Tasties Pizzeria in Darlington

Ordered cheesy chips with jalapeños and made sure to double check they were ordered and food never turned up. Don’t recommend.

Food arrived almost an hour after I ordered and was cold. Disappointed cause I only got a cheeseburger and they’re usually nice

Ordered food from hear wated over 1 hour for it when I rang them they said they tryed to ring me but couldn't get through I had no missed calls or any voicemails and when I rang them they Hung up on me and they refuse to answer when I rang them back another 7 times....

I’ve had a chicken parmesan with my family for the first time this evening and I could say it’s the best I’ve had so far after 10 years in Uk. Thank you guys!! Here Andrei ( Romanian )

Very good pizza shop, use it regularly best chicken kebabs.

Have used tasties a few times when passing by and can't fault the flavour, would be 5 stars on flavour alone but feel like value isn't there on everything. We did a delivery order today got a mixed kebab for £10 and chicken kebab for £8 and the mixed was 90% donner. 2 pieces of lamb about 4 bits of chicken, some of which were very small compared to the chicken kebab which had plenty. I like a bit of donner could do without i tend to get mixed because i like lamb and i know donner is dead cheap so feel like the chicken is just much better value. One pita is completely inadequate for the amount of donner too. Also no sauce. Knew kebabs didn't come with chips so ordered seperately but thought they would come with dips. Most kebab shops charge the same price as tasties for kebabs but include chips and dip. Also we spent £40 total so a few dips that must cost them pence thrown in like most places do even if they're not included with kebabs would have gone a long way for satisfaction. Will probably order pizza again when passing but don't think we'd do a large delivery order with kebabs and stuff again as just disappointed.

Hands down the best take away in Darlington. 👌🏻

Kebabs are nice I usually get Parmo from the well known one in town but thought I’d try here as all other food is good and honestly the best Parmo I’ve had

We've used Tasties for a few years now and always really enjoyed it, but out last 2 pizzas have been dry, with what tastes like a very small amount of tomato sauce. Gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time, but it seems like they're putting much less sauce on now. EDIT: owner phoned me within minutes of leaving review and explained the situation. Won't change my review above, but added a star for great customer service and will try again in the future.

Having ordered from tasties previously I have always been impressed but tonight less so. I ordered a mixed kebab which was all donner apart from four strips of chicken and three lamb. It was advertised with 2 naan but came with tortilla wraps instead. Quite disappointing for the price paid.

Just had a 16 inch spicy beef pizza what an utter waste of money , no toppings whatsoever and very soggy do yourselves a big favour and go elsewhere , it has to be the worst pizza we've ever had . Went in the bin .

Just as the the name suggests, it is tasty! I love the parmo's and bbq chicken pizza the best. The chips are okay. Chips would be better if they were home made. Quick service and friendly staff.

Our favourite takeout place, food is always cooked to perfection and service from staff is great.

Such helpful staff and amazingly tasty food. Always on time and assist with order queries.

Pizza base was soggy and slices fell apart while trying to pick them up but the overall taste was good. (12" Pollo Supreme with chilli base and chips on top.)

Great food can be very busy but food always hot and tasty.

Ive nevr had a bad pizza from them in over 3 years ... but had one on Sunday night and it was rotten cheese was like plastic,,,chewing for ever.. if you dont believe have a look on my FB posts and see the picture. Wont use them again, hope this helps 2/10

Just had a large kebab salad and wedges, xxl burger and chips portion sizes very generous and food was beautiful

This is the worst Kebab shop in Darlington ordered food it came cold and tubs of chilli and garlic were bust all over tasted horrible had a sore stomach all night and I heard they get there friends and staff to put good reviews on for them disgusting

1st time we ordered there was a slight mistake with the food. I phoned shop and the manager was lovely. Resent it again and it was perfect. Manager even texted and apologised after order came again, which has never happened before. Next order was perfect, food is lovely and arrives hot. My children are picky eaters so I'm always adding something, asking for something crispy or less of this and that 🙈 and they do it spot on every time. What's really impressed me though is I'm away and left my kids money to order tonight and my eldest ordered a plain garlic bread by mistake, when it arrived my other child wouldn't eat it as she only likes cheesy garlic bread. My eldest rang the shop to check she did order just the plain (which she did) the manager heard about the mix up and sent them a cheesy garlic bread free of charge to keep the kids happy. Wow. Never before has a takeaway done this. I have texted the manager and explained I will pay for it when I return and he's said it's fine he doesn't want paying. I challenge anyone to get better customer service than this from any take away in darlington, most of the time they are reluctant to replace what they've messed up, yet tasties replaced what we messed up. Thank you so much tasties and the manager. You have one very happy mum and kids. Also food is lovely. Thank you again. 🤗

This place is absolutely disgusting and rude and they were abusive over the phone when trying to resolve this issue. Never ordering from there again. Not happy at all.

Only 2nd time ive ordered from here and the guy serving was very rude to me and abrupt. Will not be going back there again absolutely no need for the way he spoke to me.

Our order was over 2 hours late, cold and missing food, told next time we ring back up we can have 50% off. Tried to ring and explained - was told there is no such thing and was spoken quite rudely too. Would recommend you don’t order from here.
