Lovely delicious freshly prepared food, very hot and appealing!

We waited over an hour and a half for our food. I called pizza uno and was told that the driver had just set off. They then hung up on me! When the food eventually arrived, we were told that there was a problem with the ovens. This was obvious by how disgusting the food was. The chips were chewy and cold, they had obviously been warmed up somehow! The pizzas were cold and chewy! Will never order from here again. Waste of money

Ordered on the app, so we were able to track the order, the delivery driver was lovely and the food delicious… just what I needed after a hard days work and feeling too tired to cook!

Myself and my family have used pizza Uno many times ,the food is fresh, delicious, well priced ,and the service is 2nd to none . The delivery service if needed is excellent .

So much better now it's been taken over by Pepi the foods now edible and hot, prices are ok too.

Massive improvement. Finally have the pizza place we deserve in Kirton Lindsey. Excellent service, will definitely use again.

Great takeaway never had any issues. Always collected it myself, no delivery so cany comment on that. Order has always been spot on and tasted fab. Staff friendly and polite too. Recommended.

Called in thought we would chance it as passing hungry on way back from a job one evening we got a 2 pizza deal Guy serving was friendly and food was delicious.

We started ordering from Pizza Uno after being very disappointed by 2 other local pizza places for awhile and we are so glad we switched!! Our food is always delivered in a decent time frame, the food is really tasty and isn't greasy. So far we have always been really happy with the food we've received and we will definitely continue to order from there.

Made a order for delivery took over a hour to turn up and when it finally did the chips where stone cold I rang and told them the issue to get told there’s nothing they can do so I offered to go down and get fresh chips arrived to find only the kitchen door open then got a opened box of chips thrown at me and told to leave very disappointed

I just had to leave a 5-star review for this amazing pizza place! I stopped by yesterday for a quick meal, and I was blown away by the quality of the food and the service. First off, the pizza was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy and chewy, and the sauce and toppings were so flavourful. I also ordered some garlic knots and they were to die for! What really impressed me was the quick service. Despite it being busy, my order was ready in no time at all. I also appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home.

Really good food, always easy and quick. Staff and delivery drivers all friendly and really helpful. We will be back <3

Made an order to fox quarry gainsthorpe kirton off road . Absolute useless didn't deliver . Rude over the phone . Was sending a link twice just ignored and blocked the number . Absolute disgracefull service DO NOT USE !! PIZZA UNO ... Pathetic service ABSOLUTELY S**T

Never been amazing. But after few people saying it's changed and is now good. We tried it. All I can say is never again. Meat under cooked and chips barely finished. Over priced chocolate fudge cake was a slice of Co op chocolate cake and it come in the same bag as the hot food so was all melted anyway.

Quite possibly the worst kebab I have eaten in 30 years. Meat tasted like dog food, asked for sauce got none. 1 mouth full and it’s gone straight in the bin. If it hadn’t have been a long drive back I would taken it back. Avoid this place at all costs

Awful service, food cold, wrong food in bag, rung up to complain and the owner put the phone down. I would avoid at all costs, not a shred of customer service at all. If I could give no stars I would.

Pizza us always soggy, even with the refurb nothing has changed.

Pizza is lovely however the countless times we have had items missing is beyond a joke. Not to mention how rude the staff are when you make a complaint. Not to mention the hair we found in the food, bit off putting to say the least.

If I could give no stars I would, AVOID!! Didn't get what I ordered and when I rang to complain was basically called a liar and the Chef was rude and put phone down on me twice! First Class Shower of S**T.

Pizzas are brilliant so tasty the different since being taken over is night and day front of house staff really friendly and professional the place looks as it has had a complete make over looks spotless and my order was ready on time it is now my go to pizza shop

Burgers were really good, we didn't see the burgers came with chips already so ordered some as a side which made it a bit pricey for a quick mid week takeaway but we know for next time. It came in good time and was hot. Thanks for the free fudge cake too. Pleasant 🙂

That's it, 8 times used 7 issues, as you can see the 6" box of pizza fries is lacking by exactly half, when you complain it's well do better next time, you serve our community, I would of thought customers were your bread and butter.........not acceptable

I'm not sure what's gone wrong as previously never had an issue however in recent months it's been issue after issue. Orders take around 2 hours to arrive and when they do they are cold or things are missing. Phoning to chase orders is met with a lady that offers a manager to call to provide refunds etc, yet the phone call never comes. When your delivery drivers are apologising as they deliver you know its gone wrong! We've started ordering from Lazeez in Messingham and we can't fault them!

Only because I can't leave zero. Complained at the content and quality What I received was not was listed or ordered and the arrogant female shouted me down on the phone. This is not the first time lately. I always give the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. I'm voting with my feet. No more!

