Molto arditi e particolari i dolci.

Pei is a maestro of tea - quality and blending of floral flavours as well as the encyclopedic knowledge of his teas and their history would make him worth his weight in gold. Add to this the ambience, the tranquility, the quality of the food - and it is simply superb - then you have a wonderful experience that just simply has to be had. The rose petal jam is incredible!

Had such a lovely afternoon here. The proprietors were just so welcoming, knowledgable and interesting. An amazing selection of teas, so hard to choose but really helpful explanations given. The food was delicious, really interesting selection, all homemade. Will definitely be back!

Would recommend to anyone who is interested in an authentic eastern afternoon tea. The attention to detail is excellent, from the tea itself to the quality and presentation of the homemade food, which was delicious. A real hidden gem.

The teahouse is one of those treasures that you feel lucky to have discovered. The service is very friendly and polite but also educational - as a keen tea drinker, it was a pleasure to have the chance to quiz an expert. It's particularly interesting to be taken through the steps of the preparation of the tea. The setting is cosy and very peaceful. The tea was excellent and the food was superb, a wonderful array of imaginative dishes that have clearly been created with care.

After looking for the venue about 35min and nobody could give me directions I finally found the place. The food is terrible and I wish I only ordered tea. The whole experience was bad and the bill was very high. I would not recommend this place especially in London where you have such great choice of nice and reasonably priced places.

Fantastic choice of teas I haven't seen before, beautifully explained. Food was beautiful and delicate but delicious and fulfilling without being overbearing. Service was excellent and they were very friendly with our 3 year old who wasn't feeling well. Definitely one of the best teas in London. Worth going out of your way for.

Lovely teahouse nestled in the residential roads of Westbourne Park. It’s easy to miss as it’s one of the houses on Lancaster road. They have clear instructions on their webpage on how to find them. The afternoon tea menu is very good value, you get a set of savoury dishes, sandwiches and then come the sweets. I especially love the dumplings and lotus leaf rice! They only serve vegetarian food. You also get a choice of one pot of tea from their extensive tea menu, and if you don’t know what you want the tea master will be happy to ask you some questions and make a recommendation. The ambience of the place is very peaceful and tranquil. They do not have many tables so do book in advance!
