Waited 40mins for a wrap meal when it wasn’t packed with customers. Seemed understaffed, angry server and dirty tables.

Molly was amazing, very helpful to accommodate with our babies food allergies. Went above and beyond to make sure she was catered for. First time at Taco Bell for us and it was amazing, did not disappoint.

Fly crawled out quesadillas packet Told staff and they said we will let manager know, no one come out Ice machine not working so asked for ice and none available Pepsi flat Staff just did not care

We waited about half hour in the drive through just to get to the window, five minutes just to get someone to take our order, 15 minutes to get the food, which is fair enough as it is made to order but then they couldn’t even get the order right.

Hot and tasty food, quick service and very helpful and friendly lady called Danielle. When service is so good I’m always inclined to leave a review to applaud nice people, although when I asked someone else for her name as she was busy, he immediately jumped down my throat and demanded to know ‘what was wrong’ and ‘what the problem was’, he looked so shocked when I said I wanted to leave her a nice review, just a lesson to that chap, not everyone wants to complain and it’s perfectly normal to pay a complement to friendly people like Danielle, he should take a leaf out of her book!

food is good however I had to wait at the drive through window for 25 mins yesterday for the food to be ready and they forgot one of my tacos but out of fear of wasting more of my life waiting I decided just too go home!

Ordered a meal to be delivered through Uber Eats as the drive through is an absolute carve up. Was charged well over the odds for a tin of Tango which wasn't in the bag when delivered. I complained to Taco Bell and they refused a refund - said I would have to contact Uber Eats, however the bag was sealed so can't have been put in by Taco Bell in the first place. I did complain to Uber Eats as well but they haven't replied - AVOID!

Ordered through Uber Eats from the Cleethorpes branch. When it was delivered it was all thrown into one bag and everything was all mixed together. The filling in the soft taco and the burrito was very sparse and did not in the slightest resemble the pictures on the menu. Very poor for the price.

Ordered on line yesterday how come they possibly make any money this is disgusting this is not fast food this is a joke and the stuff is so rude

Never had an issue with this location, orders have always been correct and ready promptly. Staff are always friendly and the areas are always clean.

Ordered a quesadilla with chicken cheese and jalapeño sauce. It had about a tea spoon of chicken in, cold cheese not melted and no sauce. Also ordered 2 burritos, which were stone cold. Food was delivered 14 mins after ordering so could tell it was toasted under a grill for seconds just to colour the tortilla. Absolutely shocking.I will order again because it seems like the staff couldn't be arsed so I won't give them an easy night although I will be checking my food first.

Ordered online for pick up though easiest option got there my order and apparently most orders they get on there system doesn’t come up so after sitting for 20 mins waiting for order they decide to tell us this then had to write down by hand our order no apologies nothing within 2 mins our order was ready makes you wonder why we had too write it down staff more interested in making tik tok videos out back and squeezing spots

We went in and ordered a chicken Crunchwrap meal and it made beef also we ordered no tomatoes which it came with tomatoes working in the food industry myself I know how stressful it is but I just think maybe double check as this has happened multiple times and is abit annoying

Reasonable for the price. Their staff are friendly and easy to order from. I've visited about three times, the last wasn't as good as usual as the fries came out a little bit cold, but it was fine. They're nicely seasoned and come with cheese sauce, would reccomend.

Ordered a couple of meals, non of them came labelled or wrapped. Everything had fallen out in the bag. Nothing was in a box. The food was poor quality and staff were abrupt.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat for lunch. None of us had had a Taco Bell before so thought we would give something new a try. We were extremely impressed. Food was very tasty and the Volcano Burrito had a surprising kick to it spice wise. Would definitely visit again and recommend. They had a sanitizing station as you entered and another by the till area. Free refilled drink cups were one use only and you were specifically told to ask for a new cup if you wanted a refill. Very impressed with steps taken to address the current circumstances with Coronavirus.

I’ve been to Taco Bell multiple times in the last few months and every single time their staff do not wear their masks properly. When I’m greeted at the window they always have their noses out of their masks. This is super dangerous and it’s pretty much the same as not wearing a mask at all.

