We order the chicken and beef donburi from here at least twice a week - we’re a bit obsessed! Lovely staff and delicious food, great value. Thanks all!

Sushi was lovely. Ramen was disappointing. Bland overcooked/ frozen or tinned veg and overcooked beef. Didn’t taste like much. Will stick to sushi, which was good as always.

Prawn tempura was undercooked and very greasy .Duck with plum sauce had no plum sauce at all even though I asked for extra sauce rice was tasteless .Not sure if I’ll order from here again .It’s such a pity because my 1st few orders were lovely .

Delicious, healthy and fresh food. Always handed over by the kindest female delivery driver. To have such reliable food from a great restaurant consistently delivered on time with a warm smile is the cherry on the cake. Many thanks.

Third time ordering from Sushi king all was delicious.

Food was lovely and would definitely order again but had to call to chase where it was. Delivered 30 mins late so waited 90 mins in total.

Food arrived on time and was lovely and hot. I ordered a chicken katzu but got a chicken teriyaki however it was delicious so not a big deal .

half an hour late. we've become regulars and this is the first time I've left a poor review. I ordered the ramen.. the pak choy was rotten, the egg was so over cooked and rubbery and the noodles were mushy. the chicken gyoza was cold and the prawn tempura mushy. so extremely unimpressed this time.

This place has to be one of my top picks for food in Northern Ireland. The price is on point for the food and the service always comes with a brilliant smile and welcoming vibe. We got 3 dishes one was a Vegitarian duck - UNREAL, the other Chicken Breast Dunbari 😍 and avocado rolls. We came from belfast to eat here… though I’d drive much further for it if I’m honest. Bangor, you are lucky getting this gem on your door step.

we've ordered 4 times from here now and every single time it has been beautiful. its amazing having a nice take away which isn't deep fat fried and going to hurt our stomachs in the morning. the sushi is unreal and the bowls..insane! the delivery guy is always very nice too. overall 10/10

Twice now I’ve ordered and arranged for collection at a certain time (allowing 40-45 mins each time) then turned up only to have to wait another 20-25 mins because the order isn’t ready. What’s the point in ordering online

So delicious and fresh. Some of the best sushi I've had. The volcano roll is my absolute favourite. And their delivery times are much more punctual than they used to be. I love this place but my bank account does not!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and making suggestions to me and my colleague. Our sushi was very tasty, our portion and a drink came to less than £10 each, and we both complained about how full we felt for hours! They have a few small tables that are perfect for a single dish each for two people

This place turned me onto Japanese food, really good quality food, loads of healthy options, great food presentation - have ordered four times and have tried a different meal each time and have enjoyed each one thoroughly, staff are also very pleasant

Chicken Gyozas hit unbelievably hard, tasted like they were from another universe, staff were extremely friendly and kind, the shop is extremely clean with really good prices. Simply amazing.

2 hours 30 minutes later and our food has finally arrived. The phone was turned off so it took over 20 times until they finally picked up. When they finally brought the food only half of it was delivered. Never to be back.

A couple of sashimi slices were FROZEN in the middle!

Although my food was late. I do recommend. I enjoy high quality sushi and their salmon sashimi was so fresh! The only thing that wasn't great was that the hot food albeit hot, was incredibly soggy which was kind of gross and the flour wasn't cook in the tempura - I could tell the flavour was there but it was ruined by texture for both the prawn and veg tempura. The spinach had wilted in the box which wasn't nice either. The complimentary miso soup and drink was a nice touch. I will definitely get again. The tempura veg needs to be in pots with holes to maintain the crispiness!

Exceptional - had started to get a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews regarding delivery times/cold food etc but need not have worried. Ordered on a Saturday night when I would imagine they were quite busy, was delivered within the delivery window by a friendly driver and the food was both hot and delicious. Will order from here again. Duck spring rolls and the beef ramen were outstanding.

Foods always really good from here, always the correct order, always quick and hot food is always piping hot.

This is terrible sushi. The portions are absurdly tiny, the edemame beans were inedible, the sushi was bad.

I usually never leave a review but I had to. The delivery was quick, driver was lovely. The food was unbelievable, I had the ramen and some extra sushi pieces and it was genuinely 1 of the nicest take outs I’ve had from Bangor. The flavour, the presentation, the ramen was hot, it was all just great. Will definitely be ordering again!

I'm usually really happy with the food ordered the bento was which was delicious and the sushi quite disappointing its all rice barely any fish just thought I give you my honest feedback

I’m absolutely disappointed tonight. I placed my order at 7.15pm & it’s now 9pm. I contacted at 8.25 to see where my food was and it was only being prepared asked again at 8.45 and the food was “preparing”. Just got a phone call to say its just been sent out for delivery and offered 15% off my next order, not justified for a 2 hour wait

Sushi was fine, hot food was tasteless and cold. Delivery took 2 hours which likely explains this. Not worth the money unfortunately and wouldn't recommend to others.

After being rang twice and not seeing the calls I rang back and they said they would deliver the food. I said for them to ring me when on the way. Left my phone on loud also. Still no food. Tried ringing the numbers that called me from them and no answer

Sushi taste was great and smelt amazing. In-store staff was very helpful. Portions are very generous and the price was very fair. Would recommend if you want sushi.

I absolutely love the food from here but it is always late, either delivery or pickup. It's such a shame because I love it so much but I don't know if its worth waiting an hour and a half for it.

The delivery arrived 30 minutes after the end of the delivery window, and twenty minutes after the “driver on his way” message. I think you could walk it in 20 minutes. Unfortunately and unsurprisingly the food arrived tepid. You could sort out the ramen by putting it in the microwave for a minute, but everything else was a soggy mess. Such a shame because had it arrived fresh and hot, I think it would have got a good review.
