I waited for food for 3 hours and a cold food arrived in my hand

my food never arrived, called the restaurant 7 times to no answer i even requested a text on status of order and again no reply, will not be ordering here again and will be demanding money back and apology, disgusting behaviour

Didn’t arrive at all, delivery time was pushed back but then despite being told to enjoy my food it still hadn’t arrived. The only thing I can say is that I have no clue of the quality as I haven’t been able to eat it?

I even think that 1 star is too much for this rubbish place, I order food it arrives 1 hour and 37 mins late and it was very very cold my kids had a stomach ache and I was going to go hospital as my kids was really sick after there bad food, I ask the council to re consider the health and safety for this place as I think they don't have any health and safety in there place.

Disgraceful liars, tried to gaslight me, and refused to give my money back. They said they called me but did no such thing. Liars or theft is what they did.

Shawarma kebabs were awful- drenched in oil. Leaked all over polystyrene box and paper bag. It was horrific that I couldn’t eat it, there was oil leaking everywhere. Nothing Turkish about it at all.

Have not received my order not ordering again

Worst food ever. The food was burnt and cold when it was delivered to me. The chicken and bread were dry and were impossible to bite off. The delivery took forever to come. My family were starving and we ended the night barely eating any of it because of how disgusting it was.

They don't even answer the phone, the food quility was absolutely horrible. The ribs was burnt, and the chicken wasn't cooked properly, I don't recommend this place at all

The rice didnt taste fresh at all

The worst place to eat in the world if you ask me. The food was tasting so bad, the person who served us was not smiling. And we got sick in the middle of the night.

Really small portion size. Ordered both lamb ribs and lamb sish. Mainly just rice and bread with small amount of meat. Not even one sish kebab in meal.

Order at 8:30 and now 10:30, still no food.

absolutely disgusting, didn't even receive my order, phone not on just voice mail, I'm leaving this review so hopefully no one else bothers wasting time ordering here, nearly 2 hour's I've waited and got nothing I paid for, now I have to wait for just eat to get back to me for my refund and I will get it be sure of that, never again zero stars for them as I can't physically put that in, abysmal is correct

the food i recieved was extemely cold so wasnt able to eat it tried to eat abit of it abdndidnt expect it to be cold after having taken a bite my stomach immediately started to hurt im really dissappointed in the food. furthermore the the weap when opening up had the meats everywhere it looked like it was done without care which already put me off. its a shame as i had high expecation however i dont isually do this but due to this not being edible as i imagined i am kindly asking for a refund aa a student and a customer im really dissappointed an d would like ask to be refunded thank you

The twix milkshake large had no taste . It was horrible . I asked for Haagen Daaz Strawberry cheesecake instead I received Haagen Daaz cookies and cream . They gave me a free stawberry cheesecake which was like eating rock , It was too hard to bite . Very disappointed .

ive bought a combo one night and a lamb kebab meal another night so far and both times the food was very good and plenty of it,highly recommended

The worst food ever by far. I’m warning everyone to not waste their money. I promise there is better Turkish food at other places. The food here is stale, cold and dry. They give about 2 piece of meat and that’s it. The service is very poor.

50 pound family platter. Highly disappointed with the meat. Chops and ribs were just pure bone. And 4 strips of donner. Large amount of nice rice and fresh bread and salad. But the meat ver very disappointing

Delivery took at hour , when I live 25 mins away , missing food items when I called them they said they would get it out to me but not being funny I don’t want to wait another hour for something that should off been packed with my order in the first place , also gave the wrong choice of drink , portion size looks like it’s gone down too I ordered a large Adana kebab more like regular ,I got less than half a tray of rice and 2 small kebabs with very hard bread , for the price paid Very disappointed

Order was late, more than 1 hour, instead of 3 ordered dishes, received 2. Contacted restaurant, they promised send missing dish, could not wait another hour, requested refund for missing item. Not going to order anymore from them.

Chicken & lamb kebabs are impossible to chew and digest. Boiled and not grilled. They were served with the most basic rice. The portion of chicken and kebabs for £14 was ridiculous a few pieces that’s all was given. But I’m glad they gave so less as I disposed of the few that was given. No flavour no seasoning just bland and rubber feeling. The worst place I’ve ever ordered food from.

By the time the food actually arrived it was not hot and fresh, and in the picture it shows two different styles of Turkish rice, when in reality they serve with just plain white standard rice. Not what I expected, we were extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

When i entered to shop, i saw prices are really high even they look really (kebab etc) low quality. That's why i ate burger in there but it was really waste of money.

The free garlic bread Pizza makes it a good deal.

The worst food I’ve ever ordered. I went to collect the food and even then it was cold. The lamb chops had no meat on them and the amount of rice that was given could’ve fed 10 people.

Didn’t ring me and left my food out in the rain however the food was actually very nice and a very large portion

The Donner meat is not nice. Should consider changing your supplier.

Ordered the mixed kebab platter, not the best. The platter consisted of a large amount of rice with a small amount of kebab meat, and a lovely soft bread. The rice wasn't fresh, and there was way too much in comparison to the meat. The chicken and lamb kebab wasn't amazing either. They also missed off the promotional offer cheesy garlic bread from my order.

Ordered 2 bulgur white rice I received 1 rice and something else I don't know what it is it is brown colour it is not the same as white rice I ordered 2 white rice please do not do that again

Ordered two meals no cans of pop was given and the chicken on the burger was haif.cooked I’m guessing because it was chewy and the chippy can soggy

The driver was really rude, saying he ain't gonna come deliver here again, that there was too much traffic because of the football game, you need to have a word with him, he can't be speaking to people the way he spoke to me.

Worst kebab I have ever had…. Mixed kebab should be with verity of different kebabs .it was only chicken and lamb nothing else .so expensive for this kebab.would never order and never recommend!!!

The portion sizes were generous. In terms of the pasta, no offense but more thought could have been put into it as in homemade style pasta. The potato wedges could have been a lot better, they were very bland however they were cooked. I have been completely fair and unbiased in my review.

First pizza I ordered didn't survive the journey. The second compensation pizza came with a different base and without the extra topping I paid for 😗

I always order the Lamb Qozi, I'm a regular customer, it comes with salad and a naan, it is always bang on, but today the potatoes weren't cooked and I didn't get a Naan. But apart from that it was all good 😋

A complete waste of money, food is disgusting undercooked, fatty and no seasoning. The man behind the counter beside being rude he tries to take something from order, I paid for an extra drink he tried to take the drink already included in the meal as an exchange! And offers no salad or sauce, just take the shredded fatty pieces of protein. The worst Turkish food experience.

Terrible Turkish mix grill platter!!! Cold kebab meat and kofta was terrible and chicken was strange never ate it will never order again stick to there pizzas there decent but think this place should stop selling what it calls a overpriced mix grill!!!
