I ordered food and waited for two hours, but it never arrived. I was told the driver was on my street, but when I went outside, there was no one there. I then physically went to the shop, only to be told there’d been a mistake. By this point, it was silly o’clock in the night, so I ended up with no food at all.

Went for Sunday roast food as advertised as home made. The Yorkshire puds are frozen, the potatoes are frozen and it come out cold. Overpriced for food. Other people in the pub who are local resident have said they see Iceland food vans deliver food to the pub. The landlady I witnessed her speaking to her staff in an awful way. When I went to the toilet she was standing in the kitchen with her DOG which is unhygienic. I have reported this to the council and also the fact they are advertising a 5 star for food safety when actually it’s a 4 which is against the law to advertise false info. Would go back. The toilet are discussing and look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Poo on the back of the toilet door, strong smell of wee and just look like years of grime that hasn’t been cleaned. Will be contacting JW.Lees too.

Best place and good deals and good taste must try.

Staying at local premier inn and came for breakfast. All nice and fresh food and only one lady server who was working so hard to keep the dining area and customers happy. A credit to your company
