The quality is on point every time!!

Photos looked lovely, website seemed great, booked a table 6 days in advance for Sunday lunchtime seating at 1245. Restaurant calls at 1150 on the day of the booking saying they can't host the booking, when asked if it was due to short staff, the caller was rude, being adamant they don't have a Sunday seating or takeaway for lunchtime. When asked why it was available to book on the website and receive a table confirmation, apparently that was it was my mistake. Do not recommend at all. Very poor.

Was told that latest delivery time would be 7.45. We ordered the food at 6.45 - just eat told us that the food had been delivered around 7.50 when it actually hadn’t been. I had to call the restaurant directly which confirmed that it was still out for delivery. Waited another 20 mins for the driver to actually arrive. The food itself wasn’t anything special - definitely not worth the long wait. I doubt we’ll be ordering from here again.

We visited this restaurant, but it was a very bad idea... they sell frozen, spoiled food. The servers are very rude and condescending. Not only with the guests, but also with the couriers. I don't recommend anyone to go here.

Thai Crystal are the best Thai restaurant around!

Never received my orders! But took my money. They were not picking up my calls so I drove to the shop and they were closed! I will not be ordering from them again!! I want a full refund on both orders

I never received my order!!! They accepted it, gave me a delivery time and even confirmed my order as delivered through JustEat!. They even took my money!! £57 in total. I called them for an hour and kept in contact with just-eat who assumed them to be open and just running late. I drove to the shop to find it closed. I placed two separate orders for myself and my sister at a different address and they did the same thing to this order! You have lost a good customer!

Tasty and fresh food. The dipping sauce for the spring rolls was only half full and the rolls were quite big in comparison. Would order again! Decent portions and lots of chicken in the Thai curry (some reviews had said there wasn’t much) but I didn’t find this to be true!

I’ve NEVER written a review about food but THIS absolutely blew my mind the vegetable spring rolls are the best I have ever tasted I also got the salt chilli wings & garlic pepper stir fry with chicken & prawns it was sooo beautiful honestly hats off to the chef

Thai special fried rice had no prawns in it despite being advertised as chicken and prawns. Very little sweet chilli sauce for the tempura prawns and sticky rice was TOO sticky, was difficult to eat! Shame as had from here before and was lovely.

Perfect everytime - the best Thai food in this area, recommend without hesitation.

Beef massaman curry was flavourless and the beef was tough.

Our first time at this restaurant and we'll definitely visit with friends and relatives. I'm recommending a visit to experience the entire ambiance.

My food order was wrong when I got it in delivery and the chicken they gave me was so tough and overcooked I couldn’t eat it. Disappointed!!

Absolutely delicious but just a word of warning their pennang curry is absolute FIRE !!! Never had a penang curry so hot: was so delicious though but boy was it spicy. Will ask for it less spicy next time . Spare ribs are best I’ve ever had. Only thing was we spent over £70 and not even some free prawn crackers free

First class authentic Thai food , from a first class Thai restaurant. They never fail to disappoint , food always arrives either, early or on time and always pipping hot . Everything is well wrapped and packaged to avoid leaks abd spills. The food is absolutely delicious. 💯 recommend.

Mediocre food. Okay but nothing special and not particularly cheap. The restaurant was empty and felt dead.

We had spare ribs and a mussaman beef curry. The ribs were tasteless. The beef in the curry was tough (which cost an extra £3.00!) and the potatoes were hard. The sauce was very disapointing. We wont be ordering from Thai Crystal in future.

Ordered at 5.38pm and expected delivery was 6.15-6.35. Called the restaurant at 6.50 and they said it'd arrive in 5-10 minutes. It arrived at 7.15! Restaurant person who answered the phone didn't understand my concern that the food would be cold on arrival, and wasn't interested in the fact that it was late. She just kept repeating that the driver had left already. I developed a headache while waiting so couldn't fully appreciate the food (which was lovely). This is the first time I've been disappointed.

Good food, reasonable price. Not a great cozy place with delivery drivers and orders going out from front door... but did the job. Left very satisfied with cononut rice and prawn stir fry.

On the plus side, very prompt delivery and food was hot. However, the Red curry was bland as was the Kai kaprow and the Pad Thai was very average. Very disappointed.

Really enjoyed our experience at Thai Crystal. The food was tasty and the staff were very friendly. We shared the corn cakes and dim sum to start, then we had the Tamarind Duck Stir Fry, the Garlic and Pepper Stir Fry and the Sizzling Duck dishes for main.

Ribs were poor, everything else was good.

Thai Crystal is ridiculously fantastic. The quality, portions and delivery is great. I’d been blinded by another Thai restaurant it Thai Crystal is definitely the best!

Absolutely delicious as always! Our favourite Thai place in the area 😋

Very excited to try new Thai restaurant but this is not Thai food. The dishes were bland and tasteless with no authentic flavours. The chicken was indistinguishable from the pork, both were grey, tough and just not nice - we had to leave all the meat. The 'sauces' were simply thin, watery soy sauce. Thai cuisine is magnificent, the food here bears no resemblance to that, it's just inexcusably lazy fodder.

