Great food service and food choices

Never had a pizza from here! Vile!!!! Love the curry but after waiting a hr and 50 mins 1 of the curry's was crushed at the bottom of the bag which covered everything in grease!!! 30 a time hear!!! Be last time I order!!! Save your money cos hear they dnt care on customer service

Very friendly staff and wonderful service, good quality food.

Delivery was over half hour late . Driver was lovely though . When I tried to call the phone just rang out . Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive and we had to reheat it as it was barely warm. Curry was watery. Did not enjoy and won't order from here again.

Have been waiting for a refund of 22.54 as food didn't arrive since 19th October have phoned weekly and been told on each occasion it will take 48 hours to refund I want my money back!

Being a balti house you would expect this place just to do nice curries. Thats simply is just not true. Being the kebab connoisseur that I am, I can confirm this place does one of the nicest donner kebabs there is out there, the kebab was thinly cut whiles cooked to perfection served on a soft beautiful white naan bread served with a healthy portion of freshly cut salad 🥗 should you wish to have it. Nicely followed by some home made sauces. You cant go wrong with a donner kebab from this place surely one of the best I have had in a while.

Waited over an hour and a half for the food. Finally Arrived to find I had three pieces of donner meat on a mixed kebab!! ... Which was vile. Will never order from here again!!

Lucky i cant post pictures how this place still open had a kebab from there donor meat looks like last years stock never in my life have i seen out this bad

Changed there name to Jb's balti house, absolutly disgusting food, collection was supposed to be 20 mins got there ans my partner had to wait another 20 before we gpt the food, pizza was inedible and was stuck to the cardboard box tried putting in the oven but still wouldnt cook, no idea what dough there using, asked for tub of mango and got mayo, swintons largest kebeb was average nothing special about it, will never order from here again using

Poor quality food and ignorant staff

It may not be the best at first sight. You can't eat there as it's solely a takeaway. They have good and very fast service, friendly people. Though it's not standout for the majority, their curry sauce is one of the best in town.

This was absolutely vile,took 1hr and 45 mins to arrive and when it came it was disappointing,so cold and not worth a single penny we paid

Extremely disappointed, starters looked like the last bits from a bag, burnt and when I phoned, he was very cocky and rude, instead of good customer service and solving the problem he told me he has never had any complaints, well the bad reviews tell me different, let’s hope they go out of business soon.

Rotten and I mean Rotten. Rang the boss to complain as well as Just Eat. Got a tray of rice and I swear it wasn't a third full Curry seemed ok then a big pool of "water" inside. Binned!!!!

The most offal kebab I ever eat I mix kebab u have 6 pieces of meat and the lamb meat you can't eat was like gum awfully and for me should call onion kebab not mix meat kebab. Not recommend.

Ordered 2 curries. Food turned up half an hour late. Curry was tasteless and meat was hard. Will never go to this place again. Absolute rubbish

Best Kebab in Swinton by a mile!

Delivery took well over an hour and food was cold when it arrived. Chips missing from order and got a less than helpful response when called them back. Curry sauce watery, rice tasted powdery and the naan bread was dry and chewy!! Making myself a bacon sandwich now rather than eating THAT poor attempt at a curry! Won’t be getting “food” from here again!!

Excellent kebabs. Polite staff. I've used them repeatedly for kebabs and J.B. always makes sure I'm looked after.

Disgusting food. Avoid at all cost. 3 meals went directly to the bin. When we called, we were met with a torrent of abuse. 1st time we used and will never go back.

Ordered from this place by mistake last night and was pleasantly surprised. Even though I had to wait an hour the chicken tikka bhuna was gorgeous. The garlic naan was good. And will definitely be ordering again from here.

Food consistently of a good standard

2 hours delivery. Got the wrong order, food is definitely not what we were expecting. Won't order there anymore.

Absolutely revolting asked them to come and collect the food and give money bk and they saidd they can not but will make more food wouldn't even feed it my dog went straight in the bin outside very hungry and annoyed arghhhh

Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes they wouldn't deliver 10 doors down without us paying £2 delivery charge even though I went over then he give me abuse over the phone and when I went in to order he refused to serve and had a very bad attitude save your money and go to the nice Chinese / chippy next door

Lamd tika nasala raw meat burnt on one side and had tomatos in the sauce! When i phoned to complain he said the meat should be very chewy! Save your money guys cook it yourself.