Sadly I've orderd 6 times and 5 times the order has been wrong, daft things to be honest, Pizza fries with no cheese, cold mozzarella sticks, wrong free items, an hour and a half for a delivery, I know these things sound petty, but it seems every time, friendly staff get the two, also noticed sometimes they shut early, I will continue to try them as I believe accidents are by chance, I will also post my good experiences too.

This is the third occasion I’ve had to wait 2 hours+ for my order. The first two times I was given money off future orders as goodwill. This is no longer good enough. If you are so short staffed you don’t start cooking your customers’ food until an hour and a half after the payment is made, you need to close your doors until you can do better. Absolutely disgraceful.

ABSOLOUTLY shocking service and food!!!! After weeks and weeks.of giving them numerous chances of actually getting a decent meal they have still failed to provide. Numerous orders have been over an hour and a half waiting for it when I live five minutes down the road from the shop. When i have eventually received my orders numerous times pizzas were that under cooked you couldnt pick a slice up without all the toppings falling off and the chips wow well theywere that undercooked i wouldnt even give them.to my dog. Last nights order was by far the worst iv ever had, i ordered two chese burgers and chips which took an hour and a half to come and chips were completly raw and cold.After placing orders i have rang up to see where my order is and would receive abuse from the staff on the phone, and in fact once i went into the shop to order my food as i thought it would be quicker and in fact all i witnessed was all the staff arguing and the delivery driver in fact walking out of the shop telling the staff hes had enough and hes off.So overall I am.very disappointed and appalled with pizza uno and there food , there delivery, and there service and certainly would NOT recommend these to anyone and I certainly won't be ordering from them again. I know for sure if there was a decent reliable good food pizza place in kirton lindsey pizza uno would be finished! Very dissapointed.

Raw pizza 🍕 not impressed at all

I made an order that 2 hours later had not arrived, so I ended up going out to get food, since then I have tried countless times to get a refund but they hardly ever answer the phone. I've tried getting a refund through food hub as well but that doesn't work, so if you want to pay for food you'll never receive then this is the perfect place.

Order quite regular from here as not many places deliver to willoughton or owmby so not much choice, everytime we order. The order is always wrong and then they expect you to wait an hour for your whole order that you placed. Then when it does arrive it's wrong anyway.

Worst pizza I have ever had absolutely shocking, will never use the place again.

UNO is lucky that they're the only takeaway in Kirton because the food is absolutely grim and if they were in Scunny, they'd have closed ages ago.

Delivered almost two hours after it was ordered. Food cold. Donner pizza was literally a cheese and tomato pizza with donner meat dumped on top. Burger so fatty it made my daughter retch.

Took nearly 1.30 to deliver a chicken burger and it in the same town ordered from lazeez in messingham and only took 25 mins know where am going from now on

ordered burger and chips the burger was horrible and no flavour to the chip all could taste was oil was sick the following morning

Mixed kebab was absolutely gorgeous, the garlic sauce was lovely and the cheesy coleslaw chips! All spot on

Food is cold, pizza not cut properly, half your order missing and then takes nearly enough an hour to replace the missing food. Would definitely not recommend to order from here

20 minutes late arriving but worth the wait. Had 2 types of pizza and both were worth waiting for, excellent, will order again

Had 2 meals delivered earlier this evening. LASAGÑA, CHIPS, FREE GARLIC BREAD. VERY DISAPPOINTED! OVERLOADED WITH PASTA, AND A RATHER DEPLETED CHEESE SAUCE (ON THE TOP ONLY), ALL GLUED TOGETHER WITH SOME SORT OF MEAT PASTE! ALL MUCH TOO DRY TO SWALLOW AND BARELY WARM! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! WON'T BE ORDERING FROM PIZZA UNO AGAIN ANY TIME SOON!

Not good at all got a side salad and there was nowt in it I cucumber one tomotoe and a bit off cabbage. .Chicken kebab was tasteless won't be going again

If I could there would be no stars I am shocked at how bad this was and I never like to use the I am a chef card but I am and I cannot believe how tasteless the pizzas were and where the hell was the meat on the pizza that I ordered. Never again ever I will just buy pizza bases from the spar and my own meat and make my own as this is shocking

What a disgrace!!!! Take your order and then after an hour you call them again for them to say they cannot honour your order. What sort of business are they running. Come back Abrakababra!!!!

We've just moved in to kirton and used this takeaway for the first time. we had a margarita pizza & a chicken breast kebab. We couldn't fault it at all, was delivered with in half an hour, hot and probably the best chicken kebab I've had from a takeaway. Highly recommended. 😄

Great food have tried this take away endless times now and never had a problem as of yet with food or anything else for that matter decent pricing also
