely love this place visited a few times with friends then arranged a leaving party and oh my we couldn't have been happier service and food brilliant even for such a large group . Very happy we will be back

My self and my son popped in straight from the Vue cinema, had a lovely waitress who took our order and drinks orders it was delivered to are table very quickly piping hot and we both enjoyed 😉 it, would definitely go back with my wife.

The manager shouts at staff… disgusting behaviour. Had the manager shiut at a waitress for dropping a glass. No wonder this restraunt is always looking for staff… everyone quits.

Just had a lovely meal at this place, a starter and a main for £10. Such good value for money, the food was fresh and absolutely delicious, and the owner of the restaurant is so kind. It was my mums birthday so he made the effort of putting her favourite song on as well as giving her free drinks! We were also lucky enough to visit when they had an amazing magician going round doing tricks. Really nice experience and made her birthday special. Will definitely return!!

Horrendous! Diced Crickle frozen carrots in green curry. &4.95 for egg fried rice which tasted like it was out of a packet. Over priced rubbish food. I’ve had nicer ready meals!

Lovely meal and reasonable priced food would recommend a visit

I recently visited this restaurant and had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was inviting and the menu was both reasonably priced and very high quality and ultimately what we ordered was very tasty. I will certainly return. My only feedback is that it would be nice for them to be able to accept tips by card - as this is only possible via cash.

I haven't been so satisfied and full for a long time, delicious food, perfectly seasoned and fresh. The service was very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back and will be happy to try other dishes.

Went for lunch with my daughter today, first visit. Ordered the £10 deal, starter and main. Spring roll starter was good. Main I ordered was 'stir fry, sweet and sour with pineapple'. Rice was stodgy. 'stir fry' was like soup, chicken looked not at all like chicken. No flavour, certainly not sweet and sour. I picked out mushroom and pineapple and that's about all I was able to eat. Did tell staff and they reduced my meal by £5. Had cocktails which were very good. Will not eat there again.

Highly Recommend!!! Fantastic meal, Wayne and the crew gave brilliant service. He recommended the drunken noodles and pad se ew accompanied by the spicy papaya salad. Draft singha and bottled leo were great too.

Came here today with my disabled sister in a large wheelchair, the staff were so accommodating. We all enjoyed our food, great lunch menu! We've each visited before and always consistent every time we've come, we will be back I'm sure! Great asset to Westwood cross

We have visited Thai village 4-5 times and it never faulters. The food is always fresh and tasty and the mocktails are perfect. The staff are always accommodating and friendly. The only thing that we could grumble about is they only accept cash tips and we have been caught out a few times and not being able to tip the excellent service. So bring some cash.

Fantastic food but drinks are very expensive the cocktails i am dinning agsin on sat with friends but i wont be having a cocktails and its annoying to have someone come up and ask are you ok 3 times once is enough

Nice lunch with starter and main £10

For the first time, I ordered a meal from Thai Village via the Justeats website with home delivery. When I didn't receive my order, I called the restaurant. It turned out that Justeats marked my order as delivered, which was not true. I went to the restaurant and got my takeout order. The lady preparing the dishes was very nice and apologized to me for the situation even though it was not her fault. I wanted to say that the food is delicious and the customer care is also delicious. I will definitely come back to you, but I will not use the Justeats option again.

I had sirloin steak but could not eat about 1/3 of it due to gristle very disappointed as it was not cheap!.

After listening to mixed reviews I decided to try, both my starters were nice, but my main wasn’t very nice, didn’t smell very nice. A few other people in my party also returned the mains as issues. Nice atmosphere, and cocktails were nice though.

Lovely interior. We went for lunch. Ordered combo meals. The portions were really tiny. Only 2 tiny pork dumplings 🥟 in one plate and noodles didn't taste authentic. More like Chinese noodle.

First visit for a quiet lunch. Fish cake, squid and satay chicken starters followed by Sweet and Sour Chicken for my wife and Chicken Massaman Curry for me. First time for that curry for me.. it was delicious. Apparently voted ‘Best dish in the world’ some years ago, albeit 10th in public vote. Surprised I’ve not really heard about before. No doubt we’ll be back!

Lovely food ,service was poor for us, but we think they forgot us as people on next table came in after we did and were served within 10 mins. We waited almost 45 mins ,this was our Anniversary meal, ordered Thai crackers that they forgot,so not very impressed.Not sure we would go back.

One of the most disappointing Thai food I ever had. Ba-mee(egg noddles) are supposed to have hardly half tablespoon of granulated sugar. Instead it was very very strongly glazed with honey. It was like eating dessert. Please don't market your dishes as authentic and village like if it is not what you are going to deliver.

Came in for dinner with some work colleagues and had a great time. I got the pork dumplings as a starter, which was really tasty! As a main I had the spicy drunken noodles with beef, which was an absolute 10/10 to me. It was actually a little spicy as well. Great portion size too. The prices were decent as well, I definitely recommend. Staff, also friendly and patient.

Fantastic food. Would have spent more money on food and drink if the service was more attentive. Too much waiting for attendance. Place was empty too. Waitresses too busy chatting to each other rather than working. Went to McDonald's afterwards for a drink and ice cream. Something we could have bought without leaving. Your loss.

There was seven of us for my son's birthday, the food was amazing and so much of it. The owner was great especially with the children. The waitresses were lovely and made sure we were happy with everything. We will certainly be back soon.

Massive thanks to the Thai Village we all had the best time. We celebrated a 30th Birthday here. The staff were super helpful and friendly, food was excellent, great cocktails & bar. Our whole experience of Thai Village was excellent and highly recommended! We are looking forward to going back there sometime soon 🥰

Food excellent, service good, we had the £10.00 starter and main, but i was charged £11.60 for a dislarano and coke, my drink cost more rhan my food. Absolutely disgraceful. Shall be having tap water in future !!!!