I’m outraged, I live in Scunthorpe and me and my friends thought we’d take a trip to our nearest Taco Bell. A 45 minute drive to only be greeted by a closed Taco Bell 15 minutes early! Lights were off, drive through closed and workers sat smoking outside! Wasted fuel, wasted time and upset friends. Last time I’ll be going out my way to come here. Greatly disappointed. Workers left before I was able to confront them. Managers need to be having words.

Read online that this place closes at 11 PM. Got there at 10:45 and it was shut, lights off, drive thru closed, workers sat outside smoking. Rubbish! Wasted a fair bit of petrol.

First visit to Taco Bell was so looking forward to it as I don’t have one where I live. First point it was short staffed long wait, second it had no fries left, third no lids for the drinks and fourth we got home to find things missing from our order and finally spent most of the night on the loo.

Not enough staff! Waiting to be served for over 15 minutes. There was one person on the till and he was also doing the drive through service side. Once we got the food it was cold and they forgot parts of a meal! Went back through the drive though and no one answered for over 25 minutes once someone finally answered we had to wait another 15 minutes. The only good thing was the boy on the till called Luke. Very polite and shouldn’t be subjected to working in such a stressful environment.

First time at a Taco Bell and I would imagine my last.Toilets were disgusting, one not working and that is always is a sign of how poorly a place is run in my opinion. A lack of due care and how they view customers.Had a wait to be served ( not sure why, it was empty at time) and then items forgotten when it came.I left feeling very disappointed with brand. Nothing like Mexican food, but then KFC is not like the chicken you'd get in Kentucky. You see these places all over America, not sure why.

I'm writing this review to acknowledge the great service I received from Will on my last visit to Taco Bell. He could see I had been waiting some time to be served and personally took care of my order quickly and in a friendly and professional manner - he's a real credit to the store, as it can't be easy working under such pressurised conditions. The food was worth waiting for - I was really surprised by the quality and plan to visit again

Easy to park. This is a very busy retail area.The outside of this restaurant is a little tired.The tables need revarnishing for both asthetic and health reasons.One toilet is out of order, the one that works has no toilet paper.They can only accept cash, as their card system is down.I think you may be spotting a pattern here!We ordered two Big Bell Boxes. Big Bell Boxes?? Paltry helpings, indifferent flavours.There are stacks of places to eat in Cleethorpes, try one of those.

We've been to this place a few of times, some of the food is good which is why we go back but it's a total dive, ripped leather seating, filthy tables, food on the floor, drinks machine often broken. The wait times are silly. We're never eat in!

Took my kids for the first time during a day trip to cleethorpes. Disgraceful and disgusting. Tables were filthy, rubbish piling up in a corner as the bins were full. Waited 30 mins for our order and the taco filling was non existent and what was in the taco was slop with loads of salad. The Fries were like warm. Never tried before and not likely to again. Whilst in the restaurant waiting I completed the in line survey and answered yes to the question would you like to be contacted re you experience. Still waiting to be contacted

I don’t even know where to start.. the place is absolute disgrace as soon as me and my partner walked in we noticed there was no clean tables available despite only being 20% full. We had to clean a table ourself to a half respectable standard. Once we received our order the was a group of people sat down making very loud disturbing noises and we could see the whole restaurant feeling uncomfortable because of this. The staff made no attempt to address the issue and the group didn’t eat or drink anything in the duration of there stay. The tacos had barley any filling, and we also found a hair in our quesadilla. Over all it was a very disappointing experience and we advice no one to eat at this Taco Bell, especially if it’s your first experience.

I was greeted by a lovely server who unfortunately didn't give me a receipt.

1st visit today and the young lady at the till explained the menu and didnt rush us. The young man preparing the food also very friendly and helpful. food was good, toilets clean, sun was shining had a lovely experience

The food is good, but it’s supposed to be FAST food! We waited at the drive through for at least 20 mins (I say at least as we still haven’t got it!) we were 10 minutes in a line (there was 1 CAR in front of us) then another 10 mins to pay. We’re currently still sat waiting for our food..

