Thai Tham in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Poor service. Ordered two prawn tam yom soups when i took the order had all mussells octopus and everything. Phoned back straight away no apologies or anything. Service absolute disgrace wont be using again

Lovely food, recently moved to the area and have eaten here 3 times already. Tastes so good and the staff are very friendly, really helpful and accommodating for dietary requirements.

We ordered at 7.15 it came at 9.25 the food was also cold when it arrived

Absolute disgrace!!! App told me food was delivered!! No food turned up!! Rang the restaurant and was told delivery driver was out so she was unable to contact him until he returned! I am waiting on her to ring back, I don't hold out much hope!! I want a refund as food order came to 34 quid! So unprofessional words fail me!! Never again!!! And why do I have to give 1 star!!?? trust me it's not worth that!!

Pathetic when it comes to delivery service - they do when it suits (during covid) then don’t when it doesn’t (can’t be bothered)! Food is ok, service is diabolical, sadly!

Delicious food, we love it every time ! The kids love the prawn pad Thai and we love their curries. Ingredients are fresh and everything is super tasty. Delivery is always super quick. 100% would recommend !

I ordered a soup and a curry and didn’t know which was which as they were both a soupy consistency. Disappointing but could have been down to not knowing much about the dishes I was ordering. Having said that, they seemed well cooked but it has put me off and I would not reorder.

Order was wrong. Beef pad thai was chicken.

Food was warm enough and tasty, delivery team were lovely but it was a long wait and rang the restaurant three times to ask where the food was but phone rang out each time.

2 hours. Third of the delivery missing. Phone not being answered. So needed to go to ask for the food directly

If you've ever been to Thailand, this food will take you back. If you’re never been to Thailand it will take you there. Easily the best, most authentic restaurant in Nuneaton. Delivered in half the time quoted too!

Poor quality. Chips were wet. Pad Thai was stuck together and tasted like rubber. Prawn Crackers were stale. Food generally tasteless.

Absolutely awful. Ordered delivery. Tom yum soup is supposed to be fragrant, spicy and light and very tasty. This one was yellow, sweet and sickly with loads of cabbage!! Absolute waste of money. Ordered their most expensive sirloin steak allegedly cooked over charcoal. No it was not. The steak was so fatty, chewy and tough that my teeth still hurt the next day. The noodles were ok, nothing special. Total waste of £30

Delivery was quite a bit earlier than first advised which wasn't a problem but a bit of a surprise. The food was exceptional, ae have ne er ordered from Thai Tham before but we definitely will be doing so again. We had a set meal plus a couple of other dishes and every single piece of the order was delicious, perfectly cooked. Absolutely brilliant, more than satisfied. Well done and thank you.

Awful. In all of my years of eating Thai food,that has to be the worst ever Tom yum soup. Shame on the restaurant for sending me that pretending it is. You should be really ashamed cheating your customers for that. A sweet sickly soup is not a Tom yum

Best Thai food in the area, if you want a good Thai takeaway this is the place to go. The food is exceptional, it’s all warm in good containers. Portion sizes are really good.

Lovely little place for an evening meal. Very nice decor without being overly fussy. Similarly, service was friendly and attentive without being overly so. We had a set meal for 2, which was delicious, filling, and reasonably priced. Seems like this place is primarily popular for its takeaways and deliveries, but I would say that, to properly enjoy food of this quality, its so much better when it arrives fresh from the kitchen.

Never had a bad experience when ordering from Thai Tham. The food is always delicious and the delivery is always early! Favourite restaurant by far.

i have not received my food at all however showing as delivered. called the restaurant and they refused to help simply told us they have had a note saying it has been delivered but we have a ring door bell and absolutely nothing shown there of any food being delivered

Ordered yesterday on Uber eats during the day for delivery at 7pm. 7.20pm arrived and no updates so called and was told it had left abd wad on way. 7.40pm and still nothing (baring in mind I live 5 minutes away) called again and told was on way. 8.10pm called abd spoke to a man and when I said it was an hour ago it was on way he just hung up on me. They marked it as delivered on uber eats. I called them again and asked why they hung up and where my food was and they said I'd cancelled the order so it was never out for delivery and hung up on me again. Worst service and would never recommend.

