Awful experience, I’ve never seen a chicken burger like it. Told by staff that they’ve got strict guidelines of cooking a burger i wasnt under the impression it was rocket science

Very friendly, meal prepared fast, great opening times; and the burger was really tasty at a low price. Just sad we keep traveling tomorrow and won’t have time to come back here for another burger :(

Absolutely brilliant burgers. They’re so so good. Just give them a try. You will not regret it. Our family of 5 ate there and we had burgers, chips and drinks for £34. Cheaper than McDonald’s. Service was brilliant and boss man even chucked in some chicken wings for free. Can’t wait to go back.

I have now tried the food from here twice on recommendations from other people. Unfortunately for me it doesn't live upto its hype or Google review rating. The burger was OK but very wet, there was no integrity to it. The flavour was OK but nothing to rave about there are better burgers in Peterborough, Zali's do a better burger and Higgsy's is in a completely different league to what this place is serving. The chicken parmo seems to be lacking, it's quite bland and the cheese isn't very good quality also both times the chicken parmo was still cold in places. The chips are just standard cheap takeaway chips. Also the delivery time took quite a while, would probably be quicker if they used deliveroo riders then doing there own delivery. Overall it's OK clean food but nothing to write home about, can easily get the same standard food for less money elsewhere

I love their stir fried donner. Stuff is very friendly. They allow dine in till 10pm.

Got a combo smash burger with chips and Donner meat was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Bit spicier than I was expecting but the flavours wow. Will be back again if working near by.

Amazing food apart from the wings which were average.

Amazing food. Great flavour, everything you'd expect for a smashed burger. My only complaint would be that the bun was tiny bit soggy, maybe it wasn't toasted but regardless tasted nice.

Stir fry doner tastes really good and the burger wasn't bad though it did lack a bit of taste. Chips are average.

I drove 2 hours just to go to this place and i was not disappointed! This places makes some of the best burgers I’ve had. The food was top quality, tasted incredible and the service was ten10!!

Ordered several smash burgers and chicken parma. Very nice burgers and skin on fries cooked well. Chicken parma was very tasty and will definitely have again. The owner is a very nice guy who ensured great quality in his food and service by replacing a small issue in the order which he recognised and corrected himself. Astounded me to see how passionate he was for his food quality and service and really went out of his way to ensure the order was excellent. Not only great food but a great owner and restaurant from his actions.

Order 3x now. Each time - wet, sloppy burger, bun turning to mush. Stir fried donner is mainly oil, as if someone is literally pouring vegetable oil all over the meat to stir fry. It is madness. Soaked a few paper towels in oil from the donner before eating. Donner is oily, but this is next level. Way too much. Nasty.

Tried the hotshot parmo for the first time, I must say it was absolutely beautiful. I’m from the North East which is where the parmo’s are originally from and I couldn’t fault it at all. It was definitely 10/10! Will definitely be coming back.

Burgers are spot on! Chicken wings are also spot on and can even mix and match with the flavours.. I had four dynamite and four bbq. Awesome service and delicious food.

Unfortunately it was not 10/10 it was 30 minutes late food was hot I guess food was seasoned nicely but lot of oil at the bottom of tray

Great spot, from the customer service to the taste of the food I can’t rate it enough. I’m from Luton and travelled to Peterborough just to try out this joint after everyone was raving about it. And I can honestly say it was worth the drive 100%. When I told the staff member I travelled from luton to try out their food he even threw in some of their famous doner for free.. hats off to him. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a high quality smash burger

Poor customer service, been waiting for food 1hr 30mins gave them a call they lied to me saying that driver is on its way but when I contacted food hub to help me out with this order, ten10 said they have problem with car so why would u lie to a customer that food is coming while it's not coming and keep me waiting for1hr 30min, food is decent but customer service is very poor

First time trying the food today and wasn’t disappointed 👌🏽 Both the smash burger & chicken burger was outstanding and full of flavour, probably the best fillet burger I’ve had & the smash burger had a great beefy flavour. Very quick service from the young lad Adam, great place and I highly recommend a visit, vet reasonable prices too👊🏽

Decent Food, Prices far too high

Some of the best burgers around. My fav is the smashburger with cheese fries. Yum. The combo burger with chicken And beef is also delish. Reasonably priced too, which is more of a plus! There is an inexpensive paid lot next door, so plenty of parking available. Seating is limited inside, but we have never had a problem when going. Since telling our friends, most of them order for takeaway or delivery.

Great halal burger place in centre of town. Place an order for 3 people but made a mistake with the timings for our train and went to cancel the order. The guys were so good and promised to make it a priority so we still got our food. They had it ready in less than 10 minutes, without sacrificing the quality. Highly recommended for a tasty burger, thank you so much

Great customer service, very friendly. The boss box meal was delicious from the burger to the loaded fries and stir fry doner. The mocktail was divine. Cannot wait until they introduce other items on the menu.

We ordered 8 burgers alongside a lot of sides and every item was consistent in its great taste and the way it had been structured. I’ve been wanting to try ten10 for a while so once I was in the area I knew I had to order and it did not disappoint! Personal fave was the stir fry donner and the smash burgers were an absolute crowd pleaser. So glad I got to finally try and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I was recommended to try this burger shack out and being a burger fan thought let’s do this. The staff (owner) was really friendly and you could tell how he spoke about the food he was passionate about his work. The meat was great quality and the burger was incredibly good. In fact have been craving it everyday since I had it (on day three of craving it hahah - will defo be back to have another very soon!) I was a little unsure on upgrading my meal to have the stir fried Donner meat with it - but was given a sample to try and damn it was real good. If you go - get the boss meal. You won’t be disappointed 💯🔥

The best burgers and stir fry donner in town!

I be honest, my first time trying this place after it opened recently and I got to say I'm dissapointed. The reviews are Just made up and trying to attract attention to the Diner which I can understand, but honesty is key. The prices for the quality and quantity of food is appalling. Safe to say I am really disappointed.

New diner opened 1st of October. Tried out these fancy smash burgers yesterday. Tasted great, very juicy. The whole family enjoyed them. SMASHING! - Would say the meal with fries for a working man, does leave room for desert. Been told the chicken menu is to be added soon. Can't wait.

We popped in today and we were greeted very warmly by the front of house team, despite the fact that they were rushed off their feet! The food tasted amazing. Ten 10 is clearly not just the name above the door, but the very ethos of the diner.
