This has got to be the worst description of Mexican food. Total rubbish and I was Mexican …. I would ban the place for lying. Food is terrible, the place is dirty, the place is a joke !! Do not go there !!

This place should be closed down by the government, worst food to feed human, I binned the lot, anyone can eat this rubbish need to go and see the doctor

We went to the cinema to watch a film, we both come out very hungary and decided to drop into Taco Bell. I have never put so much rubbish to my mouth. I would of said eaten but it never go that far !! Total rubbish and the place was dirty with food and wrappers all over the place. NEVER AGAIN

We have never been to a Taco Bell before and my kids were desperate to go to one as they watch so much American tv etc. we were visiting the area for a few days and went to the trampoline park opposite so afterwards the kids said it was a must that we had a Taco Bell. On arrival we ordered a meal for 2 and a separate volcano burrito. The guy on the counter was as miserable as sin and when we asked for the meal for 2 he said it wasn’t something they sold! When I asked why it was advertised on the menu he suddenly found it on the till. I went to get some sauces but the pots were all empty. We sat outside as all of the indoor tables were filthy but I had to clean the table with wipes before we could sit down. The floor was covered in scraps of food left by others. I must note that when we arrived the indoors and outside was empty. The food came and all I can say is wow. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Other than the lettuce which was fresh the food was rancid. I will honestly never return to a Taco Bell again. The sec ice was shocking and the place was filthy.

Well we queued for 10 mins and then when we finally tried to place our order the restaurant was closed due to ‘cleaning’ at peak time 7pm. But we could sit outside in the freezing cold. So we went next door to Five Guys and had a fabulous burger. Good way to lose customers which, post pandemic, surprises me

Not even a cm of meat in my taco never going back the hole point of a taco is meat and sauce not lettace discusting

The food was good but many tables and the floor were dirty Please hire more staff I saw a gent cleaning the tables himself... awful

Whoever owns this restaurant needs to sack the manager.The worst run fast food outlet I have ever been in.When you complain about having to wait 30 minutes to be served cold food you can see him laughing behind his mask. Avoid at all costs.

It’s my sons birthday today and being as we are in lock down and we can’t do much else I let him pick a take away. I got to taco bell Chichester after placing my order and paying online only 4 people allowed in the store at one time had to wait a good amount of time my order was waiting for me too and was in a big massive bag too big for my small order by far I got home and not only was it all stone cold but I was missing my fully loaded fries called up and was told to call customer services for Taco Bell but there is no number to call you have to put in an email complaint and from what I can see online they never get back to you so looks like I’m not going back there again and my food went in the bin

At present this 'restaurant' is a take away only. Ordering 3 take away meals today, one failed to be prepared at all until the staff were prompted (they had 'cleared down' an order they hadn't prepared) whilst upon arriving back indoors to consume the food half of the other order was missing and no plastic utensils had been included to eat the cheesy chips.

Ordered two deliveries from here in one week, first one had 1 items missing but managed to get a refund. Second delivery had two items missing, the man on the phone was really rude and couldn’t send out the rest of the order or wouldn’t refund me for the items missing!

Visiting the Brighton branch has always been a pleasure. Chichester`s branch was one of the worst meals I`ve ever had. We had the meal for 2. It was unhygienic and the local youth population came in and out sitting in the corner. The food was cold and just about edible- I always compliment other branches. It was an unpleasant experience with just about civil service and the only good point, the guy in the kitchen whose English was poor was very helpful. No tissues/napkins offered or forks unless asked for..

Food is good, when open. But it's never open til when it says it is, it literally always closes earlier than the advertised time, often by a fair bit. They stop serving food often a good hour before that. Seems odd to turn people away hours before scheduled closing in a place barely half full..

Visited on Weds and opted for the meal for 2. Tables were filthy, floor was filthy, no one was clearing up and when food was finally ready was barely warm and non descript! Even with the eat out offer, it was not worth the money - will not return.