I ordered a meal each for me and my husband with sides and starters totaling £40. It arrived quickly minus my main. I rang and spoke to a girl who said the boss would ring me back. 10 minutes later he did and said he put the meal in the bag himself. I told him it wasn't here and could I have my meal or a refund. He said no. He suggested I was lying. I was told to take it up with Just Eat. He was very rude and not at all interested. Insisting he was right. Obnoxios behaviour. Never ordering from there again. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD.

Spot on delicious fresh and healthy food

Pad thai looked like it’s been done for a couple of days and re-heated. Squid was clearly frozen and tasteless. Chicken from the skewers was really really dry

Ordered Pad Thai with king prawns for £8.50,could find just 4 of them,really????For £8.50 just 4 king prawns?You must be kidding me…Tom Yum delivered in tray not bowl,must be kidding me.

The curry was lovely. It’s disappointing that the rice was wrapped in plastic and the portion of chips only half filled the box. Batter on the veg was very think in places and they were very greasy. As nothing had been put into the box to absorb the grease, they were a bit soggy. Delivery was over an hour.

Dreadful service. Update to say delivery was going to be late. Still wasn’t here when new time had elapsed. Contacted restaurant. Food still not on its way and restaurant very defensive. No apology, very rude staff.

Sadly not that impressed.....my curry was ok but not very spicy even though its listed as hot .....wife didn't like hers at all....biggest problem for me though was my mixed seafood salad was actually delivered warm!....its a salad and surly should not be warm plus its supposed to be spicy and in a fish sauce....could hardly taste the fish sauce and not spicy at all ......shame as we are not spoilt for choice in this area for Thai food

Sent wrong food, no prawn crackers as requested. Rice was inedible. Poor value for money.

Only one large coconut rice portion was delivered whereas both portions of both plain and coconut rice was ordered. Those who don't like coconut rice had to go without. The fried squid was inedible as it was much too hard. The remainder of the food was ok. Overall not the best experience and certainly not as good as the food we have had from Thai Tham in the past when eating in the restaurant. Disappointing especially considering the cost. When compared to other asian takeaway/delivery restaurants in the area this did not represent good value for money.

We ate here Saturday night and had the set menu. The service was quick and it was fairly reasonably priced. The duck was a little bit dry for me personally but the pad Thai and chicken massaman curry were so delicious! It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t busy but I would definitely order a takeway from here as food was overall delicious

Great place for dinner, very friendly staff and plenty of seating. Simple but decent range of drinks and some nice choices on there menu. We had Pork and prawn dumplings and Veggie spring rolls for starters, both delicious. Sizzling chicken main course with coconut rice and spiced chips was a big dish and we left full and happy 😊 Looking forward to working through the menu!

Amazing food and it was delivered right on time which I was as very impressed about. The food quality was very impressive, I would love to complain about prices but you get exactly what you are paying- high quality tasty food! Definitely will be ordering it again:)

The portion's are very small and there are only vegetables and onions in the box which is not very satisfying for £10 a box, would love for a refund, very much disappointed.

[Uber Eats Delivery] Misleading descriptions of food items/dishes on Uber Eats, for example: "40. Gai Yang £8.95 Half whole chicken marinated in soya sauce, garlic, fresh coriander and thai herbs barbecued over charcoal" What it actually arrived was a handful chicken strips that seemed like chicken breast, overcooked and dry, no way was there "Half whole chicken" as described, at best was around 150g of meat. When I called the restaurant, the explanation was that in fact there was half a chicken but it was deboned. The side of chips I ordered was slightly burned on the outside and slightly undercooked on the inside, one of the worst "chips" experience I've ever had. Another example: "87. White Fish Sam Rod £9.95 Crispy deep fried white fish top with sweet chilli sauce, basil, onions and peppers" The fish was breaded strips (deep fried) but there was more batter on the fish than the actual fish and the portion extremely small portion both of protein as well as the side of rice, for a meal that altogether costed over £13. (the sticky rice was good though, but again fairly small portion) All in all very dissapointing experience: average-low quality, small portions, high end prices and not very helpful customer service.
