Tân Woodfired Pizza in Gwynedd

I went with my family to this restaurant. There is a really good choice of pizza and they are cooked fresh to order. Good drinks menu as well. We were having a weekend away and had brought our dog with us. They are extremely accommodating of dogs. I am going back to Caernarvon in November and will defiantly be going back here.

Food and staff were excellent, will definitely come back again. Dog friendly and family friendly, best pizza’s in Caernarfon.

Excellent pizzas- you need to go with a good appetite as they are huge! We watched them being cooked hence as fresh as you can get them. Good choice of toppings too. Atmosphere was great and staff really helpful and friendly. Advice - order one between two if you’re not ravenous! Would recommend a visit.

First visited this place in June when we were on holiday in Caernarfon, and we returned in November. The food is gorgeous, and I loved my dessert of brownie and raspberry ripple ice cream. The ice cream actually tasted of fresh raspberries and was beautiful. Lovely people serving and cooking too. We'll definitely return.

The restaurant was very clean and inviting. We had not booked a table but luckily there was space considering it was a Saturday evening. Pizzas arrived quickly and they were delicious. There were about 5 choice of vegan and all the pizzas had generous toppings and crispy crust. Would recommend.

Great place for dinner. We just popped in on the off chance of getting a table & the staff were really helpful, even though they were busy. We just had bread & olives & a pizza each, I had fungi, my partner carne & it was all so fresh & delicious. Already recommended to local friends & will definitely be back ourselves!

Location is great, right in the centre of Caernarfon - a bustling area of indie shops and eateries. The welcome is warm, and the menu has a vast choice of pizzas. Wait was a little longer than expected but the place was busy with a great vibe. The pizza was spot on and unusually I was defeated by my choice and had to bring it home !

Great pizza restaurant, super fresh and tasty! We went on a weeknight and the service was super quick, we ordered 2 pizzas with different aioli dips on the side which were brilliant. Authentic and good value for money - we were stuffed! Would recommend ☺️

Ordered seven pizzas for collection. All were fresh and very tasty. Simply can't fault the quality of ingredients used.

We hadn’t booked but they fitted us in. No children’s menu but when we asked they said they did smaller pizzas for kids. This worked for us. Very good pizzas!

Lovely clean restaurant and friendly staff. Went with my daughter. Super looking wood fired oven inside. You can watch your pizza being made and cooked in the oven! Pizzas were absolutely delicious. Well worth a visit. Sells beer too so even better!!!

My daughter and I visited here during Feb half term and the pizza and garlic bread was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. That might not sound like a ringing endorsement, but I’ve had a good few pizza’s and this was superb 😆 The staff were lovely and friendly, but the pizza was the star. Amazing

Amazing food! We were holidaying near the area and fancied pizza one evening so I found Tân online. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. We were impressed that the menu offered more than just the typical pepperoni or Hawaiian options. I had the spiced chicken and raita sauce and is was brilliant - like eating a curry and poppadom flavoured pizza. My partner ordered the chilli and garlic ats cheese pizza which was also highly rated. Cool atmosphere even early on a Friday night and nicely decorated throughout. Would definitely go again if in the area.

Absolutely perfect. Best pizza ever tasted, excellent staff and perfect decor and ambience. We also had the best home made sticky toffee pudding!! If you’re in Caernarfon, don’t miss the opportunity to eat here

Amazing pizzas, chips and aioli dip!! The cocktails were also great, especially the limoncello cocktails which was so tasty and refreshing. All the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely chilled atmosphere. First time here and will definitely be returning. Diolch, Tân 😄

We visited Tân Woodfired Pizza while on holiday in the area. This restaurant had a nice atmosphere, with cosy booths giving it a characterful feel. There is plenty of choice on the menu. When the pizzas arrived they were huge, and delicious. The ingredients were clearly of high quality and thoughtfully chosen, and the pizzas are cooked in a genuine wood fired oven from Italy. I highly recommend the pizzas here! The only thing that lets this place down a little is the service. The staff were very friendly and engaging, but a little inattentive. Considering there were plenty of staff on duty, they took a very long time to clear the table after we finished, and there was no opportunity for us to ask for a second round of drinks. They’re missing a trick here! With a little more attention paid to the guests, we’d have given this a full five stars. But we would definitely return for the wonderful pizza if we’re back in the area!

Had a takeaway from Tan earlier this week, The Americano and my daughter had thr Fungi. Both were lovely, a bit pricy at £14, but when you need a pizza, YOU NEED A PIZZA 🍕😉! The only issue was we needed one around 6.30pm, but they said we had to have it at 6.00pm as they had a table of 15 due in! We just placed them in the oven for a bit after getting home, wait, this means the cost of each was nearly £25!! 🤣🤣

Delicious pizza definitely high quality ingredients we were all impressed...the place was busy but staff were really efficient and friendly...i would definitely recommend and most will eat here again soon. Diolch

They fit us in last minute on a Friday night considering it was very busy! Staff were friendly and very attentive. Absolutely delicious pizzas! My husband said it was the best garlic bread he’s ever had too! Would highly recommend!

Was looking for something to eat and came across this restaurant and thought we'd give it a try. The pizza was amazing but the service was very poor. Drinks took forever, and everything in general was slow considering there was a quite a lot of staff members working. The service was made up for slightly by the great tasting food but when the service isn't what it should be it puts you off your experience. If everything was more organised then it would be a great restaurant but needs a lot of work

I don't normally write reviews, but after visiting I noticed that Tân Woodfired Pizza's rating was quite low. Myself, wife and kids wondered past, looking for somewhere for some tea and they managed to fit us in, despite being busy. The pizzas were excellent, plus there were a great range of vegan products for one of our party. Definitely the best pizza we've eaten in ages. Service was good too.

Restaurant was full but the manager found us a table next door. Service was good, pizzas were lovely and the food came really quick, which was great as we had our 2 year old with us. Would definitely recommend it.

Situated in the Old Fire Station, this place is amazing. Amazing food and first class service. Plenty of choice, all served with a smile. Highly recommend.

Service was awful, we waited 1 hour for our drinks and our food arrived before we had any drinks. One pizza arrived 10 mins after all the others. The manager was not helpful. Will definitely not go again and would not recommend!