Without question the worst Taco Bell we’ve ever had. Dirty restaurant, food was cold despite being freshly cooked. Seriously...how do you ‘cook’ the quesadilla and the filling be cold and the cheese unmelted? May as well have made a sandwich out of a cold tortilla! Very poor amount of filling in the standard tacos, which were also cold. Churros were cold, hard and tough, best part of the meal was the little pot of chocolate sauce that came with it. We’ve been to Taco Bell in America, which are always spotless, quick service and good standard of food. This was anything but, absolutely terrible, won’t be returning, such a shame as it could have been so different with a little effort.

Love going to TACO BELL in the states, so it's a real treat coming here, especially as I can't go to the states at the moment. Far better than McDonald's having 50% Eat Out discount was a bonus, plenty of room to eat in or outside. Food really tasty and free Refills on drinks. Remember this is a fast food establishment not fine dining, for me it's a treat every now and again. Will be back.

Taco Bell is my favourite takeaway, but this branch isn’t the best, the food was average although the rice was nicer than my local one. The staff were friendly and nice but they spent too much time talking and swearing about random stuff, so much so that they put the wrong type of meat in my taco and quesadilla, unless their Mexican chicken is incredibly lacking in spice and sauce in which case I’d rate them even lower.

Worst takeaway I have ever had! I had more cheese on my slice of toast than I did with the fajita that claimed to have 3 types of cheese! More like 3 slices of cheese (small ones ) never again!!

I love Mexican so was excited to eat this after cinema- please, don’t bother!!!! I got meal for 2 and crispy chicken burritos - despite being noon on a Sunday the place deserted - 4 staff doing not very much at all - should have headed the signs!! Firstly the crispy chicken never happened and they put some other mixed sandwich chicken in burrito because “they’d run out of that” - the quesadilla’s were literally empty, the nachos and toppings boring bland and pretty disgusting - long life sour cream and mass produced guac- the tacos were so bad - firstly both tacos came smashed in half with almost just lettuce and Plastic shredded cheese - nothing tasted fresh, had flavour or zing or was tasty. And prices were quite cheap - get what you pay for I guess - so will NOT be going again - I’ve heard there is a wahacca also in Chichester so will find that!! Save your ££ folks and go elsewhere- this place is BAD

I enjoy coming every time I visit. I got tickets for the cinema, at the back of my ticket I got a voucher which said Taco Bell crunch wrap supreme and Mexican fries for £2.99 it made me want to come here before the cinema! good food and good prices!

Me and my partner went to Taco Bell in Chichester yesterday afternoon, we purchased a triple double crunchwrap box meal and a chicken quesadilla meal, within the next hour our stomachs were gurgling, we ended up having to leave town early and missed our booked film at cineworld because we felt unwell. We spent the evening one throwing up & the other one suffered with diarrhoea. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, food didn't look appealing but for most bit had good taste but something wasnt right and promptly we both knew about it.

Visited Thursday evening 21/11/19 around 7pm - about 15 customers. I've gotta say, we had no problems at all. Fast, polite, clear service. The food was hot and tasty, fresh and prepared pretty quickly. We had 2 x meal-for-2. Was a little worried after reading some of the reviews on here, but I guess we got a quiet night with decent staff. Would definitely come back here.

So we went here as I went to Taco Bell in the US and was amazing, however this pile of poo was less appetising than the squirrel I saw that was brutally road killed, the staff are clueless to the artery clogging filth they’re serving people, might aswell be eating plastic with a bit of sugar on it (churros), but that ain’t all of it, the chicken tasted like it was 6 years old, the beef might aswell have been sheeps’ poo, and the worst thing is I had food poisoning the next day, so definitely a solid pass if you wanna go here unless you’d like to be patient zero for the next zombie apocalypse this food tasted like some DNA altered Chernobyl roadkill! Unacceptable