My order never came no help was provided to sort the situation out.

Came to Thai Crystal a few weeks ago with my mother for her birthday. (Bit late!) Service by Omi was lovely, food was very tasty & Omi even put a candle in my mum's dessert which was a lovely touch!

Great Thai restaurant. We often come here for lunch on a Sunday. The staff are really friendly. We've never been disappointed so far. We have visited Thailand on several occasions and very much enjoy Thai cuisine, and this is pretty good. Not overly expensive and have some good deals on the Express Menu. Very much recommended.

I ate Thai food for the first time in Thai Crystal. I liked it so much. It is so delicious.

Food wasn’t the best but it was edible. The portions are quite small. A bit overpriced for what you receive. I’ve never been to a local Thai restaurant and you have to pay extra if you want prawns in your pad Thai( I’m guessing you probably had to pay more for seasoning as it was tasteless and dripping in oil.). I’m certain I won’t be ordering from this place again. I was quite disappointed.

I had a lovely lunch with my friends after the Crystal Palace running event today. I had the 3 course meal from the set menu. Fish cakes, green curry and a bottle of sprite. My friend had grilled chicken from the normal which was tastier than my green curry. I would like to come back to try out the dishes in the normal menu as there is a better variety of dishes compared to the set menu.

Had a lovely lunch here today. It was a very pleasant experience. Will come back if in the area.

I have ordered from this restaurant before and the food is normally OK. This time the crispy duck was extremely salted and the pancakes all stuck to each other (nothing could be eaten) it's appalling having to pay so much money for this service.

Dropped in without booking. Place was busy but they fitted us in. Always such a warm and polite welcome. Food tasted just as it does in Thailand. Delicious!

MICROWAVED? I think the Ribs starter had been Microwaved; meat usually sweats that way when it’s microwaved. The restaurant was busy with motorcycle drivers coming in & out for deliveries and so their kitchen was under pressure to fulfil so many orders. The food was below average, our Roast Duck starter is one of the most disappointing I’ve ever had;dry & very crunchy not crispy. The service was unfriendly (particularly a Middle aged woman there;probably the Boss) you don’t feel welcome. It’s probably best not to go there between 6-8pm because they’re too busy and so you’re just an inconvenience to them during those hours. I had to leave my table 3 times to go ask for additional drinks. Toilet was clean and had a nice fragrance to it. We spent £170 as a group of 4. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant, I think there are better options in the area.

We love Thai food but I'm afraid we didn't think much of it. My rice was very dry, my partner's soup was cold and milky and the curry had too little sauce which was also too thick imo. Perhaps it was an exception but based on that time, we would seek other options.

Bland pad Thai with 2 pieces of chicken. Very disappointing.

Food arrived cold. Sticky rice was straight out of a microwave bag, hard and basically inedible. I’ve ordered from here several times before although not recently and it had been ok so very disappointed. Will not order again

NOT AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD! Visited yesterday for my mums birthday and very sad to say that the currys and food were not very authentic at all. The currys tasted like tin food. I would say the noodles were the only best item in the table amongst the test that we ordered. Had an extreme bad stomach ache after!! Not very hygienic. Such a shame. Waitress was very rude at the end as I asked to remove service charge due to not being happy with the service which was all over the place. Won't be visiting again.

The food was nice but pricey - 1 small portion of hoisin duck (more bones than meat unfortunately), 4 vegetable spring rolls and 1 portion of veg pad thai. The food was not worth £35 so we will not order again. Just too pricey for what it is.

Absolutely love this place. Just sadden by the price I used to afford it weekly now we are down to monthly......

A bit disappointed - I rarely leave reviews. Spoke to a lovely lady over the phone to put the order in this evening, it’s a Saturday night so I imagine they are busy. However, this is my second time ordering from here. The first time, I wasn’t overwhelmed, but decided to give them another shot tonight. This evening, I was not impressed at all. The wait time was 45mins-1hr, we were very happy to wait. However, two of the items we paid for, each roughly £7 were uncooked and inedible. I have attached photos. I tried the dim sum and I had to spit it out. The calamari is completely uncooked. We also ordered two massaman curries and an egg fried rice. These were ok - egg fried rice quite dry, massaman curry tasty, but not outstanding. We have essentially paid £47 for two average portions of curry, dry egg fried rice, and some prawn toast. I would steer clear, there are lots of better quality takeaways in the area.

The vegetable spring rolls were nice. The massaman curry was tasteless and the sticky rice was less sticky and more dry and hard. Very disappointed as I've eaten here previously and it was lovely. Complete waste of £50, had to order alternative food as the main was not edible.

These Thai’s really know what they are doing. Food is all ways lovely.

I was asked to review food before it arrived which worried me. Couldn't get through to the restaurant, tried around 18 times. Food did turn up, and was only 10 minutes late to be fair. It was greasy and tasteless. Have had food from here before which was fine, but we threw half of what we received away this time.

Best in South for Thai. Prices are quite reasonable hence the area. So overall not a bad choice. If your lucky there also free parking for an hour outside.

The food was over 10 minutes late