This is a difficult one. Been a few times the food has always been great. The staff on other hand, like most things depend what mood they are in. Been about 9 times. Never had a problem with food, but no hot drinks.

I have visited here four times in the last month and on three occasions I came with my family, one meal fills us up for the whole day and you can’t say that if other fast food outlets. The staff are really friendly and the big guy with the tattoos is always ready with a smile and a greeting. Great value for money

We use Taco Bell restaurants in the USA a few times a year, and therefore know the food standard required!

I went to this Taco Bell today with my husband and two daughters, when we first got there there was a few customers waiting and a few eating, but there was rubbish on floor and on tables, our server was friendly and efficient but whilst we was having our meal the manager came out and started swearing at staff and telling them off, when we went up to complain and ask for a phone number to complain she took off her name badge and refused to give us a contact number and also told us we shouldn't have been listening to her conversation, i don't know how she was able to get the position of manager!! Just to point out we have eaten here on a number of occasions but we will definitely not be going back.

Went in to restaurant ordered takeaway order to eat at home ordered big bell box with cheese topped fries however when opened order no fries at all very dissatisfied

I was excited to visit taco bell when I first passed it, and had my eye set on the meal I wanted. Needless to say I will not be going back. The food I wanted looked appetizing on the board, yet when it came it was I can only describe as 'slop'. My sister also described hers the same as well. I only ate the chips, which I will admit were very nice. The service we received was poor also, waste of money. So glad I didn't't spend anymore than I did. So disappointed.

We tried Taco Bell for the first time and will not be returning. The food on the advertising boards look fantastic but the food you receive doesn’t look anything like what is advertised.It looks like the food is prepared in a rush and does not look appealing at all. Very disappointing.

As we were staying at a local Holiday Park we decided that we would have a takeaway for tea. Didn’t know what we wanted so decided to go for a drive around to see what was available and go from there. We must of drove about 10 mins and saw a few takeaway places (McDonald’s, KFC etc) and was about to have either one of those when we saw Taco Bell.. We’ve heard people talk about it but never tried it before. So decided to have that. I can’t remember what we had exactly but it was all delicious and hot. My youngest loved the chips. If we had a Taco Bell closer to us we would definitely return. Would recommend too. The staff were super helpful.

We went at the top of the heatwave but don't think there was any respite inside it was absolutely boiling, don't know how the staff could cope with that heat. As usual there is a system with these fast food places and this was no different, place your order and collect at next station only the next station was overloaded with orders and it seemed to take a while for basic orders, perhaps they were all made fresh? Anyway inside was clean and tidy but some of the outside tables were obviously missing from the cleaning rota. Yes people had cleared up but tables still get food dropped on them. All in all an OK alternative to the big burger chain next door!

Really brilliant food - so quick and very clean fast food restaurant. The pulled pork burrito with nacho's are delicious. Always lovely food. Highly recommended.

We’ve never been to Taco Bell before, but we will definitely be going again! Delicious food, and absolutely brilliant value for money! We got a meal for 2 for £10.99! That’s much less than what we would pay at BK or KFC, and in my opinion, the food was much better!

Absolutely disgusted with the whole experience, first of all we ordered 2 Doritos wrap meals 1 with chicken and one with beef and then ordered a separate Doritos chicken wrap. The beef meal had barely any meat in it when we went and complained zakk dealt with us and was trying to help in anyway possible and did his best with little to no guidance and when he asked for help to give us a refund Emma said she wasn't going through it again with him, she was very rude to us and didn't want to help in anyway. After we got our meal my little boy was eating his "chicken" wrap after a few bites we notice he wasn't eating what we ordered him and what he asked for it stated chicken on the wrapper but was beef inside . It was just to much hassle to complain again. We went to kfc instead.

On walking in the door mat was dirty, the food wasn't very good either. The only saving grace diet coke was drinkable! The staff were very loud talking to each other and the guy with the earpiece in was dancing around not very professional.

