The service here was so poor that I had to get up from the table and ask the staff to be served. They were just standing at the counter chatting. I asked for a draft beer with my meal and was curtly informed ‘This is a cocktail bar’. Seemed rather amusing as it is in a battered building adjoining the bus station. Hardly my image of a cocktail lounge. The food was not great( could not eat the mussels) and portion very small for £16 but I would not come back. In the town centre there are better places such as 88 and Dowry.

Avslappnat ställe med mat och dryck. Blev hänvisad hit från puben som ej serverade mat. Var där en lördagseftermiddag och då var det pubstämning.

Good selection of value meals, snacks, coffee/tea. Comfortable setting. Friendly, efficient service. There were people enjoying coffee and snacks, and also family groups enjoying lunch.

Can't believe the street food that we Hong Kongers have been dreaming of is well and alive in Shetland! I had picked Cart Noodles with an array of choices from Fish Balls , braised chicken wings to Fried egg, I particularly love the fact that you could have any choice in the vegetable list . It is authentic with a modern twist. Be aware, it is large, tasty and very filling, so if that is for your lunch you could skip breakfast.

Stopped here for a meal during a stay on Shetland. I had a steak club sandwich and my other half had the club sandwich. Food was good and decent portion size. We both had Oreo waffle which was delicious. Not too expensive and nice relaxing dining area. Quick service!

Went with my son's sister inlaw. We both had noodles. One seafood and one chicken. Huge portions and really tasty. Staff were exceptional.Really nice decor. Can't believe it is in a bus station! The noodles were quite expensive but the quality was excellent. Won't be long before I visit again. Just wish I had known about this gem of a restaurant before now.

If your looking for a verity of good food freshly cooked this is the place for you. If it's just coffee & a cake well to say their cakes are impressive is to do them a disservice. Found right at the bus station so super handy. The staff are extremely helpful & friendly. Can't recommend highly enough.

Title says it all: don't ignore this place because it is in a bus station. The interior is comfy and the coffee is good. Just what you need when waiting for a bus.

The first time it was crowded but the service was still speedy and the food was good. The second time it was quieter. The staff are pleasant and there is plenty of choice of food and drinks. Prices are very reasonable. Toilets are clean.

All those that came in 2017 and left bad reviews need to return. It's a great place to meet and eat, price is on par with the rest of Lerwick, pleasant staff always greet with a smile and always have time for a chat. Would i recommend? Of course I wouldxxx

The staff are friendly and try very hard to give a really good service, it’s very pub grub style food with good portion sizes, but my dish wasn’t delivered until 10 minutes after the other 4 at my table, not great but glad it was mine and not any of the kids that had a lengthy wait. I also hate ordering my food at the bar and believe table service would be beneficial in such a small place.

A little hidden away but definitely worth finding. Pleasant and clean. Enjoyable coffee, Waugh a good selection of cold drinks, shakes, ice cream floats and slushys. We had blueberry cheesecake which was delicious. They do a good selection of cakes and snacks abd Icecream. They also do hot meals, which we didn’t try but looked good. It was quiet ish when we came, and service was quick and efficient.

As a bus driver I use teamorè on regular basis, I have never had a cause to complain about anything, staff are young and very pleasant some maybe in training so if there is a mistake made mention it and it will be rectified without hesitation, no need to disrespect a clean, friendly and sometimes very busy cafe.... Well done to all

This is the sort of place that we have needed in Lerwick for a long time, lunch or a quick snack with a cuppa and a bar for those who fancy an alcoholic drink. A lovely clean, well laid out cafe with attentive staff.

Although it has been opened for over year, I only went there recently. Spotlessly clean and very friendly service. Situated in Lerwick bus station it is an ideal spot for some refreshments either before or after a bus journey.

We went for a bite to eat on Tuesday afternoon. Nice bright café next to the bus station. Friendly counter and service staff. We ordered a Breaded Haddock, we didn't ask for it to be cooked because we assumed that it would be. After starting to eat into the Haddock we discovered that it was completely raw in the middle. This is not acceptable. The young lady that was working in the Kitchen didn't really look like a cook, wearing a hoodie, Jeans and had a mobile phone sticking out of her back pocket, looking very glum, looking like she didn't want to be there. We think this girl needs further training on how to fry a piece of Haddock. We wouldn't hurry back as there is plenty of other options in Lerwick which have a good reputation!

We came to Teamore as Fjara was completely full. My wife asked for French Toast, I ordered Eggs Benedict, with tea. Despite the restaurant being very very quiet, our order took ages, and just before it arrived the waitress advised that they had used brown bread instead of the White ordered - this wasn't a problem, but how can you get a basic order wrong when so quiet?! Nevertheless the food was good, prices fair, and the restaurant spotless.

