Thai Curry Food Takeaway in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Tonight, 12/3/25 at 5pm, I ordered a Thai chicken green and sticky rice for collection. Picked up and took home. Upon plating up, found the sticky rice was in a plastic bag clearly microwaved, the rice consisted of what can only be described as a block of rice, and completely inedible. I tried the chicken next, literally spat it in the bin. Tasteless, dry meat and a very poor effort. I called them and returned the dish and was refunded. Asked the lady at the desk if she’d serve that to dine in clients, she mumbled and said” it’s better when you eat in as it is fresh”. Gobsmacked to have this admission. Absolutely appalled and a complete waste of my evening, plus I’m still hungry. Perhaps the dine in experience is better (been a few years since I have been myself to say so), but either way this is not acceptable and was a complete anticlimax, of what I’d hoped would be a pleasant treat for myself tonight.

Have dined here many times this little gem is hugely underrated. We have always had first class service and with a smile. Food amazing, when we take our granddaughter they do her chicken nuggets and fries not on the menu but it’s done with no fuss. Thanks Malai your the tops