Taco Bell is just the best for me. Whether it’s a quick bite to eat or a sit down meal. It’s great to have something different other than your Maccies or KFC! Churros are amazing. Oh & they do alcohol.. what more do you need!?

During a busy day shopping and stuff ahead of The Big Festive Funtime, we popped in here to give it a whirl. Having tried Taco Bell a few times in The States, I was wondering whether the Cleethorpes version would get close.

Had a meal here for the first time, it was very busy but we didn't have to wait too long for the meal, the staff were very nice and helpful .

staying relatively local and went to the cinema. we noticed a taco bell....we have never been before so thought we would give it a try. a warm greeting awaited us. we ordered the meal for 2 , which included tacos(beef) and quastillia(chicken). we both though it was pretty good, especially for the price compared toil you went to a well known mexican chain! if we are nearby again we would pop in and give it another go certainly.

Yes i will admit i have been a taco bell virgin. But i stopped of there yesterday as ive never been and thought ..why not . Im so glad i did . The food was great and i got free refills . The staff were all great and the place was clean . It was an enjoyable eating experience and next time im up thete i will avoid maccys next door and got for a burrito .

Many locals did not recommend this place and I read some concerning reviews but I just had to give this place a try. I first entered and was served immediately the place looked spotless and felt clean. I was served quickly and the assistant had lots of knowledge and even saved me a few pound recommending a meal which came with the Churros instead of buying individually. The food took around 4 minutes to arrive, we decided to eat in our car due to extra tax you have to pay to eat indoors. We found the portions tiny especially the chips (which where hard and undercooked) the wrap was also tiny around half the size you would expect if buying from the supermarket, I found just two little peaces of chicken inside. It's amazing that in the UK we have Taco Bell but sadly this venture is going to fail unless they make some very quick improvements and improvement the portion size. It's not cheap and you expect better, I took a picture and sent to my American friends who are amazed as the small portions especially as I paid extra for large. The food however was tasty but could have been hotter as it was barely luke warm.

Staff were very helpful explaining the process to us and making sure that my food was gluten free. Taste wise it was average fast food really but nice to have something a bit different. Restaurant itself was clean and tidy

Taco bell is my husbands fave, ive always gone somewhere else I cant eat bell peppers they make me ill, after researching lots of meals don't actually contain them theyre tomatoes!!!!!

Just payed a visit to the drive through for a taco, they said we have no lettuce is that ok, I was a little disappointed but said OK, when I got home and opened it I was very disappointed OK so they had no lettuce but couldn't they have put extra meat or cheese in it, I still paid the same but they gave me less. I will never go there again.

We went through the drive through only complaint is that we had a long wait which shows that the food was cooked fresh food was lovely this is the first time we have tried and we would definitely return! The burritos were our fave very tasty I wasn't too keen on the tacos but my partner enjoyed his! Was a success with the kids

This week, I have purchased both meals for my children and myself on 3 occasions. The first orders of varies meals taco belle meal, Nacho supreme with chicken topping and volcano meal. On all 3 occasion we have not received full order with fries, side dishes and topping missing. Tonight, I was horrified to find a hair in my food and no Chillies. We live 4 miles from location therefore, did not return. I have tried telephone contact to raised my complaint. However, no reply.

My children like all children are easily impressed by all things trendy and American.

Ive dined at taco bell many times b4 and the food has always been good, UNTIL this resent visit! i thought id have the 'volcano burrito' as i have had it b4 and it was loverly BUT this time it was very very very hot!! hotter than it has ever been. (hot as in chilli heat NOT and not temp) i ate about one third of it b4 the rest of it went in the bin!! i did try and speak to a member of staff but they were to busy laffing behind the food prep counter. because of eating this food it left me trowing up many times last night. after this visit i WILL NOT BE RETURNING to taco bell!!!

We visited here more than three times in a week, we couldn't fault the service, the taste of the food or anything about it. It was fantastic, the staff were helpful with suggestions, the food was served fresh and hot. It reminded us of when we visited Taco bell in USA. You will get hooked on it. Its amazing and good value especially Big Bell Box...

