Taco Bell in Blackpool

Unfortunately this Taco Bell is not up to scratch, went today for first time, firstly the entrance where you order had loads of used cups and tissues on the floor, a staff member kept picking up rubbish off the floor wearing gloves which he then never took off and carried on serving food…..The food was poor standard for Taco Bell, the crispy chicken wrap had some of the mince in it…the chips was okay. I have been to other taco bells and this one definitely needs looking at as it’s poorly managed and poorly made food with hygiene issues. Such a shame as only local one around

Waited almost an hour for our food after going through the drive through, for it to come and have items missing. The staff were uninterested. First we were told they had given it to another car by one member of staff and then told by a different member of staff it had been made straight away but not brought out.

Ordered a takeaway via just eat last night which never arrived and I am being refused a refund. After waiting over 2 hours for our meals, they changed the delivery update to say it had been delivered on time when it hadn’t been delivered at all. Please don’t order from this place, they take your money but don’t deliver the food

What a joke this place is! Staff are not interested. Placed an order for collection at 6.15pm, arrived to no staff on the till. Had to go in the kitchen to ask for assistance. Staff laughing and joking. When asked how long it will be, got a rude girl saying it's here for God's sake! Kitchen is a massive health, hygiene risk! The EHO should condem this place. This is the second time we have been here and its been a joke. The staff are not trained to work, they couldn't care less! This place should be closed down!

I have been here twice now and both times I have waiting almost 30min for a small order and it being fairly quiet, the staff are young and all just chatting, there was other customers getting really annoyed at how long they was taking and the fact it just sounded like they was all messing around. Food isn't bad just your normal taco bell food no complaints there just the service needs sorting

Received excellent customer service today (20/2/2024) with a lovely chap on the drive through called Harrison; friendly and engaging throughout our interaction and recalled that I am a frequent user of the service. Professional throughout whilst being able to build rapport. Left feedback via Taco Bell site but never hear anything back from previous interactions so hopefully, this review might get to him to say he is a real asset to their business and more Harrisons are needed to brighten people's days!

Absolutely shocking! How this place is still open is beyond me especially with their manager Callum who thinks it’s okay to laugh in my face when I asked for head office number. I had been in to order lunch with some vouchers I was given for having a bad experience last time, for him to tell me after 10 mins I couldn’t use them because they couldn’t put them through🤷‍♀️I got them vouchers after putting a complaint in last time! Will I return I don’t think I will!
