Excellent food. Both the Indian and the Pizza and Calzones are the best quality in the area by a long way. Wouldn't order anywhere else now. They are always on time and the waiting times themselves are always short. Prices are very reasonable and portion sizes are huge. Delivery driver is very polite and courteous and we've never had a problem with this restaurant and we've ordered a lot. Well done on maintaining a great food outlet especially with so much competition locally.

Pizza soggy and very under cooked, if wasn’t as late at night would have got sent back and a fresh one asked for

Pizza was no better than a £1.99 one from co-op…. Burnt & crispy! Kebab wasn’t any better…. I think they almost forgot the sauce & salad!!

Highly recommend the chicken kora with banana sounds odd but once you eat you can’t stop cheese nans covered best thing ever

Honest review ordered lamb tikka madras , chicken pakora , chips , rice .THE worst curry I’ve ever tasted lamb was inedible totally disgusting, rice chips and pakora were good . Won’t be back

Ordered a mixed calzone it came with no chicken only donner meat and was over an hour late.

I am still waiting on my delivery. I have been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Totally unacceptable.

Came 15 minutes early freshly cooked and warm best place for pizza & kormas.

Not a good experience, had to call restaurant due to finding a sharp piece of glass while eating the chips.

Delivery is always fast , delivery driver always polite, food is amazing!! The chicken korma has so much taste, would never use another Indian as this is by far the best

Good food freshly made. My son started to order food here and we liked it so started to order as well. Curry sauce had some taste to it and tikka nicely cooked. Biryani was nice to.

Food arrived 30 min late and cold. Overpriced and overspiced. I don't recommend, avoid by all cost unless you like to pay £24 for cold pizza and chicken pakora stinking of onion as this is the only side vegetable dropped on top. Food is not tasty just cold and far to spicy. I ordered chicken tikka pizza and chicken pakora and most landed in trash bin.🤢🤢🤢🤮

Big massive greener/boggie on my pizza, most places place tape on it at least or brown bag and stapled

Quality of the chicken was poor, was very tough and had to leave most of it. Some of the chips were still hard as under cooked. Very disappointing as quality was always great from here.

Donner pizza was great although wasn't sliced properly, no big deal. Cheesy chips were really nice but last 20 chips had no cheese, again not a big deal, enjoyed it thoroughly

Lamb wasn’t fresh, hard and inedible for human consumption, attitude of the staff when I called.

Hotter than expected for what I ordered especially the Korma. Spot the lamb pieces in dish but the dish was well filled up with onions. I will pick another place next time.

Hardly no cheese, chips were soggy and the burger was damaged shame nice to see there chilli sauce still amazing.

First time we've tried Taste of India and we were very impressed. Got the mixed tikka grill and chips. Food was fresh and steaming hot. It was also nice and spicy and so tasty. The naan was lovely and soft too. We finished the lot which is unheard of in our house. Already thinking about my next order

Very good food, the basmati fried rice was excellent, could actually taste the garlic well in the Nan bread, chips good and curries were superb, 5 stars! Also the delivery man was unassuming unlike most waiting for a tip - I had to call him back to tip him, lovely experience all round, will definitely order again.

Food was Too sweet..doesn't taste proper curry at all and lamb was definitely not fresh it taste funny. But naan and rice was very nice.

The pizza was ment to be spicy chicken but it was that spicy that it was the equivalent to a madras. The sauce was ment to be a tomato and herb sauce but it was a spicy sauce which ment the pizza was tooooo spicy

Ordered garlic dip and gave me chilli dip instead, also asked for garlic dip to be swapped with chilli dip that comes with calzone but ended up with 2 chilli instead and no garlic. Calzone was packed with far too many spicy onions but if I had been given garlic as request may have balanced it out a bit.

Overall quite happy but the tikka was a bit more tomato sauce thank tikka. Other than that, we were happy.

Loads of food, veg curry amazing

Both mild curry’s tasted of nothing yet burned the mouth. Rice was more like a steak all kind of burned together and oily. Driver couldn’t speak English or maybe not at all. £30 to feed the bin, never ever again!!

Brilliant. Best Indian we have had since we moved to fife! Will order again!

I've just got to say, as someone who orders regularly, the major price hike has just disappointed me to no end. I'd order almost every week, and the quality was always great, but to see a large calzone go from £7.50 to £10.50, an increase of almost 50%, is just a great shame. Don't think I'll be ordering here again unless the prices return to something a little more reasonable.

The food was never delivered and the man on the phone was very cheeky and claimed to have delivered it to the house.

Ordered and was given an 1hr 30min delivery time, this time came amd went and was an additional hoir on top of this. 2 and a half hours wait for fastfood. I have a baby and they ended up delivering when it was time for their final feed jammies and bed, so took me about another hour to eat my dinner. Put an overall rubbish end to my day.

Food good, apart from cold nan and no dip for pakora. No updates on why poor delivery time, but at least delivery driver apologised for this.

Food was ok but delivery was awful. The delivery driver had to phone as he couldn’t find the house which is fine but his English wasn’t good and we had difficulty understanding each other. When he eventually found the house his attitude was disgusting, he was so rude, and intimidating, shouting from the door into the house we didn’t explain to him where we were although we had and not just once.

Never ever again will I order , ordered at 5.20 and came at 8pm. This was the 2nd time I ordered from them and same thing happened with my first order.

Food never been delivered and now 20:41. Supposed to be delivered 20:05. How do I get my money back?

It's not usual for them to be late so it's fine love the food and the people are polite and nice

2 different meals ordered however both looked like same sauce base as we couldn't tell who's was who's. Not much flavour, some tough bits of chicken. Naan bread rubbery and cold and pilau rice tasted like microwavable pouch. One of the tub lids was not on properly and half of sauce spilled into bag. Poor quality food, so bad we have ordered a pizza elsewhere.

Highly recommend Taste of India, great fresh base pizza's loaded with soft fresh tender meat toppings, the portion sizes of the kebabs are also really good.

Korma was very watery and tasteless and the Maras was average at best. Disappointing.

My food was over 2 1/2 hours and they sent the complete wrong order with items that I am allergic to. Not happy at all

One of the best places to get a curry that won't cost you a fortune. Food delivery is usually early as well.

Waited 2 hours for smashed popadoms and mediocre curries, says any 2 curry’s on the set menu but isn’t any as only some options available. Went and ordered what we wanted and came 2 hours later 20 mins late. Food was lacking in flavour so much so we struggled to identify which was which

Order from Taste of India on regular basis. Food is always excellent and hot when it arrives. Deliveries are never late. Great service from a lovely family run business

Was a customer many years ago then moved away from the area. When passing through the area I thought I would go back and try it again. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Same friendly staff, same great food. Keep up the good work guys.

Asked for chips be crispy and with salt they came soggy and without salt. Pizza was soggy too asked for donner meat cooked in the pizza came on top was rubbery chicken pakora was also soggy wasn't worth £16 gutted cause all flavours where there just all soggy.

Ordered it for 18.45 and got reply saying it would be 19.10 before it would turn up but it turned up at 18.05, Very poor and not good enough especially it your were not coming in to later on👎👎👎

Had great expectations after reading reviews but portions were small, pakora sauce and spiced onions far too hot and the curries just average. Long delivery time too.

Amazing grub, makahni masala is astonishing

Literally the worst meal I’ve ever had. The keema naan was soggy inside and seemed to be dripping with oil. My chicken tikka masala was almost cold and again so greasy. I picked up my meal and only took a couple of minutes to get home so there was no excuse. I only gave one star as it’s impossible to leave a zero star revue. I won’t be eating here again.
