Super Pizza in North Lincolnshire

Have had pizza from here twice now and the pizzas are nice but they didn’t get the orders right. First time both pizzas had different base but same toppings (both arrived thin crust) second order 1 pizza was completely wrong even though the receipt showed the right pizza. Will look elsewhere

They told us they had sold out of 7" pizzas 🤣🤣🤣 in the end they made it, think they were trying there luck with drunks!

after receiving the order it turned out that there was no salad and two hamburgers. rude staff on the phone said that since it was already paid for there is nothing they can do about it and hung up. and after half an hour we all had stomach aches. avoid!!

Rude staff, food came 30 mins late , delivery driver had attitude, food was freezing rang up and staff was no help asking me why the food was cold like I I a member of staff jokers don't order again or even from here

I didn't get what i asked for very disappointed

I was going to Brigg, but the same time I was hungry as well, so I was looking for some fast food’s, the I found this place name is Super pizza. I ordered one burger hot wings and nuggets and a coke. But when I was about to pay they told me the bill 17 quid but it’s actually 14.17. But when I ask them for receipt at first they said the roll was finished and then I didn’t gave up I said I need receipt so they then gave me the receipt and on the receipt it was same they charge 2.83 extra and the food was okay. But they didn’t gave any explanation the staff was new and he was like boss told me charge the customer like that. It is totally not fair.

Es cuse me good man is the best in town. Talk to boss man and he'll sort you out. Chip spiz n all whatever you want

Bad attitude from staff This is going to be my last time here

Was really looking forward to having a pizza at this place cause as everyone knows when you have a takeaway it's a special thing as not everyone can enjoy takeaways as affordability these days. I work for a big retailer so know good customer service too. I ordered for this place 3 times before. The first time I had a Texas BBQ pizza and I put extra pepperoni as a added part, unfortunately it came without the extra pepperoni, I let this go as I was waiting for the takeaway and was hungry, so put it down to experience as sometimes places get things wrong as human error but not happy as you pay for extras and not get them, it's not good enough. The second time I put no extras on a pizza and it was nice and was a hot shot one, I thought it best not to put extras on as they made error before. Was good. Last night I ordered a takeaway from this place and was a Texas BBQ with a extra pepperoni I put on, and a BBQ dip. I thought give a benefit of doubt as a second chance for this type of order. However it came with no BBQ dip as garlic and herb one instead and no extra pepperoni on my pizza, again not good enough as paid for extras. I phoned up and complained as was not having this again and wanted to raise awareness of the error. The lady on the phones said of which shocked at this excuse for many reasons, but she said as people are foreign that work there, they can't understand English that well and thats why the errors happened. I thought that was not very good excuse a I said that everyone that works there should be trained to a certain standard and happening twice same errors is not good. I said that there needs to be More training needed. I know that I've ordered from other takeaways around this area that have different nationalities working at the places that they haven't made errors on my orders when I received them and all was great. So I think that instead of the bad excuse she gave I think it's a Customer service issue instead, I won't be using them again in the future unfortunately. Generally as a bit of a positive the ingredients and taste is good.

I’ve ordered from here many times and usually great but this one time i called up within 2 minutes of placing my order as id forgotten to change my address and asked if he could ask the delivery driver to come to the address im at and i got the response “i can’t be arsed” when i then told him the order would end up going back to the store as no one was in at the address i accidentally sent it to he said “well you’ve paid for it right” to which i responded “yes” and he said “well there you go then ha ha ha” extremely rude and arrogant and they’ve definitely lost a returning customer. Disgusting!

Ordered a doner kebab with all salad and garlic sauce got not salad and garlic sauce but got a weird looking meat they call doner and awfull chips , burger looked dryer than their menu best thing about it was the tango apple I got as a drink don’t order from here I’d rather starve , wings had absolutely not flavour to them at all what a waste off money

ordered online and waited over 2 hours. rang multiple times and told food on the way. 3rd time rang told we dont have your order, i offered to give them order number they said they dont want it, i offered to email them confirmation, they dont want it, now out of pocket and having to go through multiple platforms to get refund

Food is very very poor. Please guys don’t waste ur hard earned money unless your feeding ur pet dog.

Get these every week and they are fantastic best pizza I've had

I wish i had read the reviews before i ordered. Walked 50metres and all meals were cold,pizza cold. I don't understand what it is they're selling there because it sure as shi* isn't food.

Ordered a plain chicken burger with chips and only lettuce on it with no sauce, they put garlic sauce on it when i specifically said no as I’m allergic to garlic sauce

Just had a mix wrap of donner and chicken and i'm speechless.Very tasty,rich and everything what you wish for.Definetely will order from them again.🔥💯

Just ordered tonight food was cold when it arrived chips were not even cooked and the two pieces of carrot cake were frozen so will have to wait 3 hours to eat it lucky to get one star and they only got that otherwise I couldn't leave this comment

I'm disabled & they always offer to carry my food to my car 5 star treatment everytime

This is good and fast service they delivered quickly I don’t think it’s that busy but ok

Order from here more often then I’d like to admit to be honest 😂 Very rarely have any issues and always gets sorted if there are. Definitely to the best pizzas - most toppings. Always cater to any special requests. Can’t fault them really. Will continue to buy from here 😂xx

Order from these quite frequently and tonight unfortunately they got the food wrong but we rang and they sorted it straight away and sent fresh food straight out will be using them for the future for sure

Tasty, hot, and decent delivery time

Charged me £20 for one pizza while drunk. Can only suspect they’ve done this because they could see how drunk I was. Well done I won’t be going in there again. Robbing c***s!

nice pizza and cheapest pizza in town

Ordered one on deep pan second with chese bites. Lil chese on edge of one pizza. Both on thin chrust. Mix peepers its only green ones. For meatvalls and peperoni its only one pice per slide

14 quid for teo meals cause we wanted something better than the cheapest takeway. Brown salad and bitter fries. Chicken kebab extra oily on ali naan. Spend your money somewhere else where they can be bothered to change cooking oil.

I mostly order from super pizza but it is the 2nd time v all r having tummy aches,cramps and bloating after eating including kids and the flavour v used to order is not the same what v ordered before.... never going to order again
