Tap & Vent in Ribble Valley

Its one of those little bars that spring up all over the place nowadays. Pretty good and a nice friendly atmosphere. And now they have a pork scratching machine!!

Good little pub. Visited during an event and had a couple of beers. Good service nice beer. Well worth a visit

Friendly sports bar with a good range of ales and lagers. I keep going back for the Hofmeister Helles. Good company. The dog loves it too and can't walk past with trying to drop in.

Hadn’t been here before and only came in as place we intended was closed and loved this bar !!! Really nice atmosphere, not overpriced as well. We will definitely be back here and can’t recommend it enough.

Great place, the only thing is it's very small.

A lovely micropub, well worth a visit, the beer is always good and it is in a great location in the middle of Longridge. The only negative for me is the ventilation, or lack of. Early on this isn't a problem, but add a few bodies and it quickly gets hot, stuffy and isn't a comfortable environment. Not so bad mid week but Friday/Saturday evening can be claustrophobic in my opinion. Can't complain though as it's literally a converted shop unit. You should definitely visit for the beer, bring a friend and have a chat as it's a loud little place with conversation and music. Don't bother if you want a quiet pint with a book, there's other places more suited, but as I say, the beer is great.

Went for the first time on Christmas Eve and it did not disappoint.Looks small and cosy from the outside but was like Santa's grotto on the inside! Fantastic atmosphere and plenty of choice for drinks.Highly recommended!!

Had a night out in Longridge a bit to eat in the Bistro. Then came across the gem 💎 of a micro pub. Very busy (don't mind) lots of drinks to choose from. Eventually got a seat and stayed most of the night. Spoke wot some really nice locals very informative and friendly. If I go back to Longridge I will definitely visit again. Many thanks for a good night out .

A brilliant micro pub with a wide selection of beers and ciders on draught and bottled. Perfect for sitting outside on a summers evening as there is seating indoor and out. The staff here are warm and welcoming. Parking is available on the street on the same road the venue is on. Would most definitely recommend giving this place a visit

The Tap and Vent is a cosy warm inviting place to drink specialised beers. I particularly like their selection of 🇩🇪 German beers as it reminds me of my time in Germany. The beer is spot on. Their are a good selection of Craft beers too. Alongside good stock of gin and spirits.. So there is something for everyone. Dogs are welcome. If you smoke you can sit under cover at the front. Good p dry ices, great staff, brilliant atmosphere. Thank you.

Excellent location, though it was close to full. Would really like to see Porters and St outs but well worth a visit. Recommended.

Superb pub with the nicest hosts you could imagine.

I went to the bar and ordered a drink. No surprise there. I proffered the exact price, as per the pricelist, in change. I was told by the barmaid that my calculation was wrong, "... because we need to put it up." I urumphed. "I'll check." A voice, from somewhere out of sight, shouted ... I couldn't hear ... and then I was granted to take my pint at (canya believe it?) the price as listed. As I left the bar, I noticed the price had been lifted by 20 pence, on a Friday night. Everyone welcomes the micropub movement. No one welcomes piss taking!

Great little cask ale venue. Very intimate without being pretentious. Good hosts, and the prices are spot on. Good selection of specialist spirits for the ladies or gents!!

What can I say, Brilliant Venue. Dave behind the bar is "The Man" knows his beer and if you like Gin, he will have you literally crawling out the door begging for more.The combination king. The lady of the house is usually around on Wednesdays. Nicki is great, Duncan, her husband still needs to learn to pull a pint. The only failure and itsy bitsy complaint is 4 guest beers and I don't like some so end up drinking lager. Fantastic Beer Room with great beers and good craic. My only two gripes are not a house bitter and closes too early. Well done, great place.