Im a fan of taco bell, so slightly biased revew perhaps!Its a small unit outside the cinema. Was close to our holiday camp so came here a couple of meal times our nearest taco bell is a 2 hour drive away). Very quiet both times, got a bit annoyed as you cant see the full menu, and some of the screens keep changing. You can tell the staff are used to people faffing about before ordering as they wait paitently. Thats why i didnt score an excellent, i feel we probably missed out on different types of food due to this. Staff all seemed polite, store was clean and the food was even brought out to your table. We loved the food (though why do British people have to have chips! they dont serve chips in the american ones, either way, we had nachos instead). One thing that let it down was the churros where rock hard.

I’ve never been to Taco Bell but seen it many times in films, so when we came across this one I was delighted as id never seen one before & only thought they were in America! I was not disappointed, the lady serving us was lovely and really helpful, the food was amazing, really delicious and really good value, very impressed!! I’m just gutted that I would have to travel over an hour to get here from my home to come back... silently sobs :(

Food edible .wouldn't go there to impress someone on a first date ..ok for a snack if your peckish but it is what it is..fast food

We had food at Taco Bell for the first time in pur life. We were pleased with the food and service. Great place for hanging out with your friends. Definitely recommend a visit.

Never been in here before and appalled at the service festival they run out of everything including beef nachos and chips and then the guy serving us told us he would rather kill himself then work here any longer, no wonder it was his last day, Service was just appalling and ver dirty inside

Excellent Mexican food with a modern twist for the price you pay. Nice and clean inside. Good customer service. Drinks are nice and fizzy unlike McDonald’s!

We visited here on Saturday 23rd. I had been really looking forward to this as a lover of tacos. Considering it wasn't busy the place was a mess both outside and inside. Teenagers were just loitering about outside not eating which can be intimidating for people. The service was shocking the girl at the till didn't really seem to know what she was doing and everything had to be repeated to her multiple times. When our order came I actually thought we had been given someone else's as it really did not look like there was a taco supreme on our tray. Turns out there was but it was so under filled it looked like a wrap for a borrower. No exaggeration at all but it was NOT even half filled. Its a real shame because I really did enjoy the flavours of my taco but the service, cleanliness and the lack of filling means I will not be returning. The staff here really need some more training and maybe someone to also keep an eye on them on shift and sort the place out.

We went here 24th March there where 10 of us 4 adults 6 kids. We ordered to eat in they brought most of our food but we had to go back up and say we were stillwzring for a few things. Most of wich we got except our nachos the food was good but to me the place looked under staffed a drinkhad been spilled on the floor and just had a sign put on top of it. The drink was still all over the floor when we left the man behind the counter was very wasn't and friendly. I will go again Hoping it might be better but the food and staff that were there where nice

Used to love going to Taco Bell in America. Needed a Saturday lunch time snack and popped in. So overpriced for what you actually get. To be fair - the food was tasty, but seriously small portions and really disappointing. Paid and extra 60p for tomato’s and sour cream........please see my photo below!!!!!!!! Feel really cheated!

Good Value Meal for a Family of Four, Good Service and although very busy food came out in good time - Slightly disappointed that they had run out of several things like Cherry Coke, napkins etc obviously Management need to work a little harder but front of house made up for it, the young girl on the till, I think her name was Amy, was very friendly and helpful with our dietary needs - Will definitely visit again :)

Slow mistake ridden service. First order for forgotten so was waiting ages. Second order was just as slow and lots of mistakes. Clearly no leadership only one guy seemed to know what he was doing the others where slow and disinterested in getting food out to the customers. Lots of customers complaining about similar issues.

