The service and quality you get at sweet n soul is unmatched by any other caribbean food shops in the area, if youre ever in welling definitely check it out (the curry goat is 10/10) i come here like once a week no joke, only complaint is i wish it opened sooner

Tried their food for the first time 2 weeks ago and would have loved to give them another go as it was actually good food but their opening hours are so inconsistent and you never know when they’re going to be opened. No phone calls are answered and their social media pages are blank. Very disappointing

First time trying Sweet N Soul take away and you guys didn't disappoint. Curry Goat was absolutely delicious, meat melted in my mouth 😋 and if you like your jollof rice fiery, then this is the place to order it from! We also had sticky bbq wings - yum!! All in all, I'm really glad we have a new gem on Welling highstreet!!!

The food was so tasty that I was upset for finishing it too quickly! I already knew what I was getting myself into was serious cause the fragrance coming from the kitchen had me floating like they do in the cartoons lool. No joke! If you haven't been here already, see this as a message from the Divine telling you that it's time to enjoy yourself with authentic food! Thank you for spoiling me, you angels. My brother and I bumped into this place randomly since then it’s become our go to takeaway spot and worth the trip considering we’re not that local! The food is amazing, proper Caribbean food with its own unique flavour and to top it off staff are really friendly and accommodating. From the jerk bbq wings, curry chicken loaded fries, apple crumble w/ custard, pineapple punch and more, it’s divine! I have to give the team at Sweet and Soul their flowers, they’re doing a fantastic job. I definitely recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!!

I wasn't sure what to order ( it All sounded amazing ) so I opted for the loaded Fries & I wasn't disappointed 😀 Peppered Steak that was melt in the mouth & really tasty seasoned fries with the special pink sauce. I also ordered the most delicious prawns as a side with a Sweet Chilli Dip 😋 I would definitely recommend 👌 👍

I ordered for the first time today from Sweet and soul and how can I tell you that I was pleasantly surprised ,the food from start to finish was amazing in taste and flavor ! I also ordered an apple crumble but unfortunately there were none left so they kindly wrote me a note of apology including a five pound refund in the envelope and gaved me in exchange a delicious cake with custard . The customer service is exceptionally amazing and i can assure you it won't be the last time i order there . Keep it up you are doing a great job.

i had the pepper steak, jerk salmon mac and cheese and the coleslaw and it was all 10/10. the best place around the brownie was also unbelievable and would recommend the rum punch. will deffo be returning thank you 🙏🏽

I can’t count how many times I’ve ordered from there now, but have been loving the food. My current favourites are the Ackee & Saltfish, Lime & Pepper Prawns, Peppered Streak and, of course, the Apple & Cinnamon Crumble. Yum!

Best munch i've had London, ackee n saltfish on point, salmon was top notch

Honestly, the worst. I Paid £12 for a slim peice of salmon with a gross sauce thrown on top. Thinking it would atleast be a meal for £12. The ackee and saltfish was all oil ans sweet peppers. The mac and cheese & The plantain was good. Overall, they need to do better.

Since the opening, I’ve visited weekly and tried everything on the menu. I have to say it’s the best Caribbean food I’ve had. Flavourings are top tier aswell as the welcoming service from the staff. Very clean and appealing aswell.

Wow! Ordered the “Go Big” plenty for two but if you’re feeling hungry you could box the lot! Excellent flavours and quality portions! Such a welcoming and friendly service too, Will be visiting again soon

Absolutely first class, the greatest curried anything I have ever eaten, it was Curried Chicken by the way, also great Mac n Cheese and the wings were too die for, my first visit with my Son but definitely not our last visit, great prices too.

This place just recently opened along the high street and I am so happy I popped in! It is clean and has such a welcoming and homey interior the staff are warm and welcoming. The menu has something for everyone and I was so pleased that it was all halal! My friend and I got a Gobig platter to share and added jollof rice , the lamb ribs , peppered steak, prawns and Mac n cheese. We also got two desserts the sprinkle cake and and apple crumble. The meat was so well cooked and seasoned and literally fell off the bone , the rice had a great kick to it and the prawns were nice and crispy and the Mac n cheese just bought it all together. My only regret is not ordering festival but I will definitely be back for more !!! The desserts were amazing 😍 and freshly baked . Everything was so moreish you won’t regret getting food from sweet n soul 🤤

This place is amazing. If we could rate more stars, they would be worth every extra star, given the food is fresh, tasty wholesome, and the staff are always happy and jolly extremely welcoming. And the BBQ wings are to die for they make all the other chicken shops in area including KFC look like they are selling pigeon wings the wings will blow ur mind. Everyone needs to try this place. The food is for every culture and taste buds.

Caribbean food in welling has never been done properly until now. The peppered steak and brown stew chicken are my strong favourites. The plantain is also sweet just as I like. There’s different platters to chose from should you wish to try abit of everything. I had some school cake from here the other day and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend!

Very delicious Caribbean fusion food. I really enjoyed the Curry Chicken with Jollof Rice. My meal was packed full of flavour and serving size was generous too. Customer service was really good, staff are really friendly and we got our food in good time. I’d highly recommend this restaurant

One of the best peppered steaks, marinated with love, complimented with the white rice which was decent and macaroni which was exceptional. Highly recommended. Whether you like Caribbean cuisine or not!

If you want authentic Caribbean takeaway this is the place! They have lots of choice and it tastes delicious, prices very reasonable. Everything’s fresh and homemade, can’t wait to go back!✨

Best Salmon & Prawns you’ll ever taste!

Super tasty, flavourful Caribbean food. I ordered the ‘Go Joe’ and it did not disappoint, great value for money and the option to choose from FOUR small mains, which is great when you want a little of everything. Finished it off with the Apple crumble and custard, which did not disappoint!

The food is divine and the energy from the staff is unmatched. Really welcoming and delicious. I’m concerned I’m going to be craving the food more than my waistline will be pleased with! If you’re not sure what to go for, the ‘go big’ and ‘go Joe’ dishes are great for trying a bit of everything. I feel like this place is exactly what was missing from our local takeout choices.
