Brian, my wife Mary's cousin's wake was held at The Tamebridge pub last Friday 24th May around 12 noon. The buffet spread was excellent with plenty of tuna, cheese 🧀 and ham sandwiches, plenty of Black ⚫️ Country black ⚫️ pudding 🍮 mini pork pies and sausage rolls, cheese 🧀 and pineapple 🍍 sticks, cheese straws, chicken 🐔 legs and cocktail sausages on wooden sticks. All in all a beautiful buffet organised by Brian's daughter Gemma and his sister Jennifer, my wife Mary Bracey's cousin in her dad's Sherwood ❤️ side of the family. All in all an excellent send off for a true blackcountryman and family man Brian, who was 71 when he passed away, having contracted Tuberculosis as a child. He was definitely lucky to live into his 70's with his previous medical history.......RIP BRIAN Keith Bracey your cousin Mary Sherwood's husband

As it is off the main drag I was really surprised by how busy the pub was. Good beers and friendly locals.

I like this old school pub. Shame they blast cheesy music on the tv or put tv shows on instead of using a music system and tv on mute. Old style boozer with old style clientèle. Could be better but beer choice for ale drinkers is usually good.

The Tamebridge pub is next to the River Tame right next to a bridge hence the name. Great selection of real ale beers. Nice and cosy surroundings. Great atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Bar games, and it's got a open roaring fire makes you feel like you're right at home.😃👍

Ales sound, people nice as pie (most the time) great place to have a pleasant drink and evening out especially when they have entertainment on (between once and twice a month) seating a bit run down tho.

Traditional Black Country boozer. Cask Beer is usually very good and the usual suspects are in keg

A great local pub. Good selection of real ales but don't expect to find a dark ale or porter here. Recommended!

Proper boozer , beer normally good to very good. A broad mix of customers from old locals to young rebels heading elsewhere. Bar staff that . . . Well go and have a look and you decide