The food was ok, It is what it is i suppose. Hard to complain really but the staff seemed poorly trained and disinterested. Its a tough one because part of me is thinking you are probably earning so little why do you care then im thinking but hold on im paying for this service. Would i go again? No

I hadn’t been to Taco Bell in years and remember my last experience being in Orlando, America.. so I had high expectations... and wow! Didn’t Chichester Taco Bell meet it! A speedy service and quality food. I recommend the box meals! Looking forward to returning! Delicious x

I love Mexican and cook up a mean burrito myself. This was dreadful mush.. No taste.. Consistency dreadful.. Like all claggy... Yuk Yuk Yukky.. My daughter hardly ate hers.. I left mine. Won't be returning.. What a shame i love Mexican food...but this was dreadful.

My review isn’t focused on their food (it’s good and rate it highly for a fast food outlet) but instead for the service of a member of their team.

If I was basing my rating on the food alone then it would be a 4 or 5, but the availability in this branch is terrible. I go to the cinema across the road a couple times a week so go to Taco Bell fairly often as it’s quick and easy. I’d say 8 out of 10 times I can’t order exactly what I want. They’re always low on ingredients. One week I went and they had no rice, lettuce, tomatoes, Doritos (for the specials). Really limits what you can order. One

the food is tasty and for reasonable price, usually we order through deliveroo and we never had any problem.

I have had many burrito's in my time, it's a really easy ting to throw together and essentially a freshly made delicious wrap with a mix of meat, salad, cheese, rice and sauce.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. This store is good, staff are always friendly and attentive. Well informed of the menu and options.

Food was dry, cheese like rubber. The chips were undercooked. The only upside to the experience was the old lady serving as she had a hairy chin that any motor biker would have been proud off.

I’ve been here twice, the first time my order was wrong but I’d waited so long and was so hungry didn’t that I didn’t complain. And the second time, my sisters Beef taco (asked for no sour cream) was very bland and was covered in sour cream, and my quesadilla (with no cheese as I’m lactose intolerant) had barely any filling and shock.. had cheese in it!!! For the price of the food definitely not worth the hassle, and everything is mega sticky as well so where you sit feels unclean..

My kids were very keen to try a UK Taco Bell so we went.

Not bad for a cheap meal and quick service, the nacho chicken was lovely with the nacho cheese. The nachos were similar to doritos though with their own added flavouring.

Saturday night 27th 1920 we was served by two giggling school girls one looked like she needed a decent shower, and a iron over her uniform. The place was rammed with people complaining and dirty floors. We should of walked out. But we ordered to take away. Wasn’t informed about the drinks machine not working so it was pouring out warm soda.

Went out of my way to visit for my lunch. The store should have been open just a small note on the door.

When going into Taco Bell the doors were opened, which signified that the restaurant was open as well as someone asking us if we were ready to order. However, as soon as we were about to order a colleague said they weren't opened. When coming back when it opened we ordered churros, in which we paid £1.29 for only two. We had to wait 15 minutes for these to be done while we watched other people get tacos and full on meals.

Came here for food for a snack for lunch and its my first time and wasn’t bad. Would go again for a bigger meal next time

We went for a bite to eat after watching a movie. The staff were nice and the services was quick. The food is well cooked and full of flavour. For a fast food outlet it's great and we will return.

We had never been to a Taco Bell before in the UK or US, so thought we would give it a try when this one opened recently in Chichester and I have to say I was very surprised! We both had the Crunchwrap supreme meal, I had Mexican fries and my husband had nachos. You get a good-sized meal for the money it cost and both the fries and Crunchwrap were extremely tasty. I am not a fan of hot, spicy food but these had just the right amount. I came out feeling very full and very satisfied! The service was also very good, very friendly and very quick.

We love Taco Bell in America so really pleased so see on during our stay in Chichester. Still loving the food after our visit here!

Visited with my boyfriend and we both got the Big Bell box. Very good quality food, so so tasty and very good price. Much better than the Nottingham store I visited earlier on in the year. Would come again for sure.

I've been to one taco bell before in Nottingham which was rather disappointing. I cannot complain about this though. Good food for very good value. I would suggest the big bell box. Give it a go - this is the future of fast food!