We returned with my mother in law to introduce her to the delights of Taco Bell...she is 82 and loved it. The staff were great dealing with our personal likes/dislikes/allergies. This is a great place to eat fast food that is both delicious and filling. Bijou toilet facilities too. We will be back with nana in tow soon.

After one really nice meal here we returned taking my mum (82) with us. Again it was very good food, done as we had ordered it (no mistakes) and my mum thought it was GREAT. The young man on the till was very patient with mum going over all the menu with her and advising her what to eat

we have just visited taco bell we ordered a chicken wrap what we got looked and tasted like some one had been sick in it. How people can eat this excuse for food is beyond me I went back to the counter and was not offered a refund places like this should never be allowed to serve the public with this rubbish.

Noticed the Taco Bell during stay at nearby caravan park and thought they were only in America so happy to try it.

Slow service but very busy so understandable we had the 10 pound meal deal it was lovely and filling. Only prpmblem was that it was cold and you couldn't change the items

We ate at Taco for the first time last week, both my wife and myself felt the service was very slow and staff uninterested in help with choices or taking our order.

There were six of us who visited inbetween Christmas and New Year. It was very busy but the staff courteous. Excellent food and good value for money.

Wanted to try Taco Bell since before there were any here in the UK.

After finally managing to drag my partner here after his claims of not "liking Mexican food", we were both so glad we went.

Its becoming a new tradition to come here after the flicks..the food is always good burritos are my new favourite food..waiting times vary but the staff are all very good and always look busy..tables can sometimes be messy but i guess its the customers at fault for that..my one and only complaint about the place is that now its winter the door does not close fast enough and if your eating in you run the risk of frostbite..otherwise i love having a Taco bell local..

Good value for money and the food itself is very nice, and it's good to have a different choice of fast food in the area. The only problem is the hideous waiting time, over half an hour for "fast" food. Apart from that it's good, plenty of parking available and there is also a drive-thru.

Our second visit to Taco Bell and the service was much improved. However the litter outside the entrance and in the car park was very off putting. If the staff can't be bothered to clean up outside it makes you wonder what their hygiene practices are really like. It gives the wrong impression. Please clean it up.

Thoroughly enjoyed our first ever taco bell. My 9 year old loved the chicken rice. Good value change of cuisine and we all had lots.

I like this new venue in town problem is they are far to busy and portions are now smaller, we have been several times and now stopped the food is good but there should be more menu's available outside to see what is on offer, when the venue opened first there was good potions but not now they are small - you really need to serve food quicker as there is lots of completion around there

Literally zero chicken in my chicken wrap. The flavour was pretty good but it was just sauce and cheese.

With there being very few taco bells in England we decided to visit there.

Popped in with a work colleague just before noon. She had never been to Taco Bell before so was looking forward to it. The service was polite and friendly by the young lady on the till although the older woman who shouted out our order number did seem a bit abrupt.

Had dinner at Taco Bell tonight and was pleasantly surprised! Had heard bad reports but love Mexican food so wanted to see for myself. Very quick service, food ready in a few minutes and delicious. The place could be a bit cleaner but otherwise a good experience.

Visited 1/10/16 at 6pm, for the first and very last time. I've been to so many of these in the States and this is a disgrace to the brand. Swarms of kids stood inside the door not eating, acting in an intimidating way and like it was a youth club. The entire place was filthy and the food shocking. The only plus was the girl on the till v pleasant. But still. Close it down.

