Lovely food very tasty well presented and excellent customer service lovely place to eat

We went here for the Sunday buffet, and it was first class. For £18 you can order from a selection of starters and mains in a 2 hour time slot. We ordered everything on the buffet menu, and it was all cooked perfectly and really delicious. Service was impeccable, too, and the place was spotlessly clean. As usual with all restaurants, however, drinks are a little expensive. I will definitely return.

Do not order a takeaway, you will get the wrong order, and they will refuse to send the correct order unless you pay another delivery fee. Awful awful service and bang average food. AVOID was supposed to be prawn and for chicken.

Great place but website is horrific! Then you phone and they hang up on you. I was trying to spend £114 too, and added a 10% tip!!!! Won’t be visiting their website, or calling again! 0/10

Duck spring rolls good but watery green curry a massive let down. It was a takeaway order, but if I would be eating at the restaurant I would definitely return/exchange the dish

I've never dined in but enjoyed my previous takeaway however this time I was very disappointed. Thank goodness I ordered a starter - (calamari rings) because the main meal (71. Kaow Pad Kra Prao Sea Food) was just a huge tub of rice!! There were a few other ingredients but I hardly think a tub of rice with 4 x prawns, 1 x mussel, 2 small pieces of calamari, 1 green bean (chopped into pieces), half a mushroom, 2 slivers of onion and 3 bean sprouts warrants the price tag of £12.95! After eating the seafood and the little bit of veg I could find, there was still a full tub of rice! This particular dish is listed on their website under the "Rice & Noodles" heading but it doesn't say whether it comes with rice or noodles! (I would have preferred noodles to be honest). It's also highlighted in big bold lettering so it stands out from the other items enticing you to order it, probably because it's their biggest profit meal as rice costs next to nothing! The calamari was delicious and both meals were piping hot, hence three stars. ...But be warned if you are ordering this meal. I definitely won't order it again!

I never put up 5 star reviews on my first try of any establishment but this gets one. I ordered food for takeaway I forgot to put papaya salad when I went into the restaurant I asked if they could prepare papaya salad the waiter said no problem it will be 5- 10 mins. When waiting for the salad to be made I was offered water due to the hot weather the waiter was attentful at making sure all our order was there to which it was. Now on to the food we ordered quite a bit the jungle curry,pad thai and stir fries rice was amazing a true taste of Thailand 🇹🇭 we will definitely be reordering the only take away I will drive to,to have great tasting food and friendly service everything was packed full of flavour

Good to finally try this place out, after moving to the area last year. Although they're not listed on the menu as such, we were able to order dishes specifically vegan, and our server was helpful with this.

Great Sunday buffet as usual. Fast efficient service, despite a birthday party of 30+ taking up half the place.

Just had the buffet lunch there today and the food was fantastic. Will absolutely be going there again, service could have been a little quicker and it was a little chilly when the door kept opening, but the food more than made up for it. Very reasonable too.

Only ever ordered as takeaway but the food is always hot fresh and delicious. Recently ordered and asked for no onion, though a dish that we collected did have onion in, their service was excellent when we let them know. They drove to deliver a fresh meal with no onion and even gave us two beers to apologise for the delay. Given we are outside their delivery area they didn’t have to do this and really shows they care about the service.

Visited with local friends. Read the excellent reviews and was spot on. Food delicious, had duck and was so well cooked and presented. Be good to have draught beer but that is minor. Highly recommend.

Four of us dinned here on Wednesday and it was simply delicious. A huge selection of a variety of dish’s to suit all tastes. Staff were friendly and attentive. Very enjoyable and throughly recommend.

Came in with a friend and my first time trying Thai food. Ladies working were very helpful in navigating me through the menu! Food was tasty and fresh. Was nice to be able to sit with friend and catch up with a drink and not feel rushed to leave despite it becoming busier. Will be returning 😊

Ridiculous!! Ordered take away turned up 20mins later like I was asked too, waited 20 mins then told would have to wait another 10. People queuing out the door for takeaways and they just keep piling the orders up. Pure Greed!!!

