Tesco Cafe in Rochdale

I have just been to the Middleton Tesco Cafe, we arrived and was ignored waiting to be acknowledged. The woman serving saw us and just turned around, we then eventually get spoke to and say please can we order vegan breakfast? The woman serving said "No, no sausages" I said sorry? She said "no you can't there's no vegan sausage downstairs" Miserable rude woman face like thunder she was patronising and she said "that's how it is sorrryyyy!!" We have just been in so i would say it was around 10.15am (24th Feb) We walked down stairs and there is the Tesco vegan sausage in stock she was lying. Couldn't be bothered miserable woman slamming about behind the counter being rude. Unbelievable actually how rude she is. I am really annoyed we just left feeling very deflated We have had to drive to another store now for breakfast in Rochdale! I have attached the picture of the sausage she clearly could not be bothered to make! Disgusting service what a miserable horrible experience.

The drink had a crack in the lid and was leaking

I had a sausage missing off one breakfast all the bacon was burnt and our fried eggs were all crispy round the edges. Fist time from middleton only ordered because cheetham Hill wasn't taking orders today..NOT GOOD.

Food is great and customer service is especially when it’s Vicky serving. She is so polite, friendly and makes lovely food too.

I came for lunch last week with my Nan, we had the best time, the food was amazing, a young girl called Ellie helped us on what to order and the food came so quickly. Charming server with such lovely manners and a warm personality, will definitely be returning soon!! Thanks guys!!

You have to wonder about a cafe based in a major supermarket, when it fails to produce food in good time to its customers. While queuing just now, and privately suggesting to my daughter that she might go for poached eggs on toast, a member of staff interrupted from behind the counter to inform us that they don't do poached eggs anymore. She then proceeded to shout that she had to let everyone know that "there will be quite a wait for food." Poor. And no hint of an apology either.

What a great location for a cafe. However, it all went downhill after ordering. The staff weren’t overly welcoming but it was first thing on a Sunday morning. After placing our order and drinking our coffee overlooking the new Christmas theme, we waiting 37 minutes for food. I must say it wasn’t due to being busy at all as we were the second customers to order food. I went to the cashier to ask what had happened to the food to an astonishing look stating “we are about to plate it up”. I did say don’t worry and just refund me because you had served so many people who had already eaten and left. The manager refunded me and gave my wife and I a complimentary meal and drinks on our next visit. I’ll wait a little while and try again.

Have been here a few times, i have usually enjoyed my food, unfortunately this time it was different. It has never been the fastest service, that hasn't changed. Tho the portion size and quality does seem to have been reduced, I ordered chorizo and smashed avacdo, thus used to come with two pieces of toast, this has been reduced to one and was missing the chorizo. I also ordered a breakfast this came with burnt toast. Very disappointing I very much doubt I will be returning in future.

Stating with positive, cafe is located in an isolated corner at the first floor. Calm and more quieter for an in store cafe 👍. Place seems to be good for a coffee/Chai. Other than that everything felt very wrong here. Staff (except one lady) were not welcoming at all. Team needs some motivation or process improvement it seems. Slowest in store cafe I have ever seen. Waited so long to place order, then a very long wait for two burgers and jacket. And after the wait what I received was disappointing in taste and presentation in comparison to other in store cafes I experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this cafe especially in that location where there is lot many options around. It has a great potential with some operational improvements🤞.

Good food, nice and clean restaurant, price of food a bit high for Tesco's restaurant.

Didnt get any of the food i ordered and what i did get was didgudting

Sons dinner arrived with no more than a table spoon of peas, the garlic bread looked as though it had been dipped in water and was completely inedible, if you’re ordering chips you’re alright everything else was rank and cold despite it arriving promptly.

Once again half the order missing, what is wrong with lot?? 2 days in a row and no contact number to ring its a joke, foods really nice but il never order again because its always the same thing

Unfortunately it was cold when arrived had to warm it up which is a shame as it turns it all soggy.

The service was poor. Standing at the counter being ignored by staff that we standing around. Good final came and it was the worse I've ever eaten. Dirty tables despite staff stood chatting

Friendly helpful staff, chicken burger and skin on fries were nice. Good value kids meals and nice selection of seasonal drinks.

I'd love to be able to review the food, but we never received it! I watched the incompetent driver go to the next street over to ours on the tracking ma, then all of a sudden the food is marked as "delivered" I actually walked around to the street and knocked on the same number door as ours only to get " we didn't get any order!"(of course you didn't!) i'd love to ay this is th efirst time too, but this has happened before because of drivers who can't follow a sat-nav properly or read a street sign

The sausage was very undercooked and is not even edible!! Considering I paid pretty much £10 just for this I thought my sausage would at least be cooked.

What a great cafe, very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Food was tasty and good value, with a quick service. A very pleasant experience would definitely recommend and re-visit

Well Overpriced. More expensive than Manchester City centre. Blandest sandwich I’ve had in years. Very disappointed

Always taste good, arrives hot and earlier than expected.

Best breakfast I've had in a long time, I had the vegan breakfast, it was perfectly cooked, tasted delicious, everything was hot & fresh, my friend had full english breakfast &:trust me they're are over fussy about who cooks their food but they said as I did it was best breakfast eaten in a long time, looked just like pics on website. Definitely order from here again

Stated 30 mins for delivery, but order arrived nearly 2 hours later as no driver was assigned - food was good when it finally arrived

Wrote in the instructions box no beans and sunny side egg It came with a hard egg and beans also the mushroom I paid extra for was not cooked.

Nice food, clean place, the only minor gripe is it's a little on the expensive side.