Having tried other mexican establishments and being dissapointed i thought i would give Taco Bell a try.. As new to the shop the server helped us with our food order and was attentive. The food was delicious and good value for money. The food was warm and how i asked for. My only gripe is the bins. There didnt seem to anywhere to put the waste other than a small hole?? other than that i would say Taco Bell is a welcome :)

Visited tacobell for the second time and what a disgusting place ,floors were filthy,and the table's inside and outside needed wiping,no napkins , 25 mins waiting time,asked the staff to wipe table that took 15 minutes before someone came to do it, people were complaining about the same thing as we stood their waiting for food ,which may I add was luke warm and over spiced, overall terrible experience, will not be returning

45 minute wait on a Sunday afternoon to get an incorrect order. Seriously its worth waiting till January to try this place if you really must. It isnt designed to cope with the volume its seeing now and a few months wait should mean that nobody wants to eat there anymore and you can get served. Food was mediocre and pretty cold by the time we got to eat it. KFC looks a better bet

First visit last week - Lots of trays and used containers / wrappers lying around. Waited 5 minutes for meal. Burrito tasted nice, but wife had one of those stand up Taco shells. Meat filling very stingy and rest filled with mayo and salad. Fries okay, but I prefer Maccy D fries. 2nd visit yesterday. Much cleaner, waited at counter for a minute before anyone even came to serve me. Food came in about 3 minutes. Very nice. Music was nice but way too loud, could hardly hear myself talk! No coffee!

I think I must be the only person ever not to experience the Taco Bell queue! Went from school pick up and walked straight up to the counter. Previous visits have been abandoned due to the long queues in both the restaurant and the drive through. Helpful member of staff was very patient when I dithered over the menu as had no idea what to order. Made some suggestions to help with the decision. I must say surprisingly good food for a fast food place. Extremely enjoyable and tasted like it had been cooked fresh. Very reasonably priced and a hundred times better than the other fast food restaurants on the same estate. Would definitely go again! Well done Taco Bell!

Visited on Sunday afternoon, 4th September. No fries were available, just nachos. The menu picture of the Veggie Bean Burrito shows cheese, diced onions and red sauce on the refried beans. Ours was just refried beans, nothing else. We didn't open the bag whilst at Taco Bell and would have returned them if we had. Really couldn't eat them and put them in a bin.

Food is great but the time waiting is dreadful i know its only new at this stage but you need to stop the queue KFC and McDonald's next door is so efficient tried to visit 5 times but could not wait an hour or so tell us when you have the act together otherwise very tasty if you have time.

a couple of weeks ago we thought we might try the new taco bell in Cleethorpes.we waited 47mins for our meal and,we were told we could only pay by card ,because they had no change.there was loads of people walking away.when we finally got our meal it was disgraceful.we had to go to kfc for a meal to fill us up.NOT RECCOMMENDED

I am sorry to say this was not a very good experience from start to finish. there was no fries to go with the meals only nachos (I am not keen on nachos at all) we were offered american cheese dip as no choice accepted. I decided quite quickly to add some salsa this came when everything was cold by the time it came.

The food quality is not good. I had a BIG BELL BOX at £6.40 the box looked big but the contents were awful. The borrito was pulled pork the only thing i could taste was soggy rice. The tacho was about 2 cm thin mainly cheese. The pepsi was flat and the doughnut style desert was very sour tasting. Only thing that was good was the chips and they was equivalent to a child size portion at mcdons. Drive through is of poor design with a 10 minute wait minium and enough space for 3 cars. Sorry i wont be returning.

We dropped in for a quick lunch after visiting Cleethorpes. The place is situated on a retail park with a few other fast food restaurants. The service was fast, if not rather disinterested, but it took an age to actually get any food as it's all made to order, which is nice, if you don't mind waiting. Would i hurry back? Not for what it was Vs the wait. Worth a look to say you've had a Taco Bell in the UK but that was it for me.

Now been 3 times and order has been wrong every time when going through the drive through I advise sitting and checking your order before you leave.

Went on a Bank holiday Monday with my wife and 2 daughters at 1130. Not too busy and we were served promptly. There was a great selection of dishes to choose from and as I don't eat meat I was very pleased with the veggie selection. They did forget the nachos supreme from our meal for 2 but I spotted it quickly and it was brought to the table within a minute so no harm no foul. Would definitely go again. It's Mexican fast food so people need to be realistic about what they are going to get. Tomasina Miers will not be in attendance.