Went on a Fri eve, extremely busy & understaffed, long wait for drinks & food. However food absolutely amazing and worth the wait. Toilets smell like sewers and could do with addressing!

Delicious food, and a really cosy, but atmospheric interior. Gluten-free dishes are clearly labelled, and they can make many of the dishes gluten free on request! Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely come here again!

Lovely Thai restaurant. We went on a Saturday evening and ate in. Didn't book but there was plenty of space. Had the set menu and the food was really good. We asked to swap one of the dishes and they did this without fuss. There was too much to eat but the food was delicious. We left stuffed and happy. Will be back

We've been twice to this restaurant in the last 3-4 weeks and will keep going back. The menu is good, plenty of vegetarian options, helpful and friendly staff. Went for a birthday this week and they were really lovely - all the restaurant sang happy birthday. Recommend everything on the menu. Of particular note are the steamed dumplings for starter, and the noodles dishes.

Thai Rice is, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Biggleswade. Fantastic friendly service. Wonderful food. Draft Singha lager.

Such great food that it prompted my first ever review! Honestly, it was all so good it’s hard to pick a particular dish, but to have had the best spring rolls I’ve ever had is really saying something. Try it - if your meal is as good as ours you really wont regret it!

We visited Thai Rice on a Friday evening, a group of 6 friends. The service was excellent, really friendly. The food was delicious and very good value for money. Throughly recommend

A real shame... Everything swimming in water 2nd time we have ordered from this establishment and the result was a real shame. The first time we ordered exactly the same from the takeaway menu and it was quite nice. This time, the 2nd time, every dish was so watery, not that much flavour at all and there was a big noticeable difference this time compared to last in regards to the heat volume of the green Thai curry. Last time it was medium heat, this time it was high heat. Minimal flavour in every dish. When we ordered the takeaway via phone, they advised it was £83.12. Upon arriving to pay and collect, they provided a receipt for £89.47. why??? How does that happen??! We won't be ordering or visiting again.

Worth travelling to Biggleswade just for this. Easily one of the best Thai restaurants around with lovely food and flavours in a good setting with attentive and friendly staff. This will be our new regular to eat in and takeaway! Also does a great all you can eat on a Sunday!

This is my first time ordering from this place as I always love Thai food. My pad Thai lacked flavour and there was no crushed peanuts & lime in place. Giving it 2 stars as the crackers was nice.

First time at the Thai Rice and most certainly won't be the last. The mixed starter platter for 2 was absolutely divine and the main course dishes we ordered excelled as well. The young lady who took our order and served us was attentive, thoughtful without being over the top. All in all an exemplary evening meal experience in both cuisine and service. Thank you Thsi Rice team, we will return.

This Thai restaurant is incredibly good! It’s an authentic Thai restaurant run by Thai members of staff, with all Thai chefs! The staff are very friendly, particularly a young lady I didn’t catch the name of. The food tasted authentic, the interior decor was nice and clean and smart, and the pricing can’t be faulted. An all round really good restaurant, highly recommend anybody to come visit, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would of given a 5 stars but the person in front was given a bottle of wine for ordering £70 worth of food but we had a takeaway 2 nights in a row worth £35 per night!!!

We had a takeaway from the Thai Rice restaurant last week and it was really yummy!! The food tasted really authentic with plenty to choose from. The service was also excellent. Really nice meal, served promptly. I hope this place does well as I believe its addition to the biggleswade food scene is welcome. Only comment I have to make is that I would of liked more of the satay sauce with the skewers(as it was really good!). Overall, excellent

Best Thai food I’ve ever had! What an amazing addition to Biggleswade. We had the Thai red wine chicken wings on sticks, the most amazing beef massaman curry- the beef just fell apart! I also had the duck with tamarind sauce which was sooo tasty. We ordered and collected within 30 mins. Perfect service all on time and the ladies are so friendly 😊

We've been desperate for decent Thai food in Biggleswade, and this place has answered our prayers. Not the most extensive menu (yet) but the dishes we ordered were absolutely spot on, in terms of freshness of ingredients / taste / level of spice.
