We visited this afternoon for lunch and the 30% off main meal vouchers were a real incentive to pop by. The food was served quickly and tasted delicious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend a visit! 🌟

Ordered 7 meals only 6 came out. Staff blamed us for not ordering enough meals when we clearly did. 3 pints of pepsi over £16 would have been cheaper buying pints. Food was nice tbf. Ordered 2 puddings one with custard and one with ice cream both came out with ice cream. Couldn't be bothered to complain incase we got accused of ordering wrongly again . Wouldn't mind but we was only table ordering food and pub was very quiet. Also I didn't realise you get a free drink on a Monday night when ordering a pie which I was never offered. Won't be coming back

Popped into this pub by chance. Ordered the wings and they were second to none - fresh and arrived quickly. Service was amazing, staff were all friendly and efficient, pub itself was clean and tidy. Definitely recommend.

We always enjoy our visits to the Swan. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Children are made to feel welcome and enjoy the outdoor play area. Good selection of food and drink which is served promptly and with a smile.

Visit here occasionally, usually with friends at weekend, but visited mid week for a late lunch/lite bite. Soon served, simple & hot food & more than we could eat. Always good!

A first time visit to the pub. Was greeted by an elderly gentleman, his name was Andy. Was very friendly and helpful. We had the fish and chips, it’s the best fish I’ve had in years!! Would recommend to anyone!

Great pub, friendly staff - always in here whether it's for a cheeky pint, spot of food or to watch the football - at least 9 screens in here - Andy and Shez have done wonders

Visited the swan recently looking forward to enjoying an evening meal and a couple of beers as we have enjoyed previous however this evening was a bit of a let down to say the least. Ran out of chips so replaced with fries which was ok except for there were barely any fries on both our meals together with noone asked if our food was ok! Also we moved tables and let the barmaid who took our order know,she said I will let the kitchen know but she didn't so didn't get our meals when we should have. Very disappointing tonight. Update Thank you for your reply to this review I sent you my email address but I haven't received the voucher you offered in your reply🤔

What a great job the team did yesterday for my mom’s wake, the buffet was fit for a king and plentiful, the room had a lovely atmosphere and my mom’s memory table was laid out to perfection. Thank you :)

Booked a table and was greeted by Andrew the landlord told us where we were sitting, had a lovely chat with him, told us where to order. We were served by a friendly young lady April, told us about the roasts and advised a small plate for my mother, which was a great choice as she would of never finished the one we had. Excellent customer service advising a cheaper option rather than taking our money. Food was another level compared to where we normally go so will be returning

The seabass was amazing and cooked to perfection the staff freindly and very helpful, beer cold and a great selection of wine, and that TV!!!! to watch Cheltenham on was another level. Couldn't recommend more

Went for a lunch to try the Swan for the first time. Arrived at midday just before they opened,Sat down and looked at the dirty tables and unswept floors from the previous night and thick dust on the paintwork . Tried to imagine what the kitchen was like if the pub areas were this filthy. That was enough to make us walk out and go somewhere cleaner and safer

Food is superb. The soup clerk and potatoes, lovely temperature good. Sunday lunch again superb!. The chk fillet burger meal looked great 👍 The waiter/waitresses polite and efficient. Bar staff good. Nice and clean.

I've never been to this pub before. Agreed to meet friends for a catch-up and a meal. Really surprised, the atmosphere was warm and friendly and the food was very good and valued for money. Will definitely be going back.

The food was ok, nothing special to say we had to wait over an hour for nacho’s and 4 baguettes, The manager Andy was extremely rude and unprofessional when we questioned the delay, sorry we won’t be returning.

Landlords from the Greyhound in Stourbridge have taken over and I had the same good food and service.

Great food drink and atmosphere

Lovely food for 6 adults and 2 babies who were catered for extremely well. All food came out on time, no issues at all, drinks brought to the table from the bar when I couldn’t carry everything. Abigail Was very pleasant and efficient, prioritising where necessary😊 previously enjoyed nye at this place, noticing that managers don’t just sit back, and nothing is too much trouble😃

Friendly pub, lots of space to sit, sports on TV but you can miss if not interested because seating in quiet places or in the conservatory. They serve meals afternoon and evening and choice of beers in the bar

Beer was good and the big screen was excellent. The reason it was only 3 stars because there were 3 customers on the next table vaping and the staff never told them it was against the law to vape inside when they collected the empty glasses.

