Tesco Cafe in North Lanarkshire

Have eaten in here many times. Today was the worst. All available tables ( which was most of them) had not been cleared or cleaned. Had to move dirty dishes off and the table was filthy. Small flies & a couple of ticks crawling on it. The floor and base of table was also filthy. Had we not already ordered & paid we'd have walked out. The place needs a complete overhaul and a good manager to run it. Definitely won't be back.

Think the hash browns was still frozen never experience a colder breakfast before.

U happy with missing items and no way to contact to ask for the items. Just an option to ask for a refund within 10 days. Order regularly from justeat but will change now as this service is poor.

The service is/was extremely poor. I waited 22 minutes for a plate of macaroni. Soggy.. looked like a plate of tripe. When it artived the plate was dropped on my table 'Theres your food.' And he walked away.. No apology... nothing. I told the staff i was writing a review.

Used to visit Tesco cafe once a week for breakfast. It was tasty and not bad priced. Included toast or fried bread. Depending on which Tesco you went to you either got half a slice of fried bread or a full price. A few months ago the price changed and no longer included toast or fried bread. Now £1.35 extra. I then decided I would not be going back. However this week I decided I would go for a breakfast. It was about 1pm and normally cafe would be busy at this time. On this occasion there was me and two other tables. I got the breakfast and payed the extra for toast, with a coffee it came to almost £9. Now as well as the price being ridiculous for a supermarket cafe the quality has also gone downhill. The bacon although looked ok was not edible. (Tasted vile and not like bacon) the sausage has also changed and was tasteless. They have also change the cooking oil they use which is not nice. Such a shame as it used to be really nice. Will never go back to any Tesco cafe now as not worth the money and not a nice experience. I can definitely see why the cafe was now quiet.

Normally visit Springburn cafe however went here for a change and will never return, a few of the cafe staff were brilliant however the member of staff that threw our plates in front of us with a horrible, unnecessary attitude ruined the experience, we were given a refund by the manager but again also seemed he didn't care about our experience and was glad to tell me how hard it was for his staff during coronavirus and attempt to justify the behaviour with this? Utterly disgusting experience

Alojarse en un hotel local, así que siempre visite para desayunar antes de emprender el día. Haga su elección más popular para la fiesta y puede recomendar la opción vegana. El personal es amable y servicial, mención especial a Lynn y Lee, que siempre hacen que la visita sea agradable y segura. Volveré de nuevo cuando se aloje en la zona.

Desayuné allí esta mañana. Pedimos un desayuno más grande. Cuando le pregunté si podía cambiar el pan frito / bollo raído por tostadas, la señora dijo que sí. Compré una bebida, el desayuno y me preguntaron si querían champiñones. Dije si. La cuenta llegó a las 9. 55) Así que creo que me cobraron por el hongo o la tostada o ambos. Cuando pregunté por el intercambio y me dijeron que sí, espero que no fuera la tostada (1 rebanada) y si fue el hongo, me sorprendió cuando recibí uno, un hongo portobello muy pequeño (del tamaño de un viejo 50 p) . Los frijoles estaban fríos, el tocino parecía graso y destrozado (puede haber sido mejor si se sirve crujiente, pero en cambio estaba "empapado". Los frijoles estaban fríos. Los tres hash browns estaban cocidos, pero sospecho que en la misma sartén lo hicieron. no crujiente, sino que cuando lo corté en aceite rezumado. El tomate era medio tomate y nuevamente era pequeño y bien podría haber sido enlatado, ya que era tan suave que no podía sostenerse y no tenía el sabor de tener a la parrilla o frito bien (más estofado). El menú no estaba preguntado y venía con el enlace, habría supuesto que la opción predeterminada habría sido la primera mencionada o que deberían preguntar (el enlaces donde está bien). También debo decir que, como había dicho que no me gustaba el bollo raído o la tostada frita, llegaron 2 bollos de papa a mi plato (comida desperdiciada). Los condimentos donde la marca propia de Tesco (en La mayoría de los cafés de los supermercados sirven a los mejores y no presumen de ofrecer una economía. versión) . Lo único correcto era el oasis. En el lado positivo, el personal era educado y servicial. La base de clientes parecía ser un cliente habitual en general, por lo que deben estar haciendo algo bien (pero no para mí).

Pleasant enough place, and clean enough. But I was disappointed with the sandwiches. We'd always considered tesco sandwiches the best, but these were poshly packaged and although they looked well filled it didn't go far beyond the bit on show. Half the sandwich was pretty much just bread. Shame on you Tesco.

The service is terrible. You wait ages in a queue as they make drinks and take your order for food. Not a place for a quick snack

Has potential but always has short staff issues at the weekend so always offers limited menu, very annoying. Pay for more staff tesco!

Food was disgusting and staff same as food bought a scone today to bite into to discover its staleness made the day before and still being served 3pm next day swapped for chips and gravy gravy cold and lumpy and reheated chips in microwave will be returning to see manager for money tobe refunded had to also sit at dirty table.....

Totally changed cafe will be coming back great place
