Sultans Indian Takeaway in Brentwood

Ordered on line at 17.50 - said would arrive 19.01. Not arrived so called at 19.15 said order was going out, at 19.45 still not arrived so called again told that there was road works outside so being delayed (obviously sever roadworks!!!!!) but was on route and 2 deliveries before us. Finally arrived at 20.05 was warm and missing nan bread. We said to driver was not happy having to wait so long, he said to speak to manager later. We have had delay problems in the past so only use sporadically. Will not be using again!!!!! - shame as the food is usually good.

Ordered on a friday night said delivery would be an hour. 1 hr 20min later still not recieved. Called up restaurant they said it would be at least another 15-20min due to the weather (it was raining). Time came and went still no order, called again and they said driver had just left. 30mins later still no order, called again this time driver was on our road. Turned up 2hr 30mins late and not all the order was there. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. Told lies by the staff. We decided to send order back. They told us to keep and they would refund the money! ANOTHER LIE. still waiting for the refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
