rang the shop on 2 occasions being told our order had left the shop,but still waiting. Has been over an hour and a half, with no order arrive. we will not be using sutton pizza and kebab or just eat again.

The donner meat was cold and rubber and the cheesy garlic was solid. Wasn’t nice at all. Awful.

Quick delivery and the pizza is easily the best in hull, not greasy and makes you want more, would 100% recommend. The Portuguese delivery driver is amazing, and the customer service is top notch.

ordered 2 bags of onion rings only one arrived

Waited 1hr 20mins for the order, as instructed asked for a free garlic bread cheese due to spend amount. Never came, so I asked the driver if he could whip back & get it, he said call the restaurant they will send, I asked if it would take over an hour again, he said you’ll have to ring the restaurant, yeah I got that pal, but you are the driver surely you should have some idea!!! Anyway in then asked how long do you think it will take, it takes as long as it takes. Thanks here is your soggy cold food give me my cash back. Last time I will order from there.

Order kabab and chips and calzone wouldn’t order again, very dry pizza and the kabab was also bone dry. Very chewy as in rubbery, my chips was freezing cold most of it when in the bin waste of £22 in my eyes. However the delivery man was spot on so polite!!

Tried for the first time last night, it was probably one of the best chicken kebabs that we have had. The chicken was so tender and full of flavour as was the pitta bread and spicy garlic bread. The delivery was about 40 minutes which is about average. I did ring them to let them know how delicious there food was. The price was good too, if you spent £17 and over you got 15% off. All round 5 out of 5 stars.

we use you alot and don't like giving negative comments but today the pizza was so dry we didn't eat it through it away

Chips very hard. Pizza was okay little on the burnt side! Burgers was okay typical takeaway burger nothing special. But food was hot! Delivery on time.

This is the smallest mixed kebab I've ever had, no chips with it and over £16 is daylight robbery. I wouldn't mind so much if it had arrived hot but it was barely warm. I left it as I don't like luke warm food. Non of us were impressed and there were 6 of us. Food arrived in good time though

This is my usual takeaway but not anymore. Portion sizes are now a joke. Each time I order it gets smaller. Ordered a wrap meal with chips 15 chips in total and a few scraps. Your better off with a kids meal

Not received my order even though it’s saying it’s been delivered

rang up after waiting 10mins over delivery time after getting a message saying on its way ,lady said waiting on a driver it's been sat waiting so I asked to check the chips was not soggy as been sat that long she then said its only just been done (make your mind up lady )

We waited 17 hours to receive food and when the place was called they where extremely rude and was no help. When called the person over the phone just kept saying we closed no speak English. Ordered on the app. Didn't even expect the food to come the next day because nothing was communicated from the place. The delivery driver was a nice guy and felt sorry about him being left in the dark with what had happened. We have lost trust in the place because of it and highly doubt we will use again even though the food was good.

by far the worst takeaway I've ever had paper thin with next to no topping on wouldn't feed it to the dog well I did try the dog slung it in the bin it was that bad plus why advertise 35 to 50 mins if you have no intention of delivering on that time changed the delivery time twice if you enjoy a Decent takeaway give this place a wide berth 😡

Working in Hull at the minute and struggle to find a good takeaway so chanced these. I did not regret it, by far the best chicken and donner kebab I ever had and the chips were insane. delivery was quick and food was piping hot and unreal. please open a takeaway in Newcastle

It was really bland I really expected it to have some flavour it was just all grease looked like it had been rushed edges burnt and the döner meat was just thick chunks I actually questioned weather it was actual döner meat. Very un impressed

Use to order from pazzo but stopped as food started missing items or quality rubbish tried these guys ans wow.. the pizza dough is lovely not loads of over powering sauce . The kids meals are great value the burgers are lovely and the cheese naan is lovely defo our new place
