DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - threw 90% of it away . mixed kebab box - and box of grease and peri peri fries were just normal fries with the smallest of peri peri powder on a few of them. the chicken stripes I've seen thick matchsticks and thet were burnt to a crisp.

Ordered last 4/5 days always excellent tonight doner meat burnt so greasy couldn't eat it not normal standard

Had one complained got refunded ordered a different meal was covered in salt

40% off is a trap. Look at the prices. Still costs more than local competition with this discount. Ordered Battered chips sent plain. Small mistake sure. Portion sizes tiny. Not enough space to review fully. Avoid.

If I could give 0 star I would!!! I have never experienced anything quite like this place. I don’t even know where to start. The person serving was awful like she didn’t know what was going on, hardly Spoke and looked very confused. The female along side her was nothing but rude and slagging the staff off to a customer calling her ‘ half soaked’. At the end of the road there was a sign saying ‘ EVERYTHING HALF PRICE’ hence the reason we thought we would give it ago. ( save money) To only find out that it’s only half price of certain things so false advertising for starters!!! As well as this ‘ half price ‘ it was only on kabab and burgers according to the woman in the shop. And even for the prices of these to be halved it’s extortionate. As for the food I’ve never placed anything like that into my mouth. Chips tasted like dry , damp potato , roe was not even like any roe I have ever had before and as for the batter on all items it was thick yet damp. Things were undercooked and damp. We spent £30 between us and I would do anything to go turn back time get my money back and never head down that road. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Don’t try save money go somewhere nice!! I’ve added photos to show the lovely soggy food along side the false advertising.

Shocking service delivered late won't use again

The food arrived on time, in the original delivery window. The ordered items were correct, but the batter on the fish was a bit soggy. This is the first time this has happened ordering from here, though.

Just got fish chips peas curry sauce delivered on time one word GREAT. Have read the negative reviews must be other vhip shop owners I'll definitely use this place again.

We used to use this place often and after the guy seems to not be there very much now the food has really gone down, we had a couple of really not nice take aways a few months ago and starting using Quinton chip shop instead. Thought I'd try here again last minute and the the battered sausages were cold and the the chips only warm. Really disappointing and a shame

I ordered from here last night, and about 45 minutes later I had a notification that the order was on the way which was 6.56pm, at 7.20pm it still was not here so I went back on the app to say it had not been delivered yet, I then got a notification that it was on its way again and would be with me by 7.35pm. it then got to 7.50pm and I had had enough so requested a refund. The food finally arrived at 8.05pm and I refused it as I had requested a refund and had ordered from somewhere else by then. I have had a text this morning saying that the restaurant refused to refund my order and enjoy my food. Terrible service, I will NEVER order from here again and you should avoid. Their phone number on here does not work so there is no way to contact them, and the number on Google also doesn't work. They also got a 1* EHO audit in February 2023, so I would avoid anyway.

Our favourite chip shop! We have one just down the road from us, though prefer a 5 minute car journey to this chip shop! Have been using it for a couple of years now. Never had a bad experience. Staff are welcoming and the food has always been super! Chicken Tikka meat and battered chips are the best! Great, competitive prices, too!

Ordered for the first time last night. Food was lovely and freshly cooked delivered on time. The portion's are a good size and the SFC is gorgeous nice crispy coating and succulent tasty chicken. Also ordered the lamb kebab it was huge packed with meat again this was also very tasty. Will definitely be ordering again and will also recommend to friend's.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! I Would give 0 stars if possible chips were absolutely shocking VERY inedible My burger tasted stale & my bun was burnt ! To top it off the staff have no manners & have poor hygiene .. I should of known better to walk out when I saw another customer complain and get her refund !

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Waited 2 1/2 hours for food. Couldn’t contact the restaurant and they didn’t contact me. When the food did eventually arrive it was average at best. No way to run a business and a full refund should be forthcoming but I won’t hold my breath

I have ordered here a few times and found it to be very nice food but tonight was absolutely disgusting 1 of the mixed naan kebab there was only a little chicken tikka meat and the chicken tikka meat with battered chips came with normal chips and only a few battered chips and them was dry and hard nothing like the ones we had the other day

Burger was missing items on it and missing a entire bag of cheesy chips.rang the phone number that was given and told it doesn’t exist so couldn’t speak to anyone.overall bad experience
