Taj Mahal in North Ayrshire

Food was honestly absolutely awful and swimming in grease. Ordered chicken tikka but what was delivered was chunks of rancid chicken covered in some kind of orange powder that hadn't been cooked in a tandoor oven. Smelled rank as though it was off.

Meal was lovely and delivered before estimated time

Always use this restaurant for my Tandoori Chicken, been a customer here for years and have no intentions of going elsewhere. Always first class service and the food is delicious. Delivery drivers are quick and friendly. Personally I would recommend this restaurant for service, food quality and quantity.

This is now 3 times this place has done this.ordered a meal last night for my and husband. I got it and again part of it was missing yet again for 3 time .I also asked them to put extra meat in but they never . I never got what I payed for and the attitude of them is ridiculous. Everytime I've ordered from there they take forever and you don't get your full order you pay for .I won't be ordering there again .as its disgusting how they treat their customers. Told them I wanted a refund for all 3 times I've not got what I've ordered and payed for .and you don't get much either

Food is absolutely delicious. Very reasonable priced if ordered from store or north Ayrshire eats. Always fresh, warm and tasty. Never had a issue with timing nor getting my order wrong.

Spent £28 on a grill box being delivered and quite disappointed to only find 1 flimsy pita with the order. Can't say I would order again.

I ordered my dinner not long after 7am and was told between 8.10/8.30pm, i phoned about 8.50pm and was told it was going out the door, my partner then phoned around 9.15pm and was again told it was going out the door, didn't get our dinner till after 9.30pm and 2 of the dishes were dried out and didn't get eaten so none of us had our treat take away dinner was a waste of time and money and were all going to bed hungry

First every experience from taj mahal ordered meal at 8.05 it’s now 10.29 and not received meal

only 5 mins late on timer. although took hour and half to arrive and arrived luke warm.

First time ever order was wrong ordered a farmhouse pizza (ham and mushroom) came with chicken on it yuk. Also cheese garlic pizza was missing the garlic mayo be time to search for new takeaway

So.. I click onto just eat and it says delivered.. So I phone the shop and they say it's on its way, just eat machine automatically does it as delivered.... Yeah like their machine is somehow different to every other just eat machine in the country. The food overall was slightly warm but not much heat in it. The pizza was a bit chewy, I think a couple more mins in the oven was needed. And the chips were bad, mega soggy like if I microwaved frozen oven chips they would probably have been better, think that's the container sweating as it must have been sitting a wee while waiting on a driver. The pakora was nice, and the chicken burger was the opposite to the chips, it was a bit overcooked and crispy but it was alright, overall though, not great, used to be great pizzas, but right downhill, and for extra cheese x2, it's just standard amount of cheese you get so save your topping bcoz extra cheese don't get you extra cheese anyway 😭 gave taj a break for a while as it was going downhill, had a couple of better deliveries then this so do feel a bit let down if I'm honest... They do have good crispy poppadoms though, so defo a big thumbs up for those

Grill box is very small for the price. £20+ for a 10 inch box. Pizza was fine. Donner wrap was good.

Food arrived freezing cold but in time. Sent it back as refused order. 2nd order hadn't arrived by 10 to 8. Rang shop and was told it would be delivered in a further 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous service and will not use just eat or this takeaway again

The underside of the pizza was slightly charred, which is a shame as the rest was the nice.
