Swallow Coffee Shop in Hammersmith and Fulham

Nice coffee shop if you want something different to Gails food wise some nice food choices which could be changed to some more seasonal alternatives, but otherwise the coffee is on the same level as gails in a medium roast that you need an extra shot in if you want to taste it in your latte. So I’ve been coming here every day for the last two weeks and ordered the same coffee everyday, an extra shot latte with oat milk. On a busy morning I ordered the same coffee but the staff member forgot to put oat on the coffee cup as part of the order so when I came to get it and realised it wasn’t they remade the coffee for me, but then re- charged me the extra 50p for the cost of the oat milk. This is the first time I’ve had a staff member re-charge me for mistake in their ordertaking I think it’s pretty poor that they were that petty enough to re-charge me 50p for oat milk I originally asked for and just bad customer relations.

Went here over 3 months ago and got a coffee to go, was the best latte we have ever had and currently debating traveling 130 miles just for another one

Me siento aquí un par de días a la semana para disfrutar de un ambiente agradable mientras trabajo en mi computadora portátil. El té, los pasteles y los sándwiches son deliciosos, el ambiente es excelente y el personal es muy amable y me hace sentir bienvenido incluso cuando estoy allí unas horas. Si bien está cerrado por COVID, extraño tener la opción de sentarme aquí para interrumpir mi día y ver caras amigables. Trague una vez que vuelva a abrir. ¡Tomaré mi té de desayuno habitual!

Al permanecer en esta área durante más de una semana, estaba desesperado por encontrar un lugar donde pudiera obtener mi "jugo" de la mañana. Swallow Coffee Shop no solo cumplía con los requisitos, sino que siempre superaba mis expectativas. Aisha siempre preparaba mi café negro con leche de manera brillante, y el jamón y el queso en el sándwich de croissant siempre estaba caliente y delicioso. La tienda está convenientemente ubicada cerca de la estación de metro Goldhawk, por lo que es ideal para turistas y lugareños que necesitan un poco de energía antes de que comience el día. Su cocina está actualmente en proceso de renovación, y no puedo esperar para volver a revisar su menú ampliado cuando regrese.

5 August 2019 Coffee shop is lovely interior, not terribly priced and decent tasting coffee. Went in, ordered my coffee, was told to have a seat and it'd be brought to me. 20 minutes later I politely asked if they'd forgotten about my coffee - which I can easily understand. Instead of apologising and just making the coffee the lady first stated that they still have my card - the piece of paper with my order on it. This attempt at a justification is just not logical, since if anything they are saying they didn't forget they just ignored my order while various other people got served first. Its otherwise a lovely place and they seemed friendly enough - just own your mistakes and move forward! :)

We were actually on our way to another coffee shop when we passed here and decided to go here instead which was a good decision as it was great! Service was prompt and friendly, food arrived quick and was tasty with a good selection and decent prices. Coffee was good. Decor was lovely and the place had a nice laid back vibe. Went for breakfast, would go again and would recommend.

Visited on the off chance for a decent coffee. Nice to hear staff are trained and actually make a good coffee I will definitely be a regular customer A+

The ability of the staff to really listen is second to none and so crucial for providing a great package. Its a bit expensive but then that hasn't stopped me from coming back :-).

Bright, relaxing, spacious surroundings beautiful freshly baked banana bread, friendly attentive staff and owners. Returned again on another trip to London.

Me and my boyfriend went there on a Saturday morning for brunch. When we said hello and we asked for info, the waitress just ignored us because she was speaking with a friend of her. Finally we seat and we ordered from a not wide range of products. Food is ok but nothing special and a bit pricey. We asked for orange juice and it was finished, there were no alternative juices. I will not go anymore.

Food is ok, but be prepared to be treated badly. Waitress has better things to do than answering to you or just noticing that you exist.
