Delicious food, excellent service, normal prices and very clean! Ideal for a perfect lunch or dinner!

The food was really tasty and fresh, the staff were really friendly and overall a pleasant meal.

Nice and meat was fresh. Salad was a bit old but it was the end of the day so perhaps to be expected

Wonderful establishment. Visited here lunch time and was greeted by a lovely waitress who was so helpful and attentive. Shortly after we were seated we were met with some amazing complimentary bread and salad with sauces. Great sized portions. They took our order and brought over the drinks very quickly. Food was full of flavour and it was amazing value for money. The facilities are clean and we had a great experience. They even gave us some complimentary baklava at the end of our meal as well. 10/10 Will definitely be returning

Just had a great meal at Ottoman on Fulham Palace Road. We were presented with a lovely fresh salad and turkish bread as soon as we sat down. The main meal was excellent! We had chicken shish & lamb shish, one with rice and one with chips. The meat was cooked to perfection over the charcoal grill with the most amazing charcoal flavour. Would highly recommend.

We have started coming in for dinner most times after the football. Great food every time!!

Turkish food continues to surprise me very badly. The shawarma was inedible, the meat was very dry, and the seasoning was simply bad. Those who know how's chicken shawarma should be seasoning can notice how poorly seasoned the meat is. The steaks are not tasty and overcooked, the kebab meat is of poor quality, the veal shawarma is not tasty at all bad seasoned as well. The dish of breast skewers was delicious. There were five of us and they served one plate of salads, in short, we will not go back there. We've ordered 2 glasses of wine. We've got very poor wine

The customer service by Moh was excellent. Definitely will come back again. I recommend this to everyone looking for authentic Turkish cuisines.

I’ve been coming here for years and since the renovation the restaurant and staff have taken a noise dive! I wasn’t informed that they didn’t have any of the food we wanted and didn’t tell us what was missing from the menu!!! I am so extremely disappointed since Hadi left so has the atmosphere and food quality! Will not be going back!!!!

Fantastic place. Delicious food - I had the adana kofte and chicken shish, and they were both exceptional. Very generous portions indeed and lots of salad and gorgeous bread, as you sit down. Plus extremely good service from Lily. And a free baklava and tea! Can't fault it!

Came here for dinner with my friend, we decided we wanted to try a different restaurant so searched the area. A pleasant surprise indeed! Delicious authentic Turkish food at very reasonal price with great service in a comfortable and nicely decorated environment. Nice little touch with the "glass sliding door" seperating the dining area from the front end grill - never seen this!

Tasty, authentic, fresh and flavourful Turkish food. We came here because we both watched a popular food reviewer but haven't been able to come down here to try it out. Staff were hospitable, kind and attentive right from the start and it didn't take long for our food to be ready. Incredibly reasonable prices too and huge portions - we got lots of meat per each of our dishes and loved it. Recommended and glad we got to experience their food.

I recently dined at Ottoman, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The food is incredibly authentic and absolutely delicious. We tried the chicken dinner and a prawn dish, both of which were to die for—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The service was exceptional; our server, Moh, was super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience with authentic Turkish flavors, Ottoman is the place to go!

Perfect Turkish food, we had Adana Kebab with Rice and it was delicious, one of the best we had in a long time. We were served by Muh, he was friendly, efficient and professional. This place a gem in a hiding, you won’t regret it. PS: Menu prices are very reasonable, yet another reason to give it a try.

The restaurant’s name is OTTOMAN, so I assumed it would be run by Turks, but the food didn’t taste authentic. The lamb shish was tough, and there was way too much seasoning – Turks usually prefer to enjoy the real taste of the meat, especially with lamb. While chicken shish can be heavily marinated, that’s not typical for lamb. The salad was good, but the service was incredibly slow. With only two tables of customers, the wait was far too long. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Had a lovely meal at the Ottoman. Moh took care of us and was very attentive to our needs. Having lived in Turkey for half a decade, I can attest that the food tastes very authentic (and delicious). We had the lamb Iskender which I highly recommend ! Don't forget to drink some Ayran too ;)

I have been going out of my way to travel from South West London to this West London restaurant / take away for years now. Not sure why but something has drastically changed here with the food and the service. Just got 2 chicken shish kebabs The meat was bland and not cooked to the usual standard, the salad was so wet and limp it ruined the whole wrap... limp bread, soggy salad, lazy lethargic service!!! Really bad. Please come back, the two brothers and the older man that used to cook & serve the food at Ottoman with love & respect to your customers, before the two clowns that were there tonight ruin your business. Standards have really dropped!!! An expensive, disappointing experience Threw the wraps in the bin. 😫☹👎

People at Ottoman are very nice. They always greet me when I'm back to order, as I am quite a regular. They always have smiles on their faces when they take your order and never fail to ask how your day went. Food is always good and fresh which is the best. I will never hesitate to recommend their place to my coworkers because it's one of my favourite places to order from when I'm on my off-day. :)

The man on the till is a greedy person. He charges you £2.50 to put a wrap I'm a box. I called ahead and negotiated a reasonable price but when I got there they charged £5 more. I was told if I didn't like it, I could get a refund. I agreed but they then refused that. I tried to take a picture of the individual in question so I could report him to his bosses. He snatched my phone. I tried to get it back. He then attacked me. Another good point is most of their good reviews are paid for. Click on the review. It is either restricted or they have reviews all over the world........

A fabulous meal at Ottoman! We’d previously only gotten wraps to takeaway but decided to sit in on a whim. Super friendly service from Moh. We got a chicken platter and the meat was super juicy and flavourful. The chilli and garlic dips are the besttt! And the bread is just perfect, warm and dipped into the sauces. The salad is zingy and flavourful. We struggled to finish our platter and Moh helped us pack it away to takeaway. He offered us baklava and Turkish tea to finish but we were too full so could only take up the Turkish tea which was a lovely end. Thanks for a lovely meal :)

Visiting from California and we had the falafel, hellumi, chicken Shish, and yhogurt chicken. The portions were huge and chicken was perfectly cooked with tender and flavorful bites. We also had the baklavas, and my husband says they were the best baklava he’s ever had. The decor was cute, chairs comfortable and they have a concertina door that allows for an indoor/outdoor dining experience. The service here was better than we’ve experienced in London so far—thank you for the excellent experience on our holiday!