Really enjoy The Swan, they pour a perfect pint every time (they clearly they store the barrels correctly and keep the lines clean) the food is always up to a high standard, and the staff are always friendly, it's an enjoyable place to be and the reasons we keep coming back

Food was amazing! Went for the first time to celebrate my grandmas birthday. The food was very tasty and good quality. However what let me down was where we were seated, three of us were being really blinded by the sun. We tried pulling the curtain across but it didn’t cover any of the window. This made it quite uncomfortable. When we asked to maybe move seats or have something done about it, the gentleman was very rude and said “We’re booked up. I can’t move the sun.” And when we said the curtain wouldn’t pull across he said “Well yeah they are decoration only.” There was no attempt to make it comfortable for us so we just had to be blinded. There was one other table used in the room the whole time so not sure how that’s booked up? When our food arrived, one of our members asked if they had mustard and he took off his glasses and reached over the table to her as if to say “open your eyes” (as there was mustard on the table). I understand that was sarcasm but following the conversation beforehand I just didn’t enjoy it. But food wise was lovely. If you’re vegetarian I will add there aren’t that many options but I found the options good and from the quality of the food you shouldn’t be disappointed! Update: as I can’t reply I’d like to just reassure you we weren’t offered any other seating arrangements as we would not have refused. I totally appreciate the other table was booked but there were many other tables we could have sat at. And really it’s the lack of help in anyway and being told they can’t control the sun that I found unhelpful.

Food was excellent along with real ale. Enough said.

Menu pleasantly varied and reasonably priced. There were 9 of us but I was impressed that our food was brought out together although we ordered in a staggerd way. The food was all good. The only comment I will make is about the awful odour coming from the gents loos. It was an unpleasant welcome as the loos are by the door. It was quite off-putting.

Beautiful place, friendly staff and food and drinks were fantastic! Very happy with service. Has a car park, play area for the kids and can sit outside under a long gazebo. Toilet I never used to can’t comment on that, there is access from the car park to the sitting area and play area, has a fenced area to keep the kids safe from the car park. The outside has a ramp for wheelchairs/ prams to get in to the bar but overall a lovely pub, with spacious rooms inside and staff are friendly and polite. First time gone there and I enjoyed it. 1st time here today on the off chance, glad i pop in. Pub nicely done and lay out. Family friendly. Me and my partner both had food, burgers was fresh and lovely. Enjoyed food and drink. Nice little play area for kids too. Would recommend, and will Return.

First time here, popped in with my Son for a quick bite as we were passing. The staff were very friendly and made us feel most welcome. Tracey was very attentive and we soon had some good banter going. My son had the Ultimate Hunters Chicken which he said was very nice and crispy in the right places! I had the sharer wings and ribs to share with myself and they were soft and tender and very tasty. Price is very reasonable too. A nice and comfortable pub with great staff and a great Tracey! Will definitely go back soon

Went for a drink while the sun was out but had to leave as there was small flies everywhere she really as it's a nice place but couldn't sit there with flies going into drink and all over us

Regular visitor here for over 15 years, new owners are fantastic. Food is on point , staff are friendly and attentive . Atmosphere is always receptive and friendly.must be one of If not top pubs for food and beers in kford. Lovely bi beer garden is also a big plus.

I have recently moved to the area stumbled across this pub. What a . I had a meal and it arrived promptly and hot in temperature.... We had a drink previous to ordering a meal this was a prompt service with friendly banter. I would highly recommend this establishment for food, drink and the ambiance its a pity there aren't a few more places like this. For someone who had just moved to the area the welcome was second to none. Thank you team see you very soon

I went here with some friends for my birthday we all had a lovely meal couldn't fault it lovely dining area in the conservatory and very friendly staff would go there again

Went for a birthday meal with 8 members of my family. It was a Sunday so we all chose to have the roast dinner, Bad Choice, carrots were not cooked and I don't mean they were al-dente, they were hard, same with the sprouts, the beef came out looking like pulled pork, and the gravy was like coloured water and just as thin you could see through it, and I had the Turkey and am still waiting for the cranberry sauce, also the all the meals were,at best luke warm. To top it all off, when my wife asked if the gravy was to follow he retorted "I've only got 1 pair of hands" If they can't cope with roasts on a Sunday then don't do them, we would quite happily had something off the normal menu

Very efficient and pleasant people. The food is really good. Personally I could do with more fruit based alternatives for 'afters'. I didn't like the waffle..too hard and not enough ice cream or sauce. I am booked in for myself and my family for my birthday very soon and are so pleased I can take my well behaved dog Bruno, who sat under the table the whole time and slept. This is a game changer for me as I can be very isolated. Thank you.

Took hours for food to come and when it came almost everything was wrong they messed up the vegan meal giving a person in my group sickness straightaway, I read the reviews after the awful meal and for the past 3 years the same response to all bad reviews had been copy and pasted saying that theirs been new management which I doubt there has been new management for over 3 years straight. If I could give this 0 stars I would as this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Awful food, went for a birthday meal waited around 2 hours for some food and we had raw food on one meal, two or three meals with the wrong items on because they had ran out or just got it wrong, other issues. Had to have a refund for about 5 or 6 meals, and the service wasn’t much better very argumentative staff and managers. We will never be returning here again as long as we live!

The staff are friendly and the quality of food is good. Waiting times for food was a bit long and the pub could do with a refurb.

Only popped in for a drink while walking home. Was most impressed with the barmaids service. Busy night but she was up for it. Had a look at the food menu and the prices looked keen. Have every intention of having aeal there when the opportunity presents itself.
