One star isn't low enough. Ordered food for the the time the said and was closed when I got there. Absolute joke, take my money but no food

Don’t order here often but after tonight I Wouldn’t order again, ordered my food at 7pm online it said an hour for delivery, 8pm came and nothing delivered called at 8.30 and they answered the phone with “sorry we’re just putting your pizza in now we’re busy” it took over 2 hours to arrive in the end and was of low quality when it finally came did not seem like it had just been cooked it was barely even warm. so basically what they meant was it had been forgotten about until I called. No offer to discount, no offer to refund or nothing given as an apology for it taking nearly 2.5 hours like most businesses would, not even a sincere apology. Just for reference I’d only ordered a 10 inch margarita and a bag of chips

I've been coming here since 2005 it used to be great but now it's just gone to the dogs I got a chicken & kofta kebab. The tray was literally 25% full if meat the rest was salad this probably saved my life, as for the next three days I had food poisoning, shivers and shakes, couldn't go to work either £12 for a tray of mediocre salad messaged urdle the owner, didn't even reply back to me on the Facebook page amd he knows me by name as we've known each other all this time...... disgusted its cheaper to get an amazing mixed grill from the Indian witha free nan bread..... and that's what I'll do from now on don't try this place 💯

Used to order from here all the time, but the quality has DROPPED these past few months. Extra £3 to put cheese on a garlic bread, there’s Always more chip spice than anything else on CHEESY chips (which is always fun considering?), the donner kebab meat has hard gristly stuff in it that chipped my friends tooth??? Used to be the best takeaway in Barton but now the food is inedible.

This has got to be one of the worst kebab shops I have ever had food from, the donner meat is the only edible part, the lamb kofta is chewy salty and tasteless, chicken dry, chilli sauce was the most disgusting sauce I have ever tasted, even the salad was salty, I suggest the management taste the food they are serving people then they will get an idea and hopefully improve as this is completely unacceptable.

Always go to Barton Fish Bar for me takeaways. Thought id have a change and ordered a large kebab with garlic mayo. Arrived looking smaller than a small with no mayo. Horrendous for the price. Avoid at all costs

Ordered food from here tonight. Call was taken by ‘Josie’. I gave my order, asking for a pizza with half bbq pepperoni. She replied ‘only on half?’ And I said yes. Ordered arrived and the pizza was fully tomato base. I rang to complain and she said she’d speak to her manager then call me back. She didn’t call me back and when I rang her she said there’s nothing she can do because she wrote down ‘pepperoni plus’. So it was her fault and they can’t correct it. Therefore warrants a negative review with Josie at the forefront Other than that, food was poor quality for the price.

Only good thing was it arrived nearly on time, 15mins late but I’m not going to complain about that… firstly when my pizza arrived I had to put it in the freezer to warm it up, the pizza base felt like it was made from old tyres and the toppings looked like they had been swept out of the bottom of a bird cage, so was a little disappointed

Me and my freind ordered a cheese burger each with salad and the only salad we got was a bit of lettuce and or pizza was half cooked and when I rang they tried to argue with me over the salad. poor customer service and they have lost a regular customer

Eat delivery 60 mins took 1 hour an half had to call to chase food is about cold and messed my sauce pots up got Mayo instead of garlic Mayo. What a bunch of jokers

Food good but the service is shocking. We use every Friday and they always get the order wrong. Time to change

No naan bread. Soggy under cooked chips. Dreadful kebab. Worst food in barton for sure. I don’t understand how a place with so much competition around can give out such horrible food. Expensive dog food.

Order twice a week online which makes it so much easier. Reasonable priced yummy garlic bread and spicy fries 🍟😋 delivery driver always polite and friendly

Best pizza I personally have had in Barton. Quick service and decent pricing. Only thing I wouldn't recommend from here is the cheesy chips. They taste good, but the cheese is never properly melted

Food is tasty, didn't have to wait long, good to see staff abiding by COVID restrictions while I was there. Prices are decent, would definitely visit again (and have!)

Burger burned bread soggy with grease fake cheese chips hard dogs ended up getting it and evey they wouldnt eat it tried to ring them as i was going to ask for my money back but they was shut so ended up in the bin if i worked there i would be very embarrassed they need to close down and i will be reporting them to trading standards and healt and safety absolutely appalling.

Pizza was cold, chips were stale, can of pop was warm. I rang up to ask for another, which they brought. However the new pizza that came was undercooked and doughy. Also ordered a Fanta and they brought tango.

2 x Medium kebabs with salad turned up with just lettuce and just a small amount of chicken - not good, plus the cheese on the ‘cheesy chips’ was not melted. Rang to complain and they said they only had lettuce! They could have told us before we ordered. They did offer to send some more chips and salad but we asked for an extra kebab as they were so small. Not sure we will be using them again - unfortunate really as they used to be really good.

Half the order wrong, pizza under cooked after waiting an hour for delivery. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered on-line for 20.50 collection, having arrived early food was cooked and ready by 20.20 and already going cold and soggy. If I hadn't turned up early it may well have been inedible.

Placed an order for delivery while they were open, on the website, but it was never delivered, the delivery time on the receipt was after closing because the website always puts an hours wait even if it's going to be earlier or later than said, the order wasn't delivered and no call or message was sent to tell me that the order wouldn't be delivered. IF YOU CAN'T FULFIL AN ORDER. DONT SAY YOU CAN. absolutely livid, I've been a long time customer and I won't ever be going back.

The last couple of occasions we have ordered from here, have been poor. The pizza's don't have any flavour, they are dry. I have no idea how to explain the garlic bread, it's so shocking! Donor meat looked under cooked. Time to move on

Used to be really good this place but now the meat in the kebabs are over cooked and they seem to put a type of Thai sweet chilli sauce on kebabs are its disgusting when they used to apply a Turkish sauce, the salad is bad now aswell so I've stopped going, shame as used to be good

Decent enough food but having to wait 10 minutes to place an order is ridiculous especially when you're at the front of the queue. The guy behind me was waiting 15 minutes to place his order.

The last two times we have used your shop I can honestly say we struggled to find the topping on our pizzas to say I was disappointed is an understatement but will never be wasting my money there again one very unhappy customer

Fast friendly service but food was a let down. Bolognese pizza consisted of margarita pizza with tiny cubes of brown reformed stuff scattered over - not even sure it was made of meat. Had a vaguely aniseed taste. Really unpleasant. Won't venture back.

Warm friendly staff and food to die for. Definitely recommend it
