Tesco Cafe in Manchester

Stopped off here today for some lunch, empty tables were not clean, I asked a member of staff called Karen (quite appropriate name) if she could clean the table for me and her words were "cloths are over there, do it yourself" quite rude of Karen this, she was not even busy and it is her job after all!!! But i still cleared the table and cleaned it myself in order to use it while "Karen" just stood there!!!!!!!!

They call it the big breakfast but it looks like a kids meal. Not worth the money.

Oh wow, the breakfast muffin is spot on! Styled on the Golden Arches muffin, this one has better flavour and a proper runny egg. You need this in your belly!

I order from here the same hot chocolate iced coffee and toastie most morning as they’re amazing. Today I get the impression the service are in a bad mood with me as it looks like it’s been ran over

Part of my food order was missing, as an extra sausage & bacon. The fried egg was overcooked as burnt/ crispy on the bottom. The butter for the toast was underneath the food container & had melted all over the bag & food box.

Food was delicious and still nice and warm on delivery came in a decent time frame.

Order from here now and again but I'm in love with the maple and bacon waffles so thank-you for your service

food arrived cold to lule warm, the 2 packs of butter were melted at some stage as they were put underneath the breakfast bag and they had leaked out into the delivery bag. no katsu sauce with the meal , however it looked more like a mexican.. Will not b3 ordering again. the time for delivery was altered twice from the original time.very dissapointing

I bought the biggest breakfast with extras so cost me maybe £8/9 and was worth about £4, come in a small box had toast, an egg, 1 piece of bacon 1 sausage and a tiny pit of beans. It come here and i ended making extra breakfast anyway huge waste of time and money if im honest

no egg, not told, written on box extra sausage given, bacon cold beans delivered in specimin sizedcontainer,the rest just warm. 99p service charge

I've always liked this cafe, wish it was open all day & night though.....😊

They missed off a mango drink which cost 4 pound plus the extra that it costs to get to you and I’m that upset I can’t even bring myself to ask for the money back !!!

Usually good quality but this time food tasted old and heated up.

Terrible food soggy and undercooked and didn’t even send what I asked for!!

Was an awful experience and will never order again from these people.when the driver came he would not come ito my door even though I told him I have a broken ankle,he was very nasty swearing at me then told me he was dumping my food outside and when I got my neighbour to go and look for me there was nothing there,can not seem to get hold of anyone to sort a refund.Which just adds insult to injury.My advice is do not bother as you can't even get a refund.

Lovely staff as always, had The Brunch (toast, avocado, halloumi, baked beaks, egg, tomato and a flat mushroom) and The Breakfast (full English) which are always good options. Tried out the dragonfruit and mango smoothie today which was really tasty, fiancé ordered the iced coffee which wasn't great (not much coffee taste, mainly tasted of milk). Overall though a great breakfast. I do love that they serve the breakfast/brunch options all day so after a late night out, this is a great option, either for a big brekkie or a healthy option, even at lunchtime.

Gorgeous food and had a handwritten note saying "Happy Treat Day" with 3 caramel wafer bars. Lovely touch. Thank you, will definitely be ordering again.

Brilliant service from the man who called from the cafe and the friendly delivery driver also thankyou for my treats to substitute my brownie the breakfast was spot on.

Only problem was they sent the wrong drinks, other than that, spot on

Ordered 2 x breakfasts… Both came without beans (included on the menu) and one came with only 1 x toast. Three items missed so will not be ordering again.

Beans were in a container smashed up all over the breakfast in every single one I ordered it’s a joke bean juice leaking from the bag 🤬

Normally have a really nice breakfast but today not that good, they've microwaved the beans in the pot they served it in so its melted, mushroom not cooked hash browns soggy

I’m very disappointed with the vegan breakfast I’ve just received. The mushroom is very cold wet and soggy like it had been boiled and it had a very strange smell to it. The toast were dry and cold with no vegan spread provided. The avocado was mostly black on top with finger print marks in it and the sausages were anemic and feel like they’ve been rolling around in the snow. The only thing left unharmed was the coffee and water. Very disappointing start to the morning.

This is the third time they forgot my sweet potato fries but charged my money!

I paid £13 for 3 items and 1 item hasn’t even turned up! I’ve been trying to ring up the cafe and no answer I’m really annoyed at this matter.

Staff are rude. Food wasn’t worth the price paid. Portions are so small I came out more hungry than walked in. Won’t be going back awful experience.

Again, very nice food, great portions. Cooked nicely, and delivered a few minutes early. I definitely recommend to anyone who likes hearty, comfort food and value for money. My new favourite!

I ordered fish and chips and was very surprised by how good the meal was. Chips are big, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, fish was nice but a little greasy but overall, I very much enjoyed it! Will order again sometime.

Absolutely disgraceful the wrong address was on the app but I spoke to the driver who said he would deliver to my address which he did not.

Live in high Rise flats and driver advised cannot get in a lift due to Covid. Went down to collect and workmen stood there saying he had left food at the building door and it was taken.

Well presented all items sealed. Very nice indeed. Would recommend and will order again !!

Only ordered as it came with an option for fried bread. I asked for fried bread instead of toast. Received toast. Disappointed

Very below average. Paid for extras that weren't included. Kids meals arrived with about 6 chips, 1 single slice of garlic bread and three tiny chicken goujon that were all burnt and hard as a rock. Chef should be ashamed sending food like that out for children. Won't be ordering again.

Restaurant were really nice as to replace the meat in The Breakfast and make it vegetarian for me at no extra cost. Very pleased