I went to this cafe for lunch with a friend of mine. I ordered a pancake with strawberries. What came was a dry, thick and tasteless cake like "pancake". Absolutely appalling! It was so dry and tasteless, it was inedible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame because inside the cafe is lovely but terribly overpriced.

Excellent service from a young, attentive, chatty in a good way, polite girl. Really attentive, approachable and kind as well as the other staff working at the establishment. Would definitely recommend for food or just tea as friendly, comfortable and enjoyable environment. Cheap food too.

This is more than just a bus station cafe - it is a comfortable, cosy and friendly place with excellent and copious tea, coffee, cake and scones, and (judging from what other people were eating) generous and good-looking savoury dishes as well. It's a place you would seek out, not just in between buses.

I had over an hour to wait for a bus and the rain was pouring. Sorry lerwick but your Bus Station was the only negative thing that I saw in Shetland . It is a dire miserable place in the pouring rain. I went into the restaraunt and had a very tasty bacon roll and the staff very kindly looked after my bag while i picked up some food as I was selfcatering.

Met with a cousin here for lunch on Friday and was impressed. The decor is lovely and the many windows make the place bright and airy. I had a lovely sun-dried tomato and mozzarella toastie, followed by a Nutella pancake, both of which hit the spot. Will be back next time I come home for sure.

Whilst waiting for the airport bus, we had time to kill and tried out this new cafe situated below the Great Wall Chinese restaurant. Inside it is warm and very comfortable with a modern style. Service can be a bit slow, but worth the wait. There is a small menu which will suit most people and a bar for refreshments. The service was warm and friendly. A lovely place to chill out with relaxing background music.

On a whim we popped in for a coffee, but were tempted by the two soups on offer, mushroom, and chicken and sweetcorn. These were served in good size modern (square!) plates along with a slice of bread + butter. My mushroom soup was excellent, piping hot and as good as I have had. My wife's chicken and sweetcorn was unusual in texture, quite thick, and perhaps not quite as hot, but more than adequate. The price was exceptionally reasonable at £3.50 each. Service was prompt, and everything immaculately clean. Toilets too!

It's about time there was a cafe at the bus station again! It's very handy when you're waiting for one of our infrequent buses, and luckily it's not a bad place. Clean, warm and tidy, service is quite fast, tea's fresh and the cake isn't bad. I wouldn't put it up there with my favourite Lerwick cafes like Fine Peerie Cakes and the Peerie Shop cafe, but if you're waiting at the Viking bus station, those are a way off (though close to the Esplanade bus stops) and they can also get full. This is a good alternative if you need one.

The café opened a few weeks ago and I heard a lot of positivity from a lot of friends who have been there for snacks and coffees. I went there with a family member for breakfast, the café was rather busy but we managed to find a table to sit. The menus were well structured and it had a lot of good food including French toast and cooked breakfasts. Unfortunately, we thought the drinks were a bit overly priced - £2,40 for a cup of tea (it's normally half price in cafes in the town) and the hot chocolate was nearly £5 (normally £3.50 in cafes in the town).

My previously favourite cafe in Lerwick (The Havely) has become all family friendly (imagine children rioting and almost utter anarchy and you'll get the picture), so I was glad to see a new cafe opened in Lerwick, in what was the bus station waiting room.

Went here with my friend fir the first time, even though they didn't have gluten and dairy free alternatives, they're planning on getting in soya milk, and they made me a lovely chicken salad to suit my needs! And my friends cappachino looked heavenly. Staff are all lovely. And all the tables didn't stay dirty for more than a couple minutes. Can't wait to return :)

Well appointed restaurant with fantastic views. We had a lunch and a dinner there. For dinner, venison, duck and pavlova all delicious. Cranachan ice cream very tasty but not what we would expect cranachan to be. Service perfectly reasonable. All very good, but not 5* excellent. Would go again.

When you first realise that the building is actually a shop you are delighted to have found somewhere to buy food or in fact almost anything else you can think of. The bakery section is particularly welcome for hungry explorers. It’s a shame they don’t still have the DIY cafe.

Its a great wee stop on the road north. The cafe is cosy, quaint and full of nice cards and gifts. There is a nice range of different herbal teas and the usual teas/ coffees. The cakes all looked fab, and we had the fluffiest lightest fruit scones I've ever had the pleasure to eat - the portion of cream was generous and the locally made rhubarb jam was delicious too!
