Food arrived 2 hours after ordering it and 1 hour after it was predicted to arrive. Had to ring twice to get an update/remind them I'd actually ordered food. Rude on the phone when trying to follow up on my food that I'd paid for. When it arrived the food was cold and soggy.

it says enjoy your food but it's not here

Waited over 1 hour 30 minutes, received two, "your order has been delayed texts" then the status was marked as delivered but didnt arrive. To call the restaurant, unable to get through as line busy. First and last time I'll order from this place.

food was trash, very bland and tasteless.

They have put on justeat that my order was delivered. They took my money and I did not receive any of my order. I will be taking them to court.

This wasn't Turkish food... It tasted just like the typical South Asian kebab i'm use to. They did give me a large portion so for that I will give the food two stars but it was just the same old kebab i'm use to and don't like.

This restaurant is horrendously bad. My order came three hours late and it was wrong. The delivery driver was rude and when I called the restaurant they hung up on me without listening to what I have to say.

I didnt receive my order at all. I waited for one hour, called the restaurant soo many times. Very disappointed and never ordering from this place ever again

This restaurant is way too disrespectful, never answer their phone when you try to contact them and when they do answer they talk with no manners and is always in a hurry to end the call. It was the third time I ordered from them and they were late everytime. Always an hour or more than an hour. Today they were late for two hours and the three times they answered my phone they kept lying saying how the driver where on its way but then again had said later on they’re still waiting for a driver

Ordered via just eat! Waited a hour past delivery time. To find out they closed at 5pm yet we ordered 9.30pm! The money has been taken out and no food delivered! Tried to phone but since looming them up on Google and finding out not open now till tomorrow! Awful!

Didn’t arrive at all, delivery time was pushed back but then despite being told to enjoy my food it still hadn’t arrived. The only thing I can say is that I have no clue of the quality as I haven’t been able to eat it?

Delivery was nearly an hour late, chicken shawarma was actually just pan cooked chicken thigh full of knuckles Wrap was wet and other food was greasy Have since seen they have a 2* food hygiene rating! Should have definitely checked these reviews beforehand

Shawarma kebabs were awful- drenched in oil. Leaked all over polystyrene box and paper bag. It was horrific that I couldn’t eat it, there was oil leaking everywhere. Nothing Turkish about it at all.

Worst food ever. The food was burnt and cold when it was delivered to me. The chicken and bread were dry and were impossible to bite off. The delivery took forever to come. My family were starving and we ended the night barely eating any of it because of how disgusting it was.

They don't even answer the phone, the food quility was absolutely horrible. The ribs was burnt, and the chicken wasn't cooked properly, I don't recommend this place at all

The rice didnt taste fresh at all

Really small portion size. Ordered both lamb ribs and lamb sish. Mainly just rice and bread with small amount of meat. Not even one sish kebab in meal.

the food i recieved was extemely cold so wasnt able to eat it tried to eat abit of it abdndidnt expect it to be cold after having taken a bite my stomach immediately started to hurt im really dissappointed in the food. furthermore the the weap when opening up had the meats everywhere it looked like it was done without care which already put me off. its a shame as i had high expecation however i dont isually do this but due to this not being edible as i imagined i am kindly asking for a refund aa a student and a customer im really dissappointed an d would like ask to be refunded thank you

The twix milkshake large had no taste . It was horrible . I asked for Haagen Daaz Strawberry cheesecake instead I received Haagen Daaz cookies and cream . They gave me a free stawberry cheesecake which was like eating rock , It was too hard to bite . Very disappointed .

Would never go there again. Food is not as shown in photos the most bland food ever and not even cooked lamb or chicken. Gave me a really bad belly ache after it. This shouldn’t even be allowed let alone be open business needs to be shut down don’t ever go to this shop ever
