Was very excited when the food arrived as we had been waiting so long for it. The egg had a runny yoke which is great. Just how I like my eggs. However it was cold. All of it. The waffles were really crumbly also. The hot chocolate and the dragonfruit were both good though. Just a shame about the food.

The food was good that arrived, but once again,food items missing! Why are there so many reviews like this and its still the same. Orders should be double checked. So just be warned, if you order you may not get everything you paid for.

All excellent, sadly I missed out on my muffin but everything else good. Fantastic mango smoothie!

Food was a 40 minute wait, eve for a toastie, so ended up withfruit scone, very dry although cuppa tea was OK

I have received my food, the bag was sopping wet so the hit chocolate has fallen through and gone up all my walls and over the door. The driver was still at my door and he just drove off when I asked him what he was going to do about it. I have photos as proof. Please someone call me urgently

The food was cold when it arrived,my toast was burnt and the whole lot went in the bin.

Burger was missing but got extra fries... and food was on the cold side. But tasted good

Ordered some extras with one of the breakfast items, they haven't arrived. Been charged for them but they got missed.

Ordered bacon as an extra and it was missed off! Wouldnt mind but i paid for it!! I also ordered a chocolate muffin and they have given me a Lemon one! Rather disappointing.

Really nice food you can tell they take time presenting it don’t just Chuck it all together, only downside was the toast was cold definitely would get again!

The drinks were lovely. The breakfast wraps a little to be desired: bacon was fatty and the sausages tasted very cheap. Also, not that I mind because I like pickles, but they were pickles in the wraps which seemed weird but not bad.

I think my driver got lost and my food was not worth the price

Drinks spilt everywhere no straws and felt for £4.20 the milkshakes were more iceshakes, pretty watered down

Ordered extra sausage which didn’t arrive , neither did the two sachets of sauce, roll is dry, not good for the price will stick with local cafes from now on

Way over priced for what you get I paid £6 nearly for a breakfast wrap n it was tiny the size of a spring roll had one sausage one slice of bacon n crammed with scrambled egg

Turned around quick and packed well but food was very greasy. Didn’t finish it.

Not the first time I have had cold food, possibly the lad not finding the right house (100yds walk to me by the time I get it It was not warm but cold, I spoke to the manageress last time and she said it doesn't ever happen, (maybe people can't be bothered) i was looking forward it, it was a let down. Cold and stale crusty beans, saturated in the oil hash browns and fried bread, and near burnt bacon (obviously left in the bain Marie) left me with a piece of black pudding and a shrivelled dried egg (like rubber) so left me a sausage. What a let down!

Bit of a greaseball the fried bread and the hash browns but the rest of the breakfast was acceptable 👍💙

The staff really friendly and helpful one young lady korina went out of her way to make sure everything was OK

Food was cold sausage container soaking wet from the veg, veg was cold like it had never been warm, sauges were proved and sitting at 30 degrees not acceptable. Mocha was spilt

Lovely variety of food - a real treat for breakfast!

Good food and really friendly staff, as i live alone sometimes this is the only interaction i get with other people. i suffer from anxiety and the staff always make me feel comfortable and check on me.

Have been going in on a Sunday morning for breakfast with my elderly mother for many years. i am always impressed with the way that the staff treat my mum. It is always with a smile and a kind word. Always happy with my breakfast.

Breakfasts was really tasty the only down side was on the one breakfast I paid extra for a black pudding which was delivered rock hard and not edible.

poor portion sizes for the money.

Sent me someone elses order and have no phone to call about it. Spoke to just eat about it and have to wait 3 days for an investigation to take place for a refund

Did not receive my whole order

My husband and I went into this Cafe one to grab a cup of tea and another to support them after lock down as it didn't t seem that busy. We were left waiting while 2 members of staff were chatting and laughing and didn't even acknowledge us there. Finally after around 20 minutes one came to ask what we would like. I asked for 2 pots of tea a chicken wrap and a all day breakfast. The member of staff told me the kitchen was shut now and so couldn't have either. Bearing in mind that this was only 2.20pm I asked what time the kitchen closed as we had arrived at 2.00p.m and she never acknowledge my question let alone answered it. We left feeling very disappointed. I have visited this cafe several times over the last 5 years and it has always seemed under staffed. But not only that the staff present don't seem to have clue about customer service. I have been in the catering business for over 32 years and was support manager for a facilities company in the catering department inside Tesco head office in Welwyn Garden City. So understand the very high standards that you expect. Could someone please tell me why you do not set such standards within your store cafe which earns you money and could certainly earn you a lot more if you improved the staffing and the management of it.

The portion sizes are just right and it's well maintained and cleaned regularly, it came to £15 for vegetarian bangers and mash and steak and mushroom pie with a side of sweet potato fries, along with 2 bottles of water, don't expect exceptional food but expect exceptional value

40+ minute wait for food. Food good and hot when it came lady taking orders very good

Good value for money .breakfast is nice I usually have poached eggs on toast.but whatever others have had breakfast wise no complaints.fish wrap is very nice for a lunch treat

Friendly service and good products. Unfortunately let down by being short staffed and having to wait ages to pay/order.

Although staff are friendly and v helpful, the food leaves a lot to be desired. Scrambled egg on toast was mean and cold. The eggs were dry and only partially covered one slice of toast.

Have to wail a long time just to grt a slice of toast. And you have to go to remind them.

Food was hot and well cooked. Staff were smiling and polite. Prices were reasonable as we're portion sizes. Dining area was very clean.

Much much too slow. 20 minute wait for a tea and coffee. And I was third in the queue! Only 1 woman serving. Plus there's no one clearing the tables so very messy. Not the best visit.

Five stars for what it is and doing it very well. It's an in-store restaurant which serves simple food well prepared in a pleasant atmosphere with cheerful staff. Places to sit and eat, comfy chairs if you like for a coffee and bite. High chairs available but no booster chairs. Not noisy, not crowded, lines/queues infrequent and not too long. Good coffee and good breakfast. Jacket/baked potatoes are just fine for lunch. Lots of other things as well ... look at menu, or photo of menu. Obviously lots of free parking and free WiFi available. Oops, forgot to mention the all day breakfast and that all meals have their calories displayed.....you can always shut your eyes to that.
